Alessio Cavatore is a well-known game designer, particularly famous for his work with Games Workshop. He was involved in creating and developing several tabletop games, including many Warhammer 40K and Warhammer Fantasy rulesets. Cavatore worked on Warhammer 40K during the late 90s and early 2000s and contributed to the development of various editions of the game. He is also known for his work on the Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game, which was a significant release from Games Workshop.
