BB28 Thursday Eviction Ep Recap, Week 9

Also available on YouTube.

Big Brother 28 gets shaken up as the house sees another dramatic blindside and shifting allegiances. Rob Cesternino and Taran Armstrong are joined by Mary Kwiatkowski and Brandon Donlon for this fast-paced eviction night recap as Angela becomes the latest juror and the house braces for a game-changing Veto twist.

The episode highlights Angela’s eviction after Barrett’s complex HoH week, where he nominates the “Icons”, Dee, Devens, and Angela, with hopes to finally break up a dominant group. The cast is caught off guard as Dee manages to flip Taylor and Yash to her side, saving both herself and Devens against the odds. Meanwhile, the group debates the real meaning of the “Pressure Cooker” comp, as the show teases its controversial return as a Veto.

  • Taran points out that Barrett’s major misstep was choosing Yash to play Veto over Drew, which allowed his own game to unravel after a social disconnect.
  • Mary notes the irony of the house’s hypocrisy; Dee is furious at betrayal after making the same moves herself, revealing layers to her social game.
  • Brandon observes that Dee is unrivaled at locking in key votes, especially in tough spots, and questions whether she subtly threw the comp to Devens.
  • The group debates whether the Veto competition was a real “Pressure Cooker” and jokes about the quirks that make these returning icons memorable.
  • Angela’s exit is described as lengthy and bittersweet, and there’s speculation about whether she might return in another season or even cross over to other reality formats.

With the split in the house sharper than ever and another double eviction looming, is the Icon alliance finally finished, or will Dee and Devens find a way to take back control? Tune in for the full house analysis and bold predictions on the next moves inside the Big Brother 28 house.

Back here for a big eviction night icon down,

but a night where maybe the icon strike back so much to talk about here as Angela Murray has left the big brother house for season 28, so much to talk about here with the panel tonight. First back with us, of course, Taren Armstrong, Taren, how are you? I'm doing great, Rob. You know, I've been called many things, icon, visionary. Sure. But I am just like you. Just like you guys on this, not like everybody else, but just like you guys at the very least. Yes. Listen, everybody might get invited back for more podcasts every day. Don't you think it's different? Yeah. Could be, could be. All right, here with us, very excited for frail Mary Mary Gricowski Mary, how are you? Yeah, I mean, like I'm not an icon. I am the only woman on this panel. And don't treat me any differently,

because otherwise I am, I'm just like you. No, that would be wrong. We brought, we won't treat you differently on the panel. And so yeah, for the video viewers, rep my Virginia Tech, because we had had another Devon's moment. So yes, look, woohoo. This is just like we drew it up in the preseason of now two weeks in a row, Rick Devon's back against the wall, having to win a comp to survive. That's, that's, we've gone full Devons here at this hour. And here with us to talk about a man who once got shouted out by a woman who's really heating up, it's Brandon Donald, Brandon, how are you? You don't know how much I thought I needed the sunglasses and the blanket for this evening. I went to go pick it out of my room, but we don't need it. We did it. We did it, Joe. Who are you going to be blanketing for Rick Devons? No, no, my dear friend.

I was getting a little nervous during that commercial break for my dear friend. Really? I was. I think that, and they strategically place the people in order. So you get nervous at home. And last I heard everybody was good with the plan, but it was her little thing before everybody voted that they got me a little nervous. I was a little squirrely, but then we did it. Yeah, so we're crushing. Okay, all right. So yes, D is safe. Rick Devons is safe. We'll see where we go from here. A lot of intrigue as we are now. Three weeks away from the big brother finale. And Terran, a huge bomb drop by Julie Chen Moonves at the end of the episode outlined the upcoming events for Big Brother over these next couple of weeks, including the return of the pressure cooker as this week's power of veto. Yeah, I was very confused by this. Obviously, I mean, it's a potentially exciting thing,

but here's the problem. Number one, they showed footage of not the pressure cooker. Yes. Yes, there was like, they were showing like the, like a door competition. Which is not the pressure cooker competition. Number two, even if it was the pressure cooker competition, the main ingredient, the thing that makes it a good competition is that it plays out live on the live feeds. They don't typically do that for vetoes. So it's kind of like if they run this and it's not the pressure cooker, but they call it the pressure cooker, that's super lame. If they run this and it is the pressure cooker and it's not on the live feeds, that's even worse. Yeah, here's the thing. This has been bothering me for a year now. And so now I feel like it's a great time to talk about it. This is not the first time that this competition has been referred to as the pressure cooker. And that has been grinding my gears for a year because in last season, they referred to it as the pressure cooker at least behind the scenes because all the cast came away calling that

and referring to that as the pressure cooker competition. So it's just been sitting on my chest for a year now saying, hey, wait, why are we calling that the pressure cooker? That's just a random slight endurance comp that didn't even go that long. So I think it's possible that big brother at least has started referring to various endurance comps as the pressure cooker, which is not a thing. We all know the only version of the pressure cooker that counts is the time where you hold a tennis ball on your head for four years. That's right. That's right. So could be interesting wording. I have to think that people are looking at the script beforehand. I can't imagine that they would call it the pressure cooker. They never tease what the veto is. That Morgan has been calling that the pressure cooker for the last year. Sure, but they tell you Otev, they tell you when it's like, this is not, and I can't like what that was is not an iconic challenge.

The pressure cooker is. And I could see the vision what we're down to, what seven people now. And somebody has to host the comp. The other six people are in it. It could work and they haven't done the Yankee swap. I mean, essentially the pressure cooker could be that. Yeah. I mean, they made a big point of it in Big Brother 25 to say this is the return of the pressure cooker. They brought back case or for it. They knew that that was called the return of the pressure, the revenge of the pressure cooker or something. Last season's H-O-H that was the sword, they called it the torturous trials. Like it was not titled the pressure cooker. So and they had had the sword competition prior to the BB25 pressure cooker. And they were like, this is, you know, this is the, and the guy that does the comps, he knew, they always asked for the pressure cooker. He was like, I don't know, I don't know.

Pressure cooker. They have to know this is not the pressure cooker. I think it's just been a rebrand. Because like I said, it's been multiple times mentioned that that sword competition last season, not like on the show, but like by players in the year since. But what I do, they call things all the way. Yeah. If it was an actual pressure cooker, for some reason we got a mistake in the video today, but they're actually doing the pressure cooker, I actually think doing it for the Vito is great because the last time they did it for an H.O.H., it didn't end up really mattering. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Hold on, Brandon. Did you tell D about the pressure cooker before she went to go play? I, it probably came up, I don't remember specifically. But in a way, isn't every challenge a pressure cooker? Can we call it a challenge? Every challenge a pressure cooker. Is every challenge a hot dog or a sandwich? Come on. Yeah. Is every challenge a pressure cooker? There's pressure in every challenge. Was the B.P.E. comics a pressure cooker this week?

