He will do it again Hello everyone and good morning Welcome to our live feed update for September 10th I'm your turn Armstrong and I'm here today to update you on everything that happened yesterday On the big brother 28 live feeds it was day 65 in the house

1:04And there's another vote flip happening hold on what's going on We're going to have to wait and see aren't we? With me to talk about it is Shantel how you doing Shantel? I'm doing very well. I feel like every time I've come back here like some things kind of been going on So I'm excited to get into it Yes, yes, all right. Well, let's jump straight in then of course Barrett is the HOH Enominated Angela D and Devons picked Yash for the video Yash won the video decided not to use it And now with Angela D and Devons on the block the presumption has been that one of D or Devons will leave However on day 64 D made a pitch to Yash and to and to Taylor And she managed to convince them somehow to save her to vote to keep D in any scenario Meaning if Angela wins the blockbuster D stays over Devons that was already happening

2:06If Devons wins the blockbuster they are evicting Angela over D and they only need the three votes Of Taylor Yash and Devons So and they probably have more because they probably have Drew even though nobody believes that she's Port Drew But with D like she has an amazing miss because from what she's shown this season I would feel like people wouldn't think she says trust worthy or needing to keep in the game as they do And so I'm definitely impressed that she's able to make them believe that she's going to be able to be someone to work with Maybe moving forward and that she's a better person to stay over Angela like what or or or Devons like wild Pretty wild So that's where we start the day will this vote flip hold because as I mentioned yesterday I think it's a pretty terrible idea for Yash and Taylor and there's many reasons why if they think about it a little more

3:10They might decide against it to mention the fact that Barrett won't want it And so if they talk to Barrett at all if he talks to anybody He could potentially shut it down They could just wake up in the morning here on day 65 and be like maybe not So Will the vote flip hold that is one of the main questions of the day De and Angela do start the day though De is talking to Angela. She's she's been asked by Yash and Taylor like who would you keep if you won the blockbuster and she said she would keep Devons So she's actually talking to Angela and asking Angela like hey, would you mind if I gave Devons like a pity vote if I if I won the blockbuster Because there is a chance in her mind that Taylor and Yash might also want to keep Devons I think probably what she's trying to set up here is that if she did join that vote

4:11That she'd be like oh I didn't realize I thought it was just a pity vote or at the very least That she's able to give Devons that pity vote on his way to jury and that that would be nice But but Angela when asked this question Who was previously like you know having a nice conversation with Diaz like And he's like you don't have to answer And she's and she's just like well you know puts me at risk doesn't it like I don't understand why it would even like do anything I mean I would hate to leave the game like that He's like oh I totally I totally understand I told that it's never mind I mean Angela's reaction I think it's how most people would and should react It's like you don't want to have that like if anybody's like saying like oh they're gonna do a pity vote They might use that vote to be able to you know make something happen And so I'm glad Angela at least wasn't like okay do whatever you want to D and she's like

5:14Kind of just letting her know that she wasn't gonna be happy But the fact that she's gonna give her a pity vote give Devons a pity vote Yeah They do talk about plans for next week though how they do plan to go after Barrett and Drew Though Barrett remains the target and their minds keeping Drew is the ideal scenario because Drew and Yash will continue to go against each other Yash because he basically has to and Drew because he's got no good relationship with Yash So so Drew is the one they would try to keep in that situation Despite the fact that they don't trust him now he is the person they should try to keep regardless Because he's actually with them, but you know that's a whole other thing Well I mean I know we've talked about how they they've not been trusting Drew But like he really to me has not been doing it that much to make them believe that he's kind of with not gonna be voting with them I know that he's been hanging out with the Barrett and Melody and so like that's trying to tip them off as like hanging out with the others

6:21But I feel like he's been pretty loyal and I kind of feel bad that he doesn't even know how bad opposition he is with the icons at this point Well D checks in with Devons and Devons has an idea he's been thinking they both have ideas They're pretty polar opposite ideas Devons idea is that he wants to approach Yash and Taylor with a final four offer The two of them together approach Yash and Taylor hey let's go to the final four together and D's like No, no, no, no, I don't I don't like that because I don't think we should do it together Because I think that it'll just cause them to think that we need to be separated And he's like I don't know I thought it was a good idea, but if you don't want to we don't have to She says well here's my idea my idea was actually the opposite I was hoping that maybe we could try to like introduce some tension between the two of us Like some kind of like fake fighters like could we maybe we do that?

