New reporting from the New York Times this evening talks about the palatial 30,000 square foot New Mexico mansion owned by Jeffery Epstein. It's called Zorro Ranch. Some of the victims have said that they were trafficked there. Famous figures visited there, and Epstein himself mused about turning Zorro Ranch into a headquarters for genetic engineering

And yet, New Mexico leaders say they has never been a thorough investigation of the criminal activity that may have occurred at the ranch during the 26 years, Jeffery Epstein owned it. A state led inquiry into Epstein's actions was taken over by federal prosecutors in 2019, and then just apparently fizzled out. Not only has it been overshadowed, it's been completely ignored, said Eddie Aragon, an Albuquerque radio DJ who has spent years researching Epstein's activities. He checked off the other corners of Epstein's empires that have been scoured, including Little St. James, the private island tied out in the Caribbean. Paris, Little St. James, New York, Miami, that's where investigators looked, but they didn't look at Zorro Ranch. And while last month lawmakers in New Mexico essentially voted to change them, they impaneled a bipartisan four-member truth commission equipped with subpoena power to probe

3:12the history of Zorro Ranch, but truthfully, what is left? The files included correspondence between Epstein's lawyers and federal prosecutors, indicating that in December of 2019, that ranch had never been searched. The year of his death was also the year the trail went cold in the high desert. As the criminal case against Epstein gained momentum, the New Mexico Attorney General's office was actively interviewing witnesses about his possible wrongdoing locally. But federal prosecutors at the Southern District of New York asked the state authorities to stop their work and share all that they had found with federal officials, according to the former New Mexico Attorney General, along with recently released emails. The prosecutors believed their case would be stronger if they led the investigation. But a year later, federal authorities essentially dropped the probe. The probe died. And to this day, Epstein's ranch in New Mexico has never been

4:15searched. A bombshell development this evening because it happened under the president of the United States, Donald Trump. He was president in 2019. His Department of Justice shut down an investigation into a critical part of Epstein's empire. Now this evening, Americans are beginning to feel the impacts of the war in Iran. U.S. crude oil has soared 12%. While Brent, the International Oil Benchmark searched 14% after trading began at 6 p.m. Eastern time, less than a couple hours ago. Even before the weekend's escalation, oil prices had been rising 17% this year, off of the ramped up rhetoric against the Iranian regime. But tonight, oil prices are surging to such a point where Americans tomorrow, according to Reuters, will be waking up to an average of $3.00 a gallon for gas. It hasn't been that high in over three months. And it breaks from a key campaign promise and a key promise that the president repeatedly

That wasn't true then, and it's not going to be true tomorrow. And at the same time, the Dow Jones industrial average, the stock market continues to fall. The Dow is down more than 500 points in pre-market trading. Dow futures, I mean, and while when the market opens tomorrow, it's only likely to fall as well, because the war is just beginning. In fact, tonight, we have confirmation from the Cyprus government. The United Kingdom's Air Force base in Cyprus had been hit by a drone, according to the Cyrus mail. Personnel on the airbase were informed that a small drone had impacted the airfield and that the bases authorities were responded. It also confirmed that there were no casualties as a result of the strike, but that minor damage had been caused. Basis authorities also instructed personnel to, quote, remain in place and await further instruction warning

In addition, tonight, we have confirmation that Hezbollah, the Iranian militia that operates in Lebanon, has joined the conflict, expanding the conflict, again, we knew it was possible, we knew it was likely, and we have confirmation that Hezbollah has launched rockets into northern Israel, expanding the conflict. The three American service members have died as a result of the conflict. That number, according to Donald Trump, is set to rise. Why? Because that's just the way it is.