I mean, for Barrett, who was getting a little flustered in the middle of it, I think there was some. It was there me having to watch it. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I did anyone drop off during the B.P.E. comics pressure cooker? Yeah. I'm curious of a rebrand because it feels like a weird thing to say, I agree with you, if you're not going to do the actual thing. So you would assume they're going to do the actual thing. I would think so. If people aren't peeing in an enclosed space, it's not a pressure cooker. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I think I'm genuinely going to be more mad if they do the pressure cooker, not on live feeds, like the actual one, than the whole, like, than anything else they've done this season. Yeah. Yeah. So I don't know. I think it's happening. You think the real pressure cooker is happening? I think the real pressure cooker is happening. I think it's fun. Why did they show footage of the sword then? I don't know. What are they going to show? Like Jared and, like, Izzy and, like, Cam and Matt Klotz?

Or even show the footage from the Big Brother 6 pressure cooker. That's, like, the more recognizable one. And I mean, like, this is the comp that, like, Angela won, right? Like, the whole thing against a thing? Uh, was it? Hm. Or did she do really well? This was the, was that in Janky World? I tried to remember when this happened. Yeah. OK, I guess what I mean is. Sorry, we know one, but she, Angela, did very well, right? Yeah. We will know soon enough. So interesting. We'll keep an eye out for potentially a pressure cooker coming up on Saturday. It will be also a tense H-O-H. A lot of intrigue coming off of this. And I'm sure we will get into all of that. But, Taren, somehow, some way, D and Devons have survived Barrett's H-O-H. Yeah. Yeah. And this, this is really like the headline of this episode, because this should not

have happened, like in any world. You literally, like, you look at them sitting on the, in the, in the, in the nomination chair together. And Angela is like, like, Janky, I love you so much. Like, oh, I got to spend so fun to be here. And D is like, I'm going to murder the people that put me on the block. And you're like, you know what? I think I want to play against that one. So what is in the world? This is one of those big moments, right? Like, this is one of those saves. We're going to remember this one. Like, we remember Vanessa. Like, we remember Dane and BB Cann. Like, we remember Dan. Like, this is, this should not have happened. It, it really, in my mind, does not make sense for anyone's game. And, and de-made it happened. And I'm really, it was very fun that we got to see it actually play out because of the blockbuster results. We actually saw the vote go through. Barrett, Drew, Melody, all blindsided.

This was great stuff. Yeah. Are the feeds back on at this point? Do you have a wellness check on Barrett? I'm sure he doesn't. He kind of wasn't okay before this happened. They didn't really show him after, like Angela, Angela leaving. There was never a camera on him that lingered and I didn't get a visual. Yeah. Okay. Brandon, let's go. I was very upset that we did not get a camera shot of the, yeah, it would lingered on like the, on Angela and D for so long. We never saw Barrett's reaction. I was, I was quite upset about that. Brandon, what have you made about this run that D is on where she really does seem to be activated? Yeah, I mean, like the, the friend answer, which I'll do very quickly is like, I'm such a, I'm such a fan of her. I love watching her work the way if I never met her. I know she will never watch this podcast. No, no, she Clinton will. Yeah, she has to clench out at the clench.

Angela is Franklin. Yes. I, but really, I mean, there's nobody in the world better at like locking it and she knew, she understood the votes that she needed. And even in the conversation with Yash, she's initially, for my view, like, hesitant and she worked and she worked and she knew who exactly to pin it on on the other side. Like it felt too easy for her. And I really, like, I was shocked that it worked. When I saw the update, I was shocked that it worked. I went back and watched it. She just really is like there aren't a lot of people on these shows globally who are better at talking than she does than she is. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And so she ends up being able to save herself, which ends up coming in very handy after Rick Devins wins the blockbuster. I think that there may be was so much talk during the week of it. It'll be the ropes. It'll be the ropes. D's going to win the blockbuster. It ends up with Rick Devins being the winner and then she ultimately needs it against Angela.

This was a blind side for Angela too, Taren. Yeah. Yeah. It was a blind side for pretty much everyone except for Dee and Taylor and Yash. De Devins, no. De Devins was going to work. He believed, so basically Taylor and Yash were telling both Dee and Devins that they were willing to keep them. They were lying to Devins. They were telling the truth to Dee. And so Dee and Devins were like, we hope they're telling the truth. And it landed on the one they were telling the truth on. So I'm sure Devins was hopeful but couldn't have been sure. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And I mean, we like, amazing by Dee that Taren recounted in the last two morning updates. But like the work that she put in over the last couple days to get here should not have happened, should not have worked. And I think probably from Angela's perspective also thought this probably wasn't going to

happen. I feel pretty safe. I'm sitting here next to the two survivors. Like for the first half of the week, it was basically just a given that whichever one of the survivors didn't win the blockbuster was probably going home. Yeah. So, hmm. I thought, y'all, but the second I saw the blockbuster, I was like, oh, so step back. It felt good for Rick Devins. Yes. Rick and Dee's back. Yes. They made her mad. I think at times during the season, I think Dee got bored. She got messy. But Barrett made the mistake of pissing her off. Yeah, it is Barrett the first person to really get under her skin, I think, yes. But I also think for Barrett, Barrett was in like an unwinnable situation, winning that if you throw the HOH, you're throwing it to the icons. That's bad. If you win the HOH and you nominate the icons, they're pissed off at you. If you nominate the other people, they're equally as angry, I think. I think if you go and Barrett went so long without being an active player in the game, like

he was sleepy, but when you're sleepy, you're liked by everybody. He's the last person to make anybody mad. So it's like you are, you are 10 weeks mad versus everybody else who's been nominating each other and being a more active presence. She hasn't had to do that. And I think that Dee was just on the receiving end of it. But if Barrett doesn't win and Drew does this, I don't think that she's this mad. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Certainly. Okay. So Angela is also a big headline tonight. We've lost Angela and it's the end of the road for Angela who comes back as the only returning BB player. Taren, she did not go as deep as she did in Big Brother 26, but this ends up being a more polished game from Angela. Sure. It was sort of like it was more polished for sure.