7:21Like just you know make it seem like we're not on the same page and Devons like no No Oh, okay, well, well that was my idea He's like yeah, I don't think there's any separating us at this point I think we should do the final four thing She's like yeah, I just I don't want to see I don't want Angela to see that though He's like well, we're gonna I'm not gonna like try everything we can so that we don't make Angela upset for 30 seconds And she's like yeah, I just I just I just not I don't feel that way feels weird He's like all right, okay Maybe they could've done like a melange you know what I mean like they go to them separately And kind of pitch that idea and so then it wouldn't necessarily tip off Angela and so maybe they could like I do think that It would be beneficial if they had a final four some sort of understanding with Yashin Taylor And they can do that without Angela finding out about it I think the Angela thing was an excuse from D an essential component of these argument was that like she's trustworthy devons isn't

8:24And so if they approach as a final four it risks sort of upsetting the chemistry that got them to agree to keep the In many ways it's like devons I would imagine in D's mind it's like devons trying to latch on to her success To be like oh you've you've convinced them let me get on board too and she's like no This is my ship is my raft You can swim if you want I will I'll throw you a life vest But but you're not coming on the raft with me and If honestly if anything I want I want them to not think we're together because there's only one spot here And Farad she doesn't necessarily want him to maybe take her spot eventually so yes I see your point So she also mentions in this conversation again I think she's focused on jury work in the morning here That's why she wanted to cast the piti vote for devons she says oh and another thing just

9:28To refresh this cut this to just to like you know bring this back If I'm in the jury and you're still here you make it to the final two everything I did was your idea Like the bribe that was your idea even though it came out of my mouth You're the one that thought of it and convinced me to do it And because they've had this conversation before apparently devons introduced it before she's trying to remind him You know a day before she assumes he might leave and go to the jury And he's like oh yeah and I'll do the same for you like the commu move was your idea She's like perfect I mean it's good jury management Do you think that people believe that David was the one that came up with this plan when it was Deez out of household? I mean there's not really a ton of reason not to as long as you're not like super weird and obvious about it Like you know usually people in the jury want

10:28Credit for they want to like act like I would have won it. I was playing the best game I did all this stuff. I was a mastermind. They I just got unlucky. They took me out So like if somebody in the jury is being like really like oh yeah, I mean I was actually these idea they like I'm not gonna lie like she's really she's really impressive like she really Help me get through a lot of this You know, I was hoping to get it's I probably wouldn't have taken her to the end because I knew she would have beat me because she had done all the things but Man, you know, it's It's it's it's a lot more than nothing And we've seen in the past that having an advocate on the jury Is huge for your chances to win so No Barrett talks to the cameras He says you know I should probably be downstairs hanging out with people

11:32And that's the end of my thought And I'm just like dude You're making jokes about it, but like Yes, what are you doing? No, when he was just kind of talking about like the pre jurors. I'm like Talk about the people that are still in the house right now Barrett and maybe talk to them in person And so at this point I was starting to like really hope that this vote will happen I do like Barrett. I think that he you know, yes, he made like a big move here with putting up all three icons. Yes But like he's not doing anything now to nurture any other relationships or to make sure that whoever he wants to go home goes home And so I'm hoping that there is a vote flip on Barrett because he he took his foot off the gas and you know he deserves to be punished Yeah, Barrett continues to talk to the camera. He talks about how the game requires a certain social stamina And he feels like he got tapped out a while ago

12:36The nights of no sleep catch up to you. He says I don't think I've been in the same headspace Why I don't think I've been the same headspace wise since maybe the wall maybe earlier than that and and I'm thinking like I remember Talking about this specifically in week two like man Barrett seems really tapped out socially He's a have-not. He seems like really down He's like not as social as he was in the week in the first week and then that never fully changed So I'm thinking like oh in his mind it was the wall then he goes no maybe earlier than that maybe the first couple of weeks were solid Scratch that maybe the first week was solid Devons became H.O.H. I was a have-not Yeah, honestly by week two I was like Like I tapped out like a zombie and I was like whoa You called it. It was so dead on But he did he did tap out and like I do believe these games really you have to have a social stamina

