5:05But it's only been five hours since this window is open. And it's just been a garage of news. It's funny about it too. Of course, you know, for agency, I get it. But you know, we're so hyped on baseball and how electric it looks with the WBC right now. Like, man, look at these Latin countries. These Latin players really showing us how it's done. Look at the excitement. Baseballs back. Not that it isn't. But NFL starts making these moves. And it goes right back to the NFL. Remember who the king is. Yeah. Just like that. NFL. Pretty much gave a sarcastic laugh. Like, oh, you want attention? Well, that's cute. You guys are celebrating. It's like Tom Brady telling Logan Paul. He's athletic. Oh, that's cute. Right. And because of all these bunker moves that we're going to go over, we'll do some Showtime Mahomes trivia today. Your chance to win some prizes. Now, let's go over some of these moves. Let's, you know what it's like, Rich? Well, for me, on the rock side of things, right? You know people are freaking out about Metallica at the sphere? Yes. You know, not only are Rich and I here every day our favorite place to be on Fox Sports radio, but we also host music channels. Rich does pop stuff. I do rock stuff, right? It seems like every three minutes, there's an update on what's going on Metallica at the sphere. So there's one minute, I'm like, yeah, they just announced three more dates. Wait, check that. They just announced seven more dates. Wait, check that. They just announced ten more dates at the sphere. It's like every time I say something, there's an update because people are freaking out about it. Today's a day where damn buyer is really probably refreshing every two minutes. Oh, with that a day. D.B., are you on the refresh today or what?

7:06It is. I put my phone down, honestly. And three minutes later, it's like ten new notifications. Yeah. What has gone on? It's been, it really, I mean, it slowed a little bit, but that's just, you know, relative to what we had in the first three hours of today. Let me, let me give you the analogy. You know, in like junior high or high school, when you're the last, we the last guy to like kiss a girl. Yeah. And you feel like, I feel like you're speaking of experience. No, I was like middle of the pack. I made out in eighth grade. Eighth grade for me, too. If you want to be honest, I feel like I was a little late myself. Oh, they were kids that were like kissing the playground in sixth grade. And you're like, yo, little hose. They also had full grown beards and mustaches. And then there are the people that didn't. They also look like college. They look like they're 90 now, too, though. As my mom would say in Spanish, you start early, you end early. Yeah. I said, if you had a beer in high school, you probably dead. What? No. But that guy looks like he's 85 now. My point is, sometimes when you feel like everyone else is doing something that you're not, my brother hit me up today.

8:07And he's a big Broncos fan. And he's just sitting around. I'm like, I guess like, I guess no moves better than bad move. Right? I guess. And damn, I guess the Broncos are sort of not real. They didn't pull the trigger on anything big today. Right? Yeah. The Broncos. They brought back JK Dobbins. Yeah. They lost John Franklin Myers defensive lineman to the Titans. It was one of the deal. But yeah, it hasn't been a, it hasn't been a busy day for Denver. Yeah. So I was like, there are teams out there that are like, we're not doing anything. And then there's teams that are making moves where you're like, is it good? I don't know. Yeah. And just to follow up on that, the teams, the Rams have been busy because they're acquiring of Trent McDuffey. They've done those sort of things. But the C. Ox have lost a bunch of players like you would expect. Patriots haven't been active. Broncos haven't been active. But they're just fresh off making championship games and maybe their organizations are in a better spot than others. Of course. Yeah. The teams that just made it to the Super Bowl or to championship games are very, they're there. You're right. The teams that are making big moves are the teams that are like, yo, we need to get there.

9:17It's like, it's, you know, an opportunity for Dan's C. Ox for those players to make a little money if they want to stray. Yeah. That's sort of what I hate about it. I understand it. But I hate that too. Yeah. That was coming. The Kenneth Walker one is the one that I think everybody is standing out saying whatever. But it's I have said, don't feel sorry for him because two months ago in Rich knows this. Before Zach Charbonne got hurt, they're in a, you know, in a, in a, in a basically running back by committee situation. And then Charbonne gets hurt in the game against the 49ers. And Walker has three playoff games over a hundred yards sets his mark from here to here on a contract. Good for him, right? And wins a Super Bowl and a Super Bowl MVP. So, yeah, all good with Kenneth Walker, the third more power to him. No doubt. No dignity. No doubt. In fact, as a 49ers fan. Of course, I'm getting texted all morning like, yo, Mike Evans. But the one little, one little rub, the one little is that the Niners are an aging team.