And like I would say, largely unlike BB 26, she definitely had a winning path for most of the game. Um, she really started in a very strong position. She had a lot of good connections and people that like options for how to get to the end and potentially win. And then over the course of the game, like we've talked a lot about it. Dee and Devons both have their own brand of messiness and Angela too, very messy. But Dee especially really led the charge with a certain style of gameplay that I don't think suited Angela very well. And Dee is very good as we've seen at cleaning up her mess. But Angela less so. And so as they sort of blazed through the game in a way that wasn't conducive to Angela's suited style, Dee is able to recover in remarkable ways where Angela ends up just taking hit after hit, losing ally after ally until she got to this point where she was basically

out of options. She had no goat to sit next to in the end anymore. She had nobody willing to take her that she could potentially be. And ultimately gets taken out of the game in part because of that. Because everyone saw her as too easy to beat and therefore too dangerous to sit on the block next to, which is an argument I very much disagree with. But it was largely one of the ones that they were looking at. And so, you know, in many ways we can fault sort of like her connection to Dee here, not because Dee didn't help her in the game, but because Dee was just ultimately better at sort of figuring out how to maneuver through the mess that the two of them collectively occasionally made, which is still like just very fun. It's very fun to see. I thought that Angela was a good option to bring back because this was exactly kind of what I expected from Angela. When you get a returning player playing against new players, they have knowledge, experience, and they can sometimes kind of run circles around those new players.

Angela always played from the bottom. She was new to playing from the top. She had experience and that allowed her to play with the polish that you're talking about while also the Angela that we know. And so that combination I thought was quite good and it was, you know, certainly sad to see her go tonight, I would say. Yeah. But I also feel like it felt like maybe the end of the story here for Angela in the game. BB28. And so it felt like an appropriate time for her to walk out of the house. She walks out in very high spirits. She says this was a great move for all the people. What do you think, Mary? Was this the longest exit ever? I think you have to say Angela, we need you to come out of the house. I'm probably. This one felt longer. They got. This was the ending thing over and over again. There was a solid at least, I don't know, 15 seconds where you couldn't even see Angela. She was out the door still talking to them saying the same things over and over.

But not for anything though, it has to be a weird thing. Like if you want, if you love survivor and you loved your time on survivor, you can like fly to the island. Like the island's not like, date it off. And if you do the amazing race, you can like go to Finland. But like I'm sure there's a part of her that's like two years of memories, two years of such good times. She's never walking back in probably. And I'm sure that you need a minute to like reflect. And I got another comp in a year. Yeah, I was going to say, I see her coming back. She'll be back. We don't know. But but I feel like it was the it was the we call this the Southern goodbye. It was just a lot of it was the same conversation that just kept going. Everyone else, okay, bye Angela. Yeah. Yeah. Something you breezed over the people who go back and visit the survivor island when they're not playing are also on well. That's not a normal thing to do. That's not a normal thing to do. Check on those people. Yeah, check on the people who are flying to feed you to go to the survivor island when

they're not playing survivor. Sure. Sorry. I don't mean those are up. No, but they should do that for big brother. You get a couple of alumni all the warehouse people should get a tour around just one more time. She's a good time. Take them through. Savor it. Take them through. Now, on Angela's final night here in BB28, she plays a big part in the storyline of being the person. Again, it's consistent with Angela through two seasons of big brother. She's always, she spotted something. She's always got reads. She sees people together. She clocks things and she is really, I got one. The intro are conuddling nailed. I just obsessed. Says Julie. Angela, why you obsessed with them? She just wants to watch. She just wants to watch them do it. And not for anything. Well, Julie at the end saying, at the exit interview saying I can't confirm nor deny something's going on, nobody ever says that unless it's confirmed.

She confirmed it. No, that's a confirm. She also couldn't confirm her votes. She's just going to show the good bye message of her votes saying that they were her votes. Um, I, yeah, do you think the big brother should confirm votes? I guess not. I guess. I mean, goodbye. Bye messages. If somebody wants to confirm that they voted away on their good bye messages and they should, it's just that like when you show those good bye messages and not the other ones, it doesn't exactly give room for anybody else to lie about it. Yeah. But it was a funny moment where she was calling out. Melody was getting big mad. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I mean, she was, it was, yeah, I recounted this in the update that she's very like her face got red. She was like, what are you, we just playing footsies. Yeah, we're just playing footsies. Karen, it's too bad for the plot. These weren't the people who were trying to evict Angela. These were the ones who voted for her to stay.

There was a moment where I was like, is they, are they going to act like this is the reason? Now, there was actually, Melody did propose evicting Angela to drew against Deed. She also came up with this idea in part because De campaigned to her. And I imagine in part because she was frustrated with Angela. She also proposed it to Barrett who said no. And then when Drew asked her today, she said, Barrett said no, so we're not doing it. You can do what you want. He said, I don't want to be the only vote to keep Deed. So he wasn't. Yeah. Far beyond from like Melody and Drew to be upset that somebody's watching them when they're on the television show that's the ethos is just watching them. You know what I mean? Like we're all watching you. Like you got caught by one person. But you know, that, that, that, that gif that you all know what I'm talking about has about 15,000 likes on Twitter in this moment. So we're all seeing it guys. You don't have to hide. Mm-hmm. Yeah, it's a shame that it didn't make it into the episodes about the Barrett Melody

Drew, which precipitated the Drew and Melody closeness of this week, which if only we had a fourth night as big brother, we could have probably got it. That's the real line. And I think that's, that's more interesting to me than the Angela spotting them. I guess you have to put that in because Angela is going to give it up. But I would have rather seen that I think in the episode. Yeah. I just think ultimately it did not lead to anything. I could not get over Angela's face watching them. She was so happy when she was sitting in the lounge chair. She wants to watch. Like I couldn't get over what face would you make, Mary? Probably the same thing. Yeah, she was so excited. So good for good for Angela. She got such a happy last couple of days. Really that really in the outdoor chuck chair.

I was then talking to Chuck. Okay. And you know what? I was like, I got to say every time they do the bit about Angela, like requesting things at home. It's fine. I don't find that to ever get old. I love that so much. I think it's great. It's like, Felicia would Mr. B asking for stuff. You know what? That's my favorite. The only thing is I would fear that I would be talking to the camera and I would not be on the feeds and my significant other would not be watching. I just be screaming to the void. Would you know what? It's definitely a list of tasks. It's not too different from screaming to the void. Okay.

At the risk of being super results-oriented, Taren, that Barrett's decision not so much to put up the icons, but the decision to pick Yash for the veto, rather than the potentially, okay, should we take Angela off, let Drew play in the veto,

potentially take Angela off, potentially put Yash on the block, that decision really comes back to really backfire for Barrett. Yeah, I completely agree. I think that is by far the worst thing he did was, was hyping Drew up, picking Yash anyway. Yash wins the veto. Now he is reliant on Yash and Taylor. And then also key to this does not follow through socially with Yash and Taylor. Sits up in his HOH room for the next three days. And so like all of those things combined to one disastrous outcome. And part of the reason why he did the three icons as the initial nominees was because I think there was this understanding that he didn't have the social capital to force the votes in the direction he wanted. He needed to strategically maneuver the nominations so that they were in that way. But I think that he neglected to realize that like,

and I was talking about this earlier tonight, that like I feel like this season has been all about people having the right instincts and the right idea of what they should do at the start of a week. And then spending a week changing their minds and getting it wrong. And at the start of the week, Barrett said, any one of the four of them leaves, really the three of them leaves, D, Devons or Yash is great for me. Yeah. Which is why it should have been perfect for him to pick Drew for the, for BB Comics, Drew wins, takes down Angela. Yash goes up and now one of them is guaranteed to leave. Instead, he lost track of that because he got so swept up and the icons being mad at him and all the Drew stuff that he chose Yash for the veto, allowing him to win. And then just completely dropped the ball the rest of the week didn't talk to Yash and Taylor as much as he should. Stayed up in his H.O.A. room allowed his distance from D to be used by D to convince Yash and Taylor to keep her around.

