There's gonna be the last thing we say about it, but we just, if the 2022 and 2024 congressional maps and Missouri are upheld, and yesterday's refusal to consider by the US Supreme Court stands, okay? The Democratic nominee in the fourth district, that's Mark Alfred's district, no longer lives in the district because he lives downtown. And the Republican nominee for the fifth district, that's a manual cleaver seat and district, he does not live in the district anymore. What they need is an armchair, somewhere in the district. By the way, according to Missouri State Constitution, representatives must live in the district. Story here from Fox four, Dominic Miller, one of the accused shooters at the 2024 Kansas City Chief Superbowl really. No, these shooter, you can say it. These shooter who took a plea deal earlier this year is now facing a two count federal
indictment after investigators say he was found with handguns during a traffic stop this summer. According to an unsealed federal complaint filed on September 5th, 21 year old Miller was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count of felon in possession of a firearm in one count of possession of a machine gun. The federal indictment comes after Miller entered a plea deal back in March in connection with the chiefs rally shooting that left one woman dead and 20 injured. For those of you who do not remember this idiot killed a woman at the chiefs rally. Allegedly. No, no, no, no, no. He was not convicted. He was not convicted. She died. He fired the fatal shot and because of the way our Missouri gun laws are written to protect farmer Bob in rural Missouri, they claimed at the prosecutor's office they could not bring murder charges against him because quote, I felt fear because one guy was shooting in
another guy. Okay. Fast forward after they let him out. He basically did time served after a woman died. Just okay, you can go just go be on your best behavior. March 9th of gunman person and people were rightly outraged that this happened mass chaos and panic downtown and then just bye bye, you get to go home. Have a nice life, sir. He is the man who has been caught with the machine gun in his trunk because of that I giggle. I feel so much joy that this idiot will now go back to prison under a law that has some teeth in it. He is a felon in possession of a weapon. So if we can't get him for the murder of Lisa Lopez Galvin, he will at least now go away. How long was he out before he was released in late March.
He was arrested in late July. And by the way, he made it four months. It would have been a routine traffic stop, but he allegedly, according to the indictment, was driving a vehicle that had mismatched plates. Wonder what that indicates. So he's smart too. And the machine gun and the firearm possession were one and the same because again, according to the indictment, both of the glocks that were found in the vehicle prior to the arrest because he also had a warrant out for his arrest out of which it taught just keeps getting better. Out of seduic. Yep. Both of those glocks that were found in the car had what's called switches on them, which is a modification that makes them fully automatic. They'd been converted. Yep. Right. When they found the firearms, he said, I don't know anything about that and requested a lawyer. Believe he said that he just bought the car and it wasn't registered yet and he didn't know what was in the car. Right. Tell it to a judge. Here's what I'm going to say about this idiot. God, he is back behind bars and I pray no one was killed in the four months that he
was out roaming. Can you imagine, Scott? Like we talked about this when they let him out. This is not a good person. This is not someone you want to. It's five o'clock. Can you imagine somebody else being mowed down by one of those weapons because the way the Missouri law was written, he got to just walk out of jail? Sam, can you explain what the, yeah, I'm, I'm a little sticky on this one because I feel like it's a little more convoluted than that. It's not the Missouri law and how it was written. It was all because of one Missouri Supreme Court decision that said for whatever reason that some homeless person in St. Louis who stabbed another person was justified in using fatal force because they felt verbally assaulted. It is the interpretation, Scott, of the stand your ground law. And I will, I will let me just remind them of the case, Sam. It bears repeating so that people understand this. It was a case out of the St. Louis area, two women get into a verbal altercation and one
of the women says to the other woman, I'm going to, is it Wally Wampus? It is. Molly Wampus. I'm going to, she said, I'm going to Molly Wampu, which is to beat you into, I would have had to, I would have had to have said pardon me, can I look that term up? She says, I'm going to Molly Wampu. The other woman then pulls out a knife, I believe, and stabs her to death. Yes. Then goes to court and the judge rules because of the way your, the stand your ground laws are written. She said she felt fear because she didn't want to be Molly Wamp. Who does? And therefore she cannot be charged for the death of this woman who said I'm going to Molly Wampu. And it was on that decision that everything, yes, that everything else has been based because if I can say to you, Scott, I'm going to Molly Wampu and it's completely reasonable for you to stab me to death. Then this idiot at the chief's parade, someone pulls a gun, he pulls a gun, you now see
a gun, I felt fear. The argument to drop the charges was that the Jackson County prosecutor's office could not specifically determine who yelled first in the altercation now that we're allowing verbal assault as grounds for fatal force. Is the over under on his argument in court or his lawyer's argument in court being that his client was cased by the Kansas City Missouri police department? Good. How would he have been cased with a plate that didn't belong to him? They spotted him, recognized him, started following him everywhere. The better question is if you go back to March, uh, third or ninth when it was revealed that this idiot was going to get out, the whole conversation you and I had, and I think Sam, you were in on this at the time that he will be back in jail because people like this do not think the rules apply to them. And in the chief shooting case, it didn't sadly, it didn't, right? A woman lost her life and no one, no one has to answer for that.
They're going to get him like they got Gregory breeding on bad check writing charges. They will get him on the weapons charge because he's so stupid. I remember because the fell in in possession of a firearm charge on the federal level is five years. No, five, I thought it was 10. Okay. It's 15. Is it now 15? He is facing, uh, well, actually, I'm not sure which is which one of them is 15, one of them is 10. No, I think Dana's right. If memory, it used to be five years on the fell in possession of a firearm charge. That is correct. Um, I thought they had increased it to 10. I certainly reserved the right to be wrong. Maybe the machine gun is the 15, but yeah, he's facing up to 15 years in prison. Good. One, one, three, five, eight, six, seven, seven, seven, nine, eight. Here on Dana and Parks.