10:17And you got a 32 year old wide receiver coming off a banged up season. So Mike Evans said, I feel like I guess left in the tank. Ricky Pierce all saying I got to come back year ahead of your way. So as a Niners fan, I guess I can only be pumped. I mean, it's an upgrade. Mike Evans is better than any receiver they had in 20, 25, 26. You saw the meme or the gift I sent you. It says, and here's I you any like speeding on a freeway with a car flipping over. Car flipping over. Yeah. It's, I mean, where are you? Goes is another question too. We talked about that the other day. But as a Niners fan, there's a lot of people being like, oh, Mike Evans. I do think Evans is a sweet pickup for you guys. But he does feel like a really old 32. Like right now when you just said he was 32, I thought he was like at least 36. Sure. Sure. Right? Yes. With injuries and just how long he's been around and been impactful. Like, I feel like he slowed down. I feel like he's still a great option for you guys if he stays healthy. And that's a big if. C. B. from C. Hawks fan perspective. Do you look at it and say, oh, the Niners got an old wide receiver? Or do you say, oh, they just got better? I think they got an old wide receiver.

11:17I don't want to take that either too. Like, does it party me that as a fan wants me like, that's right. Mike Evans, he's the man. And I'm like, oh man, the problem with the Niners is like Trent Williams is getting all kiddles on the back nine. Like, you know, how many good years does McCaffrey have left? So you're they I'm thinking of the Niners fan. this is one of those like now it's almost like do we're die like they better get the job done or else we're looking at a whole new team in a couple years and it's tough to argue where they were because they were in contention for a division crown up until week 18, but I just I just don't think even with Bosa coming back, he's coming back off an injury in front of Warner, obviously was going to play if they could have advanced further, but they just need to get younger and I don't think spending $20 million on a wide receiver to Kavino's point that has been around forever and is now having injury history, it was hurt this past year, it was hurt, you know, year or two ago as well. So I just don't understand that false process in trying to catch not only the

12:17Seahawks, but the Rams as well. Yeah, I feel like I feel like Mike Evans played during the Clinton administration, like I feel like yeah, definitely feels that way. So again, moves are being made. We haven't even gotten Danny G's reaction on Max Crosby, dude. I mean, will you prepare like mentally prepared for that? Yeah, as we talked about it, all the show Friday. Yeah, we we kind of knew it was coming. It was very bittersweet. But then today, Raider Nation celebrating as they shore up that O line, which was the emphasis this off season, of course, because if you're going to use that number one pick on Fernando Mendoza, you got to protect your assets. It's like a divorce. You knew that was coming anyway. So everyone's like, dude, I'm so sorry. Yeah, we've been living in separate houses for the past year. We're good. Yeah, I'm good on it. But then to sign away, Senator Tyler Linderbaum from the Ravens, it almost feels like you got two first round picks and a player from the Ravens, which is kind of cool. Danny G, when you look at where the Raiders, we said this on Friday, we sort of called it. We said, there's a strategy to getting rid of

13:21even though he's such a great player. You know, Max Crosby and the Ravens needed to do something on defense. They needed to show something because the Ravens makes sense for them. They've lost games because of their lack of a pass rush. I mean, correctly, if you think I'm wrong, but first round draft picks are a very high value. But I feel like so many times it's when you're looking for your next quarterback, like you want, like when you're looking for that franchise guy, they got Lamar Jackson. That's that's their guy for the foreseeable future. And they got Max Crosby, who is arguably, you know, the face of your defense moving forward for a while. I think it made sense for both sides because the Raiders weren't there yet. So Max Crosby could have you could arguably have said by the time he's by the time they're ready, Max Crosby might be old. And by the way, kiddo, I just saw welcome Mike Evans to the bay. No, I think that's good. But like you said, it doesn't give him a lot of wiggle room. Did you did like a now sort of situation? Sorry, Colvin. Did you see the Lamar Jackson tweet to Dan Orlovsky?