And now he's on the wrong side of a vote flip. He used his H.O.H. to take out Angela and it's a complete disaster. Yeah. I believe he even said, right, that Angela going home would be the worst case scenario. Yeah. Yeah. Of the four potential people he was targeting. Angela was by far the worst person to leave for him, which is why he should have wanted her off the block. He joked with Drew about it. But like, you know, and even if Drew had turned around and like pulled off Devons instead, like it still would have been a decent, a better position to not be relying on two specific votes there. So it's just like, at least you might have gotten Yash out. Not good. Not good. And now Barrett's in the position where now he cannot play in this next H.O.H. And I don't like this chance is in the pressure cooker to win the feed-o. Doesn't strike me as the pressure cooker kind of guy.

I don't think he's got that that frail Mary dog in him. Well, yeah. Probably not considering the fact that he was talking about how he kind of lost a lot of his energy after like one week in the game. Right. Yeah. I think the problem with Barrett here because I think like a week ago everyone was praising Barrett. Oh my gosh. Look at him making moves, putting all the icons up is and this happens a lot where at the beginning of the week you go in with this firm plan and you're like, it's great. I'm going to put up all three of the icons. I'm going to shake everything up and any one of the three that go is great because I will have then accomplished my goal of taking out an icon. And then like by the end of the week, if you're looking at Angela Leaving in Europe say like, hmm, it's almost like that actually wasn't the goal and we were just so sure that that Wally wasn't going to happen. So yeah, it's exactly like Terran was saying like he missed his opportunity there, but I don't think that we should all be so turning on Barrett when we were praising him like

a week ago for this exact same move. If we liked it then, then we can't be mad now. No, I guess we're not mad at the move. We're mad at the follow through. Yeah. Like the move itself was the was forced like he may and this is what I talked about at the start of the week. Like it was the correct. I think the correct decision because it allowed him to force certain scenarios and then he slowly over time unraveled it in the same way that Yash was correct when he said this. No matter what one of the two survivors has to unsurveyed. No matter what they have to unsurvey. They have to. Yes. And that was also something I would praise at the time he made that statement and then over the course of the week, he slowly unraveled it to the point where I guess what both survivors survived. So can I ask a question? A feeds question. Was there never a check in with Barrett and Taylor and Yash in the couple the 24 hours since D had flipped them? Did Barrett never try to check in with what was happening?

No significant check in or really I can't think of any like checking it all about votes. The last time Barrett had an actual strategic conversation with Yash or Taylor was at least two nights ago. The other thing that Terran let me know on this one, did Barrett ever say, especially to D, but honestly to any of the icons like, hey, the reason I did this was because you took out Mallory and you broke up our alliance. I feel like he gave a lot of different reasons, but I feel like that one to me is the easiest one, especially for D to be like, yeah, I can't really exactly fight against that one. Can I did do that? I did break up our alliance. He told me that today. Yeah. They find me out of conversation. Yeah. Why would you have gone a whole week without having views that as your primary reason? It seems like they haven't had a conversation since before the nomination ceremony. That was part of our conversation today.

It was like, you didn't even tell me I was going up and then they haven't talked since. And so, which has been somewhat intentional on her part, which helped her strategically. And more so on his end, just, you know, he felt uncomfortable. Brandon D said that I am Barrett. He's six five that have you ever put like salt on a slug and they shrink into nothing? That's what I'm going to do to him. I'm going to turn him into nothing. And I think that's what happened. Yeah, I think she did it. When she got in his face at the veto meeting, I don't know if he's been the same since. Yeah. That moment really reminded me of Boston Rob on the traders calling out Bob the drag queen in a way that it just felt so like, let's just try something for a TV moment. And Bob obviously goes home that night, spoilers. But it really did. I mean, he's in his room for three days.

They like, she, she, he gave her the playing field to go make a move happen. And I think, again, people on Twitter and on TikTok are like roasting the move or whatever. But like it roasting the the ceremoniousness of it all. But it did work. What are they roasting? They are, they think it's and they think it's too cringe. And all the kids, they say cringe or whatever was like, what, what he did? What he did was like, I mean, Oreo was sunglasses on and miming with the oven. Can I just say it was all pretty pretty well. And that's so cringe. That's exactly it, right? Because we have gone so far from like, you know, what is it? Ninety-eighteen years ago, we're seeing a 75 year old guy say, you know, you're always Judas in my house to like a Catholic school teacher like bow and janeller fighting and Reagan and Rachel are fighting like that's when it was good. Like this is all. Yeah, this is this is all like Winnie Hut Jr. version of that.

Like, of course, it's camp because the whole show is camp now, but it's a moment that worked. So we'll take it. I liked it. I like the whole thing. I like that we got to fight. I like that we got a call out. I like that one side was going like leg up and the other side was trying to be like, like, what do we want instead? You know what? Usually happens during the video meeting. Nothing. They cut it out of the episode. Yeah. Did they hug after this one, Taren? I hope not. Yeah. This was great. This was great. And I loved what he said. She said, Barrett, I'm foaming at the mouth to take you out of the game. You're going to regret this decision for the rest of his life. Where's the lie? So far, check, check, check, check. Any chance that they get back together? Yeah. Now that I'm finding out that they didn't talk for like a whole week, that's a pressure

cooker of a tone. It was an emotional conversation today. The second he said, can we talk? She started crying. I genuinely believe a large part of the reason why she's had such a strong reaction. And I think that she's been saying it from the start is because she really does like and did like Barrett. And she feels especially hurt that he turned on her in this way. And so it has fueled her fire in the game to be like, I'm going, I'm going after him. But I think the more sort of vulnerable side of her actually was a little bit like, damn. And she said she's missed him. And I think she meant, I think she meant it. Now obviously she still deep. She's still playing. I'm not going to be like, oh, he just loves him and then she's going to go back. No, she's still using these emotions to play him. It's not like he should trust her or anything. But I do think that like there's certainly a connection that still exists that if circumstances change and they often do on Big Brother, I'm sure that door is still open.