13:37He had some yet to wait you can't like make fast moves all the time and so I get it if you're not a one that's like really great I'm being social all the time and having that energy and having to be on all the time like yes, it could be draining but what do we do? Like out of like 20 Can I just can I just say something for a moment? I'm just gonna Asia was flexing on me yesterday and morning. I'm just gonna pat my own back. I've been right as hell this season I've been pretty spot on this season I like it. I'm pretty good read here So Drew and D are gonna talk Drew gives D the same instructions he gave Devons Now remember he's been talking to Devons all week long about how hey throw me under the bus I'm going to vote for you to stay and And you know you just say you're coming after me and then that might help your campaign And he had a conversation with Melody the day before where Melody said she was actually open to the idea of potentially keeping the end of victim

14:43Angela, which is also Angela or sorry also Drew's preference and But obviously he would even more prefer for Devons to also stay but he would also like for D to stay over Angela because he in his mind Having both Vets Helps him because he needs to go against Yash like he needs to need other people he needs he doesn't want to just lock in with Barrett and Melody because he doesn't trust Barrett fully I think and he still wants like some back up against Yash Now he doesn't know that the Vets Aren't with him at all and are firmly with Yash at this point But but he he has that idea and so now he's going to D and trying to like get as much credit for this as possible because he's also looking to support D and And he tells her the same thing hey throw me under the bus Maybe it'll convince Yash and Taylor that you're that like it's good to keep you and you should talk to Melody because I think that she could be down

15:47And and D is just like oh yeah sure okay D never helps or does anything for for true and he doesn't recognize it at all But you know maybe Later on you know They might decide to take him up on the fact they throw him under the bus a little bit it could help their campaign With keeping both her and Devons in the game So maybe they'll take him up on her him up on it later Yes, so Yash and Taylor both agree the plan is still in place. They're keeping D their evicting Devons But then Yash goes and talks to Devons they have a long conversation up in the HOA room and Devons is he's giving mostly the same campaign, but there's one key I think difference here he talks about how First of all Drew is still pretending he's down. He's not down with what Barrett did he doesn't believe it He's doing what Drew said probably would have done it anyway, but he's throwing true under the bus

16:51Which is good for Yash because one of the main hang-ups with Devons keeping Devons would be his connection to Drew That shouldn't be the only hang-up, but it's one of the only hang-ups for them Yash though still focused on the D situation asks him again if he's willing to keep D if he wins the blockbuster and Devons says yes because Keeping Angela is a mistake for everyone sitting on the block next to Angela is a death sentence. This is again Part of the argument that D is made as well He goes on to explain though The formation of the Moshpit how they brought in Mallory and Melody just to vote out Kamu And then he heard that Mallory and Melody wanted to keep Kamu and Yash is like wait what? They wanted to keep Kamu and he's like yeah, but then you know it didn't happen and so Yash you always this is like such a thing in Big Brother Whenever somebody is genuinely surprised by a piece of like caught off guard by a piece of information because like you're giving them a pitch and they're like yeah

17:55Yeah, okay. Yeah, okay. Yeah makes sense. Mm-hmm. That means that they've probably already Been thinking about all these things like you're not telling them anything new you're not telling them anything that's changing their minds necessarily a lot of the time But when somebody's like wait wait say that again Oh Like that's actually going to maybe do something so that made me kind of sit up Because I was like oh this he didn't know this information. This is interesting So yes, go ahead. No, I just want to say that like I wish that Devon was like locked in enough to kind of be able to use that you know to his advantage but Yash is going to use it Yeah, so So Yash agrees he I mean he does say to Devon's like I want to trust you, but I'm like But he says you know what let's do it. Let's lock in Will keep you it'll be good now This was the plan that Yash was going to lie to Devons and say he was going to keep him

18:59So that if he won blockbuster Yash can pretend like that was the plan all along But if he loses blockbuster, he he still gets voted out So he says he will keep Devons Devons leaves the room and Yash says Fascinating But business is business come on man So clearly intrigued by some of the new information he received but still Still on the side of he's got to go and I thought that might have been it right? I thought like okay, the information was fascinating but he's still on board to take Devons out That's what I thought We'll get there Devons also goes to Taylor and gives a similar pitch to her just largely like hey you don't want us to next to Angela Which like yes a little bit But there's a whole round of blockbuster left and as you get down to the end like it's less about who you're sitting next to and more about just