14:26Please, Chair. So this was five hours ago. This was after an episode or whatever of get up that Dan Orlovsky was on. And Orlovsky, quote, tweeted it and said, gotta get it done. It's been that way. It's even greater now. On the show said that no more excuses for Lamar. Lamar tweeted, Dan, there's never, there's has never been excuses for Lamar though. And I thought it was interesting that Lamar, you know, would respond to that sort of thing. And I think that it is in two camps. Like, do you provide excuses for Lamar Jackson? Or if you never provided excuses for Lamar Jackson? But now he loses the center that they get a defensive end. And they're saying, you know, now this is all on Lamar shoulders. Well, you just lost your old set. Yeah, right. So like Lamar Jackson's living in this world where it's never, ever going to be fair for him. That is true. That's it. That's them. Those two teams. And then I'll be honest, we've talked about all these things. And not one of us has said the three letter name, well, it's way more than three. But we don't want to be like President Trump and messing the name up. So I'll just say, uh, uh, two, uh, how do you say that they're President Trump?

And then for Finns fans, they get quarterback Malik Willis, who showed a lot of promise last season in his spot. But aren't the, but aren't they? Is yours not the, I mean, is that off the table? Is there confusion there, too? Everything is new and the new pieces that the dolphins brought in were from Green Bay, just half the defensive coordinator, John Eric Sullivan, their general manager. So there was familiarity with that. It's funny because I would totally expect Danny to walk in today and say Tyler Linderbaum, the biggest signing. And I think there's an argument. Kavino saying Kenneth Walker III, like what a shock that was, agreed. Mike Evans, I think, could be the biggest headline. Yeah. And I think it's Malik Willis because I think he's the only one that's going to be a starting quarterback in the national football league of what happened, you know, what happened today? Like Minchus going to Arizona, maybe going to fight for a job, or whatever's going to happen. But the dolphins have decided that Malik Willis basically is going to be their starting quarterback. And I think beating out Quinn yours, you don't pay him that sort of money to just what did they pay me if you don't want me? 67 and a half million. So it's not, it's not

17:35over how many? Three years. That's a big, that's a big leap of faith. I'm not, no, I'm not saying it's correct. It's very good way to put it. We just not breaking the bank and not paying them $40 million. But you're still giving them enough money to be like, okay, you should be the guy. I was absent on Friday. 19:39Hawks scheduled promotion, we reached out to Hawks leadership to better understand their plans and rationale. Well, we appreciate the team's perspective and their desire to move forward. We have heard significant concerns from a broader array of league stakeholders, including fans, partners and employees. I believe canceling this promotion is the right decision for the broader NBA community. Wow. And Luke Cornette doesn't get any props because he was the one of the first guys that spoke out to do from the spur. If he started, he would get booed. I saw our old pal, Michelle Beetle was saying that, you know, women, we don't need you Luke Cornette to be our spokesperson. Really? It's much as a hot spot in a place to go to as it is for the guys that want to go. What's the most successful league that we promote here? NFL in radio and sports are NFL family fun is what they lean into most. And I get it. They're hypocritical to some of the things they allow as far as what players get away with sometimes in their personal lives, but they market family friendly. People first NBA can't. They got to follow that blueprint. The ticket prices aren't family friendly. People got to keep it real, though. You know, you know, you not to get controversial, but you ever see like us trying to be like, well, magic city. I mean, it's really more of a strip club. I mean, it's a strip club. Guys, let's be honest. The same way you ever see like one of these people in front of Congress, where they're being acid. It's like, can a man have a baby and the person's like, well,

24:49I mean, a technique. I hear you rich, but the pushback is what other city in our country do we call by the name of a club? Yeah. You even said, oh, this year, we're going to magic. You called it magic city, but we went to the all started magic city night because we're honoring the city. They're they're honoring the strip club. That's the only difference. They're honoring the cultural institution known as the strip club in that city. I just that's a big part. It's a big part of that city. I'm not saying it's right. I'm just saying it's a huge part of that city, but I'm just saying like, should we be glamorizing that? Hey, you know what? We'll take your thoughts. Guys, we try to be open. I like Rich said last week when we talked about this two things can be true. Have we been there? Yes. Do we think it's the greatest family fun promotion? Would I go? Yeah, I go to I go to Vegas.