But it is going to be wild because the D has spent so much time with Angela over the course of Big Brother 28. Now what happens when D is freed up now and is not spending all that time with Angela? Who is she now talking to the most? Is it Devon? Yeah, I'm forgetting who the conversation was, but I saw a tweet where it's a bunch of people talking around and laughing and D is just like white face. And this is post Barrett this week. And the quote tweet was like, you can tell these aren't her people, right? And I forget who exactly that was, but Barrett does give her people. And Angela of course was her people. So I guess it's Devon's, I don't know how much of like a genuine, I think she likes Yash a lot. I can see her really like getting down with Yash, but I don't know who else she like can like, you know, take the mask off with. This is she talked about this on the feeds this week that she's like, I'm solo now. And it's so freeing like, like I don't have to check in with allies about what I'm going

to do. Like I can just move the way I want to move right now. And and it's freed me up to kind of like play the way I want. And so I think she's going to keep kind of moving solo here. It's really interesting because I feel like I'm like, that's how I would feel if I was on the block with no way off the block. And I need to play that way for the one week. And now the week has reset. I mean, depending on who gets HOH and who makes the norms, but at this point, it's like, we've got a whole HOH Vito, a whole nother thing happening here. So I think it's probably most likely that she does try to either work with, I mean, Yash at this point and Taylor voted for her to stay or or to see if she can reconnect something with Barrett. But like, I think D is a very entertaining player. And I think she's shown a lot of great things here. I'm not personal close friends with D so I'm going to this is just my opinion. I do find that that D has been difficult at times for me to get on board with the like hypocrisy of, I'm so mad at these people for betraying me after having just betrayed

them and done the exact same thing. Like I think she's fine when she does it. She's like, she can dish it out but she can't take it. Mary, I can't. They're like us. They're just people. They're fun. They're fun. But they're people. Don't forget. And Angela haven't also done that. But I think for me, indeed, did that to an extent where I was just like, this is very entertaining. But come on now. Is that what you want from a player though? Like in a game like this? Do you want them to be super self interested? Do you want them to be like super mad when they get betrayed even though they, you know, but I want them to then turn to the camera and go, I'm such a hypocrite. Like, oh, look at me. I did the same thing. I want them to be honest with it for me personally in order for me because like, I'm doing whatever you need to do game wise. Yeah. I just don't marry who's the reality star that does that. I feel like Boston Rob. I'm a hypocrite. I said, no, he turns to the camera and he'll go, I didn't really mean that.

That's not really me. Like, I think, I think, I'm not making a buddy system. He knows that was ridiculous and that that's not like. I don't know. I don't know. Look, I'm going to, I'm going to a fan girl wear appropriate. I do think they all carry that same air though and I don't know where they're like, why they're all vocalizing it so much, but they, I guess they do feel it to a degree, but it does seem weird that they all, all three icons have voiced that like how dare you situation when that's like the thing they're all signing up to do. I do agree that's weird. I don't, but it seems weird that all three of them are doing it. I think it's, I think that's the perspective of, you know, especially that it's been propped up the season that they are the icons. It's like, hey, where are the stars of this show? Like what are you doing? Like where, where the, where running this thing? Where the, who the people are tuning in for? What are you doing? But why do we like that better as fans?

I'm truly asking this like from a fan perspective because we're fickle, it's fine. But like, why do we, why are we cool with that when it's just people who've been on reality TV before? These people haven't even played big brother before. Why are we cool with that? But if then another group is in the house and is like, but we're the good people, we're the ones who should be voted for. We hate that. It's the same. I think it's basically the same thing, just the only difference is that they've played a reality show before. I can only speak for myself here, but like for me, the way that D has been mad is so game-focused. So it's not like, like Barrett doesn't deserve to be here. It's not, it's not like mean spirit in a way that like dehumanizes Barrett or presumes that she's better than him in any significant way. It's just like, I want revenge. It's like, my name is D and you killed my game in this game and I'm going to, I don't remember the whole thing. But it's like, you know, she's on a figured plan.

I'm going to tell you why somebody, it's like, she's the Baba Yaga, you know what I mean? You just killed her dog and she's now going to come and hunt you down. It's less so like how dare this little ants and more so just like, I want to come at this person. That's the vibe I get from it. Because listen, I've watched many, many very icky things in the game and D is always like clear, like I'm still going to be friends with him after this. She also is the person who is constantly saying, I'm still going to vote for him in the end if he makes it. Like, hey, don't be bitter. We should still vote for him if he makes it to the end. She's still saying like to him and to the cameras, like I still will be friends with this guy outside. You know, I just feel like lumping her in with like the worst of the worst of like the bitter people who have responded in ways that are wild, I think is not correct from my point

of view. And I want to be clear, I was not saying that she is like, I disagree personally with the like, they've been bullying people or whatever. Like, I think that there's been a lot of bad behavior on Big Brother that I is not the same thing as what I've seen from the icons. I'm probably unique in liking when reality TV people are big characters, but then also can drop the act. I like both. I like, I want you to drop the act in the diary room or in the exit interview or whatever. And I want you to be a big character and make selfish moves for your game. I want both of those things, which I think some people do really well. I feel like Sandra does that. Like I like that kind of thing. So I don't think that these people are being terrible, but I do think it's like really rich when you have someone being like, I would have never put them up. It's like, what's you? Come on. I did find the like, and I think she says it to Barrett of like, we could have had a couple

more weeks. Like there's like three weeks left. Like there aren't really a couple more weeks to do anything. And that's a couple. It's a couple, but it's, you know, the way the cycles go is like, then Barrett is out, you know, fifth or sixth. So I do hear that feedback for some of the rhetoric, but I do not think it is at all mean spirit. Yeah. This episode is brought to you by Paul Molliv. Family time isn't just the big moments. Brandon, I'd love to know from your perspective that do you think that any part of D was looking forward to a post devins world in the house? No, I mean, and we'll talk about the actual challenge, but I have a hunch that she may be through that. What are you seeing? I mean, she, again, I'd have to watch it. I watched at the same time that everybody did here and everybody watching, but it looked to me like she had it on the ground. She had the whole puzzle already done. And then I think that she may be, and again, I'm tin foil had it. She may be thought that devins was going to go faster than he was. And once he wasn't making any progress, she started to slow down.

I think I see a world where she would rather have her like, and I believe devins is like her best, most, you know, in sync strategic partner there for another week or two, rather than Angela. I think Angela is also more susceptible to be swooped by a different group. You know, I can see a yash and tailor pulling in Angela. You can see you can make that case. So I do not think there was any part of her that was waiting for devins to lose tonight. My instinct was that she was not throwing and largely because she didn't know that they were only saving her and not devins. They were telling both her and devins, Taylor and Yash, that they were going to keep both of them. So like our knowledge knew that if devins wins, they both stay, but if D wins, devins goes. But as far as she knew, they were both staying. And so they were either lying to one of them, or sorry, they're either not lying to them or lying to both of them, which is what you would assume.