20:09Not getting put on the block in the first place because you're winning the comms It's there's very In the end game the chemistry of who was on the block is not as important because there's so few votes that like If you're the final five HOH you literally just need one person to do what you want them to do and then you break a tie and you have a Vick whoever you want If you want Angela gone or if you want Angela to stay or if you want DeGon and you want or you want De to stay or you want Yash Gunner you want Yash to stay It only takes with one person and there's no like well you know theoretically in a very vague sort of like overview sense I should stay over over D but not over Angela. It's like this. It's we're way too late in the game to be thinking like this in my opinion What also like like Angela versus like Taylor they're kind of in the same boat

21:12And so I don't think that that argument is kind of going to work on we'll say Taylor because like you know most people that sit beside Taylor will likely go home if they're looking at taking out competitive threats And Taylor has an which is what one blockbuster I believe up at this point I guess the same for Angela so they're kind of in the same in the same boat I would think Yeah and it's just like it's just I mean I've I've already said it but like you're so much less likely to have stayed on the block against Angela Because if you're on the block against Angela you have a much better chance of winning the veto or that one blockbuster left But if you're sitting on the block next to Devons or D people are consistently coming in top three in every competition You're more likely to be still sitting there at the end of the week So it's just like No, I'm a bit of a conventure but I get understand though like the logic behind like hey you know was someone taking up a seat maybe even in the final two

22:14Yes Well, D talks to Devons after like a day of them you know both still talking to the yashin and Taylor a bit They they both they say hey I've been pitching for us both Devons says me too And he's like you know yashin Taylor like they could be bullshitting us but like oh well you know like we're we're giving it a shot She says what about Drew? Because I think that she actually was like a little bit like man Drew is really committed to this bit huh Like it gave her a moment of pause that Drew was so open and so like throw me under the bus And and she's like so what about Drew and and Devons says well he's saying he's gonna keep me and that I'm good like against you potentially And she's oh that's what he told me okay, so okay, so we good good. He's still both shitting us I'm not really I didn't actually see whether he told both of them the exact same thing

23:14But he's been telling he's been telling Devons he's I mean quite frankly he's been telling Devons that he's screwed if he doesn't if he stays in the block But he's been telling Devons that he wants to keep him these going to vote to keep him over D But then had a conversation with Melody where where Melody was like we can we could maybe keep D but not Dev So then he went to D and he was like I think maybe we can keep you And and you know wires get crossed a little bit it's not that not that Drew was being like 100% truthful truthful or anything but But I think this is more miscommunication than again Drew is genuinely with both he's more with Devons than D But he's with both devons and D over Angela and he's with both devons and D certainly over Yash or Taylor So you know it's They they like they will both be surprised I think when the vote comes in four to one And they'll probably attribute the vote to everybody else but Drew

24:17Yeah Melody probably did it yeah So I The so they he says then so Hey we're both pitching for each other what about that final four idea I really think pull us into a room We suggest the final four and she's like no no I don't think it's a good idea. He's okay. I won't bring it up again. All right So then D goes and talks to Taylor very brief conversation Taylor whispers to her in the kitchen like hey Me and Yash we're gonna keep you we're gonna keep you she's like you mean it like you're keeping me even if Devons wins Yeah, but you have to make sure he votes to keep you He's like did you get the vibe he won? I don't know Well, I just talked to him. He would just said that he was gonna keep me so I feel pretty good Good good and we're good And then Taylor Goes to like the night continues it's bear it's birthday. There's a whole thing there's a cake there's a song

25:23And you know, it's it's a whole thing And then later in the night Taylor's in the in the pod. Yash comes up He goes Is it worth keeping devins Oh boy For real I want to I want to happen to be honest is because I like I said bear it has not been you know Keeping everything that he wants to happen this week locked And so I was just I was hoping this is what was gonna happen You can want it to happen all you want doesn't change the fact that come on bro really This is my thing Because it's it's you know you can you can want things and think they're ridiculous and sometimes wanting the thing that you're actively thinking is ridiculous

