Clare Teens Step Into Leadership Through Summer Youth Programme

Clare FM

About this episode

This summer, young people across Clare are stepping up, building skills and taking on real responsibility through the Clare Youth Service Leadership Programme. Designed for teenagers aged 16 to 18, the initiative trains participants in teamwork, safety and leadership—before they put those skills into action by running a summer camp for younger children in Ennis. To tell us more about how it all works, I’m joined by Helena Slattery, Youth Worker Running the Programme alongside Éabha Ashmore and Josie Campbell who both took part in the programme previously Image © Clare FM