And so there's not really any incentive to actually throw the competition to devins there in D's mind. Yeah. I'm seeing the chat. I guess that's it. That's not a good take. I am so curious as to it looks like she had the whole stand by. Stand, stand, tento's down. No, no, I'm, I'm tento's down. It is crazy that she had the whole thing figured out on the camera. I don't think she finished it. It looked like she finished it. But I think she was still, she was still struggling with the thing. Unsurviver, I think that that is the move when you can put it together on the ground. And they actually frown upon that. But I think that this was a puzzle because of the way that there were the two spires that went up that lined things up. I think it might have been easier to put it together on the thing as opposed to putting it together on the ground. We definitely seem like also just one of those ones were once you, once you get it going on the, on the posts, it's going to be hard for someone else to catch up if they haven't at least started getting a few in there.

But I don't know. I guess I find it hard to believe just from like a game psychology perspective that it would be, it would be pretty hard. I feel like in a blockbuster where you have at least a decent shot at going home. This was not a situation where like everyone in the house has guaranteed you can save all week. You're not going home. No, no, no. Like at the most in the last couple of days, do you got a couple people to agree to keep her that she's just hoping are telling the truth? I think it would be hard for someone to outright throw it. The only reason I could think that she would have completely thrown it is if she had basically said, actually, I want Devon's to win and I want to be in the jury for him. But like, I just don't see the tea doing that. Going back to the very first HOH competition that D1, it was, there was a puzzle that had to be done, but famously it was Yash that had to help her win the puzzle. And it is fun to see that those two were connected going back to night one in the house that

is fun, like big brother poetry. But yeah, it's that not a puzzle person that to, I don't know something missing something brand, then where I'm trying to remember if that's where a time that D was a big, a south puzzle. No, I do not think so either. It just, it looked like it. It looked like a pretty easy puzzle. I was shocked that everybody win so far without getting a piece. It felt like a while that nobody had anything. Mm-hmm. Yeah, it's, I think the major issues that it's double-sided and they couldn't find like the starting pieces. And they did the test run on, they post with Julie playing on Instagram. Julie had seen it done before. And so she was able to immediately start doing it. And then I think the other people playing were able to also then quickly start it. But because none of them were able to find the starting piece, I think they were all struggling. I really liked this. You know, I did not love, of course, the unnecessary run back and forth to start it portion.

But I did like that they allowed Angela to just slide the pieces back, which I thought was such a clever hack of getting around the disadvantage that she would have had running back and forth to the point where I believe she was able to start the puzzle first, which I loved. And it really just came down to the actual solving of the puzzle, which was very tense because you couldn't tell who was going to be in the lead for a long time, unlike a physical competition where you tend to just be like, oh, okay. I was confused on that. Terran, I've always assumed that the rule must be that they can carry one to two pieces at a time and they have to run back and forth because I've never understood why everyone doesn't just either throw, push or grab all of the pieces in one of these things because the pieces appear to be like, I don't know, almost styrofoam. They seem very light at least in this one with the ease at which they were just pushing them. Yeah. Normally, there is a rule that you can only bring one piece back at a time. That was the case in the blockbuster that drew one. You had to bring one piece at a time and those were heavy as well.

So that was like especially physical forcing you to go one at a time. This one did not have any rules about how many pieces you could bring back at a time. And clearly, how many rules about what anything you do with the puzzle pieces is. So they you just bring them all back because the other one too, like you usually have to like run back and forth and sometimes you have to place it and then go get the next one. But they just kind of left this one open to interpretation, which I thought again, lighter pieces, looser rules about the running and harder puzzle. Those are all things I've wanted for a long time. So I like this a lot. The other thing is I don't know if I've seen it yet, but I'm sure it'll be out there that the people feel like they're may or may not have been a false start situation. My gut instinct is always just there might be a delay with what we're seeing and hearing might not always be who started early. They looked like Devins had like a foot, a foot head start. I don't think it mattered. No, it wasn't my photo. But I might my asses in track and field. Yeah, it seems like with a lot of the live competition. Yeah, it was like that.

What we're hearing. What we're hearing. Yeah, what we're hearing versus seeing might not be synced up 100%. Yeah. All right. Speaking of Devins, that a lot of the talk this week was that Devins could probably go home, especially if the blockbuster didn't favor him. The votes were against him, but here he is. He's staying. Taren, is there any daylight between what Devins wants to accomplish and what do you want to accomplish now moving forward? Not particularly, I would say the biggest difference is that I think Devins is a little more open to trusting Drew than D is. How much that matters is maybe another question. I think if D were to win HOH, she would very clearly just do Drew Barrett melody on the block and still want Barrett out, but obviously Taylor and Yash would want Drew out. So that could be a little bit of a thing. If Devins were HOH, he'd probably do the same thing, but he might have more of a plan

to save Drew and make sure it's Barrett if he can help it. He may even push D to try to make sure that Drew is safe to make sure that it's Barrett if possible because obviously it's way better for them to, and they've talked about this as well, it's better for them for Drew to stay because Drew and Yash are the two that are really after each other. Now granted, Yash just blindsided Barrett, so maybe that's not as much of a problem anymore, but I would say that's the biggest difference. Otherwise, they are very in sync, so not much. I think something, I don't know if it could happen. I don't know if it's possible. Could this turn into D versus Devins? Is there a world where that D has Yash and Taylor and Devins has Barrett and Drew? Maybe is it, melody doesn't, melody and wreck. It doesn't, it doesn't seem like that could happen, but could they necessarily, if it's like a Cold War, could they both be picking up their pieces?

I think it's maybe eventually, and I guess eventually could be soon given that we're going from seven to five in the week, but. And so I have to say double eviction one week from tonight. Did they announce it officially double eviction? Yes, yes. Sounds like yes. But right now, they're still mostly just kind of running for lives. There's not like a lot of room to maneuver quite yet. And it's not like, like Yash's bribe accounts for both of them too. It's like, it would be so interesting though. I think if they both survive through the double eviction, I think we will start to see, at the very least, D will be eyeing Devins, assuming she still has pieces in the game, or feels like she does. Devins might wait until a little later, and that's the battle we've all kind of, we all kind of anticipated when they were both running the game. But yeah, right now, I think it's still kind of like, let's just get there.

Okay. We've talked about Angela in her conversation with Julie, and she came out, shot out of the cannon. She was alive wire with Julie. Brandon, did you have any moments that you really enjoyed from Angela's time with Julie Chen Moonves? Yeah, I mean, she was just, she was, you know what, I love, I love a bitter exit from any of these shows, but I do also love an OTT happy exit. And she was just, she was having so much fun. It's just, I was, I was so appreciative how appreciative she was of the experience. And she felt very grateful, and I very much enjoyed that. And I think Julie did too. Julie and Julie made a point, I forget who said it, that her and La La are going to have a great time in the jury house. What a dream that must be for the next week for the two of them. Yeah, better hang for La La than Rick Devins was going to be hanging out with La La in the jury house. Like they're going to, like it's going to be a fun week for Angela and La La.