26:24Is one of the most fun things Because because you're you're impressed at the ludicrous Decision being made or the sort of like the play that got somebody to make such a ridiculous decision It's you know, it's again, it's like I mean, it's very much like the you know like when Vanessa stayed and it was like This is a pretty bad decision, but like whoa hey My favorite my favorite one of these of course Johnny BB can six where it's just like this is an impossible situation It makes no sense for anybody to keep him there's like three different factions that all have incentive to take him out And he managed to convince every single one It was just like phenomenal work phenomenal stuff and I and it's been so fun to watch this one Is it worth keeping devins yosh says I want to hear your thoughts Taylor because like he's a big shield And like many of the same arguments the D made they're true for devins too if I sit next to Angela I go if I sit next to devins he goes

27:28She says I mean I I might believe devins, but I don't trust his relationship with Drew. He says well, okay, how about this? What if we tell devins that in his eviction speech he needs to declare war on Drew and if he does We keep him and it's at this point that I'm realizing We talked a lot about how yosh he's like you know he started the game he didn't know the game and he's been learning the game on the fly And I'm realizing that he's learned the game from the other players because he's doing the like The best of like he's doing like all the the major hits from the the vets getting Drew to call out Taylor and La La on yosh it's the truth and then they can trust him after he does that Drew himself Falling over himself to keep the vets around because he thinks it's better for his game something that yosh himself thought was pathetic

28:34Yosh now thinks is a good idea And so like he's doing all these like these like top hits from everybody in the house and it's all the worst moves like what are we doing here Like we're gonna get devins to in his speech to Claire war on Drew like Drew hasn't already told devins to do that like that's not gonna do a thing But I want it to happen Taylor though she's even though she doesn't see when she says engage she is locked in a little bit more and it's like Taylor says well okay I could be down but it like If if but won't devins just go to Drew and say okay, it's not real like he doesn't even have to they've already agreed it's not real He's like well, it would have to be a big speech It would have to be like really burning the whole thing She's like so okay, okay

29:34Okay, I'm in And then so we keep devins we take out Angela and then ideally they take out Drew Not gonna happen if they can help it. They're gonna take out bear it. Then we flip back to bear it in melody after Drew's gone And he says Now Because I'd still be the first target amongst the four of Drew you drew you bear at melody But with the icons I'm target number three So I think hear me out Final four with the icons Not damn So you don't think this is a good idea, Terran I mean obviously it's not a good idea but I guess that I want to see it happen

30:35Wanted to see it happen and thinking it's a good idea it'd be two separate things It's I mean it's wild right like this is he has been the most prominent voice of What are we doing why are we handing the icons the game and then they turned their Eye of persuasion onto him for like one day and he's like you know what actually final four I know I can't even nominate them and might be forced to bring them all the way to the end but like hey I don't think the third target on that list Babe he's forgetting the rules I mean he believes that they're not gonna come after him they're gonna go after Drew and bear it then he's gonna be safe What are we doing here what are we doing here? He says

31:37He says no, what if we go final four Taylor says no I Don't want to go final four with them. That's not a good idea Which Thousand percent is correct for Taylor She says I don't trust devins I only feel good about D and Yash is like yeah, I you're right like devins is incentivized to to sound angry at Drew right now She says and listen Yash Devon staying makes it less likely for you to win things like he's been close behind you in these comps like Keeping D is more understandable keeping devins might piss bear and Melody off so much that they just come after us anyway Yash is like ah you're right you're right our gott was to evict devins we should stick to our gut But Devon's will take shots at them for us She's like devins is not gonna go after Drew

32:37He's and Yash is like I don't know I think he might he seems pretty mad at Drew drew nominated him after all And then Taylor says something that she learned from D the other day She says oh no you don't you didn't know Devon's volunteered to go up as upon on Drew's H oh each week And Yash goes really surprise Wow Fuck this guy get him out of here. Okay, you're right D stays he goes Just like that Since has been knocked into Yash's mind Volunteering for the block Hearding him from the grave at this point If anything can convince you this is a bad idea Please Well now though I want Devon to win the block buster so we'll see how Big topic after that

