About this episode
(REMASTERED in August 2023)
Ideally, the goal is to learn and practice, so we can live life. Not to practice this until it becomes our lives. Remember, you must take breaks to truly benefit from anything.
We create meanings based on our current perspectives. If you want to evoke a different meaning, you have to shift your perspective. Otherwise, just take whatever resonates and let go of what doesn't.
The journey to progress isn't linear. Everything, including our energy levels, productivity, and mindset, changes on a daily basis. Some days will be incredibly productive, while others won't. Regardless, we need to stop believing that we can accomplish everything in a day. The desire to be productive every single day is unsustainable and demoralizing, as it's not how human beings function. Some days are meant to be proactive, while others are meant to be restful.