Yeah, I think she said, literally, we've had so much fun, so much fun, so much fun. So much fun. Yeah. So just going to go right up to La La, be like, I'll never believe what Drew and Melody were doing in the hot tub. Yeah, could you believe it? The Lawn retelling. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And gestures and everything. Yeah. Then all gestures and everything. Yeah. Also, yes, she said that she spotted the show man's that Julie, that was one of the questions that Julie was asking her. And she told Julie, Tara, she outjeweled Julie. She said, I love love. Well, I believe Julie said, you love love? Yes. Because Julie's being weird about it. Julie's like, so you were obsessed. Why are you so obsessed with Drew and Melody? And she's, I don't know, I'm obsessed. And it's just like, I saw what they were doing. And she's like, well, why?

Why are we so obsessed? I mean, this whole interview was quite funny to me, especially at the beginning when Julie was like, you said that this was a smart move. But smart for who? Mm-hmm. And she's like, I told it to them. I told it to their faces. You just saw me. Mm-hmm. Yash and Taylor. She's like, oh, well, I couldn't tell you who the votes were. Yeah, it was a strange one. Yeah. I mean, I think it is. I got what Julie was trying to get at, which is like, why was it smart to take you out instead of taking out presumably? Well, I think Julie was trying to say, like, isn't D the bigger threat? Why'd they take you out? Adulence is, she could be D in the final two, Mary. I'm just saying what I think Julie looks like. Yeah. Yeah, Angela was like, I think I could have beat her because I could make, I think I was bound to in a couple more HH's and Julie's like, no, no, I meant in the final two with the jury votes. Mm-hmm. And she's like, but yeah.

I guess I'm saying we can't have it both ways. We can't both be like, wow, look at this amazing thing that D did. She wasn't supposed to have stayed and also, no, of course it was a smart move to get Angela out. Mm-hmm. I don't know. I just don't get why Angela thought it was smart. Because of course, I didn't Angela think it was smart to take her out and BB26 too. Yeah. She was like, that was the thing I would do. She was like, she was like, I was a threat. I was a threat. Yeah. That's why they had to take her out. Yeah, it was, it was shades of Liz Wilcox when she gets voted out of survivor 46 is like, I could have won the game. Mm-hmm. Yeah, 11th hour. Yeah. Okay. We had good bye messages for Angela. Rick says, thank you, Angela, for your service. Thanks for being part of the team. Taylor says that she refers to Angela as her good smelling self.

Yeah. I think Angela's face dropped in the middle of that exit. She was like, you're good smelling self? She's like, oh, isn't gonna stay. Isn't it made up to keep you at all? Yeah. But if you're gonna pick whether Taylor thinks you smell good or bad, I think you should always pick good. I'm glad that she's doing it. I mean, the sure is very good. Sure. It's not Chuck Time for Angela. I mean, Angela's like a realtor, right? You gotta, they know about smells. You're gonna make sure the place smells good. You should smell good. Yeah. Yash meant everything he said to Angela. Okay. What do you think he said? I thought it was interesting that Yash in this good bye message said, why I'm keeping D or Devons over you. There was a brief period of time when Yash pitched to Taylor that they should keep Devons, but it was shot down and even the, you know, even just a couple hours before the eviction, he agreed with Taylor. They were not keeping Devons. So it's possible that this was recorded in that small window when he thought he might

keep Devons or it might just have been what he was saying, but it could theoretically have like an impact on jury votes because this is a demove. She was safe. Devons wasn't, but Angela might be going to the jury thinking, oh, D and Devons were both gonna be safe by Taylor and Yash. They both survived. They both did this. And so that is worth noting. Yeah. Finally, D says goodbye to Angela and they really were such great friends through 65 some of these. Terran, the theory of that Angela, you know, you don't want to get too close to her, D was able to avoid this the whole season. I don't think that Angela said a cross word against D the whole season. We thought that maybe she sold her out to Haley and turned out that that was a lie that Angela loved D. Truly, D broke the curse and this is the thing, it's these are curse breakers. She's a curse maker and breaker.

She cursed Yash with her tribe. Angela was also telling her like, hey, your bag is the closest to the door right now. You got to make it the furthest from the door is every single eviction I've been on this show, the bag closest to the door, bag furthest from the door is one to safe. Bag closest to the door goes home. And he was like, I don't care. I'll break the curse. Wow. What happened? Yeah. She broke the Angela curse. Yeah, literally every and every ally Angela's ever had. She's turned on them in some way or another cause their eviction. But D managed to escape it. I think it is interesting too that on, you know, D season of survivor, you have like D and Julie, who's not a similar archetype to Angela, but close. And then Angela has Leah and they become obviously very close afterward who's again, not the same thing, but close. I think it was like match made in heaven for both of them. Like they found a person kind of like the person that they had the best time with the first time. And it was very nice to watch them the whole time.

Mary, I know Brandon thinks Angela will never sit foot in the Big Brother House ever again. But do you think is, do you think that a third time of playing Big Brother is a possibility for Angela Murray? I think, I think the show loves Angela. I think we're gun, I think at the very least we're seeing Angela for the next three seasons on in a competition, like kind of in the same way we had Felicia. Like I think we're getting that. She would be one last season. Remember they had like her Sharkootery board? Yeah, I think we're just going to keep getting that. With it like they had to match her Sharkootery board or there was like something something. I want to say it was like the same thing. It's like that Felicia competition. Here's a question. Do we need, do we need Big Brother unlocked to have an Angela type? Like I know Big Brother unlocked. So what's interesting is it's such a goofy show, but with such serious hosts like gamer, winner, host, we don't have the like, pow, party.

I think we're missing the obvious here. I think Angela needs to be a faithful on the traitors. Yeah. No, she's so good. She really brought that to so many denomination ceremonies this season where she's just like arguing and screaming and also Karen, the fact that like she's always thinking she saw something. She always like I saw them. They went into the room together. Those are the people he gave her a look. They're playing the footsie. Yeah. She would be arguing at every round table. Oh, she would monopolize every round table. Yeah. Well, not for anything too is like the next celebrity traitors I assume is filming imminently. Like the one that the devins and Angela are all going to be eligible for is the same one. So I do wonder if there's a world where the three of them are there also, which I think why not? That'll be fun, right? Mm-hmm. Sure. Sure. All right. Anything else from tonight's episode of Big Brother?