33:39So so this shuts the conversation down they agree they can trust D They can't trust Devons and this is actually at least like I this was another conversation where it was like I was wondering if even the thought of keeping devins might make them realize if it doesn't make sense to keep devins It also doesn't make sense to keep D But it actually seemed to be the opposite the more they thought about keeping devins and then realize they shouldn't the more they like It's the more they kind of like propped up D as like a paragon of like honesty and virtue Which is like a thing that I think people often do I think about it. This is maybe stupid. I think about it often is like Sometimes when you have two parents It's very easy to be like well, this is the nice parent and this is the me because you only have two of them and you want to like at least one of them So you try to villainize one while while making the other one feel like they're the good one

34:41And sometimes they just both suck But and that's the case here with the endevins both options are bad But one has now been propped up is like the good option and the other one is is like the bad option and and so They agree they they really do trust D They just don't think they can trust devons and so that conversation for now has been put to rest But oh boy, it came quite close. I know I know I'd be to be still have a few hours today for things to maybe Uncetal maybe if he agrees to call out Drew in that meeting or in the you know his speech We'll see what happens, but how we had a little inkling of what the blockbuster is gonna be yet. How's that popped up yet? They all keeps speculating ropes, but We don't know for sure It's a I Can't the only the problem is that like

35:42It's hard to think of anything else that it would likely be there's only two blockbusters left ropes has been a staple blockbuster So if it's not this week, it would almost have to be next week Which would be a little silly be it would be too predictable so but We'll see We will see Who I swear to you if I'm counting like in my notes Conversations Barrett's having I think the the ratio of Barrett talking to cameras To Barrett talking to anybody else is something like five to one Barrett talks to the cameras at night. He says I want to talk to D tomorrow They haven't talked at all since nominations He was gonna try to talk to her the day before Drew warned him against it So he's gonna try to talk to D today on day 66 Thursday And you know the fact that D hasn't talked to Barrett has been one of her biggest strengths in the campaign to Yash and Taylor

36:43So there's a lot that could happen here today on the feeds A Barrett D conversation could get Yash and Taylor looking at her sideways A Barrett Yash Taylor. Hey, we're still good on the vote, right? Conversation could also change things because they do think as I just pointed out in their conversation that Saving D is something that they can explain away to Barrett and Melody It is something they can explain away to Melody who'd already thought of the same thing But Barrett was not really on board now. I actually kind of think that if Taylor and Yash approach him Strongly enough Like he might offer a token defense, but then you know He might just lay down because at the end of the day he knows that he can't he can't stop them If they decide to do it they can just decide to do it And I think he'd rather be like he'd rather have given them the okay than be burned by them So I think he might actually just back down

37:44But he might also actually just like open their eyes and give them some good arguments, which is what he should try to do So that could theoretically change things and And then the Devons situation could come back around again a Yash You know sometimes you have a long enough conversation don't remember all the reasons why I think he will remember that that Devons volunteered But he might think it over and be like you know what just because he volunteered doesn't mean that He can't still be against Drew or whatever the case is he might still really like his idea of give give drew a bad speech And so he might still approach Devons with or maybe when Devons campaigns to him again And he's like having to give him lip service all this time. He might just throw the idea out there There's still a bunch of things that could switch around in any given direction For this vote so stay tuned for all of it It's kind of it's kind of fun though like so late in the game that there's still a lot of moving parts

38:44It's not like okay. This is what's happening for sure. We keep every day We're kind of getting surprised by it. Well, you know with a flip or you know people thinking that this is happening And so that's kind of fun. So late in the season Yeah This has been much this has been quite a good week. I think this has been a very fun week of feeds Even though this is like a shorter update. There's still like so much Sort of like intrigue with this vote and the way that the managers to save herself in the way that Devons is close to being able to potentially jump on that raft but Not quite because volunteering is still coming back to hurt him Anything else that you wanted to talk about from yesterday those some cute moments I Is early on the day when when Angela was like D Am I a Karen? Not 100 percent Not all the time

39:46You know like you Maybe some things that you've done have so I thought that was kind of funny Especially because the people and some people in like the the audience kind of find that she has some parent-like moments for sure in the house Um, I also found it really offensive that melody was poorly explaining one of my favorite movies ever Clueless I was like You really are not doing it any service literally.