I think that Yasha's hair has the skull it has morphed into a dock brown situation. Hmm. It's giving dock brown in a, in, it was really out of the travel season. Okay. He would love it. Doc Brown would love the time capsule. But it does look like it's growing out and across in a way that it was in just a few weeks ago. Yeah. Yeah. I was watching a clue for the first time the other day. So it's got some time. Tim Curry classic. Yeah. Christopher Lloyds there too. Yeah. I love this, this concept of Yasha's hair. I think Yasha has been, I'm surprised that we didn't have faith from the start of, you know, you've got unique hair, unique name, and then, and then there's just like how do we not see this coming of this type of character that he's become? Wait, is that an archetype unique hair and unique name or is one or the other?

I think, I guess I just think like, like, you know, if his name was James, like four seasons from now, I'm not going to remember who he was, but like, I'll remember Yasha. How dare you? I don't know. Do you crazy James? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I feel like, I feel like Yasha has been the biggest surprise to me on the season. Yeah. Like, I think, I think I'll be fine. You've got undrafted. He's the audience's choice. The people's choice. Yeah. Also, if it wasn't crazy James, would we remember him? That is true. That's true. Well, that's what I was, if your name is James, you just add something to it, you know? Yeah. James Yuling didn't get that. Yeah. And that's okay, right? Yeah. He didn't need it. Okay. Brandon, anything else? Yeah. Anything else that you saw? I think no.

I think I'm just, I think this is the most excited to see who wins HOH all season. And the season's great. Eric Stein said it today on Summer of Stein. This is like, I was out on Big Brother for just a couple years. I'm so like, I'm in love with the game again. And it's not because I know people there, it's just because the game is great. And I'm so excited to be back and I'm so excited to be locked in for the ending of whatever this is. Right. And just to think that there was a point where the red corner just had this whole thing on lock. And they just decided, a deep woke up one day and said, you know what? We got to get lyric out. No matter what. And really changed Big Brother history that day. Yeah. I think this is great. I mean, I think that, I think that, yeah, through, I mean, there were fears of the steam roll throughout and it probably should have been with how many advantages the Vets had. But they played so messy that they ended up having to burn their advantages or at least

in part burn their advantage. There's one still around, of course. But they had to burn the diamond power of Vito. And then we got really lucky, I think, you know, with the, how the twist ended up playing out, totally opened up the game. And now, you know, a shot was finally taken at the icons. Angel is the one that takes it. And we now have like a split house at the final seven, kind of like four to three. But Yash isn't really trying to win. And there are still too many nomination shares for the amount of nominations you're likely going to have to make. And so there's just like, I don't know, it's, it's, it's a, it's a fun, shaped end game right now. And I think we will hopefully have at least one more week this week of like anything can happen. This double evictions really going to be like the big thing that that solves like what is going to happen for the end game here.

And who's your most fun H oh H by the end of the night? I thought about this because originally I was like the games to wide open. It doesn't really matter. But then I thought harder and I realized it's probably drew because Drew has to nominate three people. Obviously Taylor and Yash are two of them. And then uh oh, he already has to now nominate either Melody or Barrett or one of the two icons that he still wants to work with. It's probably at this point after the blind side, especially going to be one of the icons. Yeah. Um, but then let's say Yash or D very likely to win the veto. Now he has to choose between Daddy Devins, friend that has backstabbed and lied to meet Barrett or Futsi's show man's melody. And it's, it just gets very messy. And I think that's one of the few H who H is that gets that messy. So that's probably where I'm, where I'm aiming. Pretty fun. Mary. Um, yeah. I think unfortunately what I really wanted was for Yash to win just to get the reveal on

the, but I guess that still could happen at any time. Um, uh, who's the, I had a question. I'm like, yeah, I'll come back to it. Um, oh, that's what it was. Terran, at this point in time, how many people in the house have not had to sit on the block during an eviction vote? Like I've not made it to the actual voting chairs. Uh, Devins. Yeah. Is there anyone who decides? One Devins. Um, Drew has not sat on the eviction chair. Yash has not sat on the eviction chair. It's more than I think. And I think it's those three. Okay. Those three. Interesting. Uh, that's pretty impressive for this late in the game. Like my favorite thing about this game has been the wide variety of H.O.H. Winners that we've had the fact that considering we still have the blockbuster, it has not been I, I'm going to give Devins credit for this one. He said in, uh, in his H.O.H. Week, I'm not just going to put the same people up and have blockstars.

And I like the fact that we've maintained pretty much throughout the rest of the season. Um, so we've had just like a huge variety. I know that like having returning players when it's not a full cast of returning players is not my favorite. But like if you're going to have people who played other reality shows before, at least have them be interesting and going for it. So I think, yeah, I think like a, for anyone who's not liking where we're at in this season, at least it's still like very open here at the end of the game. All right. Let's leave it there. We got a live feed update tomorrow morning. We will find out who the H.O.H. is and what the plans are and everything else from Thursday and I coming up tomorrow morning and Karen, that is officially at what time? New Eastern. New Eastern. Okay. So be there. New Eastern 90 and Pacific. Summer of Stein had a fun time talking through everything with Eric this morning and fun

stuff. If you like that sort of thing, summer of Stein evergreen with Eric's Stein. And then over on Patreon, I will have a Q&A coming up on Friday afternoon, whatever you want to talk about, hot takes and more. You could join me at 3 p.m. Eastern for Q&A over on Patreon. Taren and I went through all of the win percentages. Angela was not that high. So we don't have that much to change this week coming out. We'll do it again next week. Yeah. I mean, Devons should, well, depending on who the H.O.H.I. I guess, Devons could recover. Yeah. Okay. Then over on the slop, fun stuff with Shepel every week talking through the nonsense of the big brother season. So be sure to check that out as well over on Patreon. And then Mike Blum and I have been previewing the survivor 51 cast. Mike Blum did something in this episode that I will never forget for my entire life.

And so find out what it was when you check out these survivor 51 cast previews, including also we did a travel trip back in time to talk about Operation Italy with Genevieve and Andy and Sam who talked us through their time in the most, maybe the new era's biggest move, Operation Italy. And then tickets are on, pre sale tickets are available for the patrons on Patreon for Washington DC, October 14th and the perfect date there for that. All right. Brandon, what's coming up for you? I've got nothing coming up. Stay tuned to everything we're doing here. There's great stuff every day. It's so funny that Mary brought up Clue because I watched a 90s movie yesterday that I never seen and it was really good. So if you're interested in watching a movie this weekend, you can watch Father of the Bright. It holds up. Yes. Did you do this for a podcast or you just randomly watched?

It was 10.30 last night. I couldn't fall asleep. I put on Father of the Bright. Steve Martin and Martin Short doing Steve Martin and Martin Short things. It was really good. And again, if the feeds are down and you have 90 minutes, yeah, I got a movie for you. I feel like it was cute. Not that funny. You know what? In a world that we live in right now, you need cute sometimes. You need something to just tune out everything else. And that's what if you need a login for Disney Plus, I'll give it to you. Okay. Wow. Very generous. All right. You know me. Yes. Mary, what's coming up for you? Go into the mountains with a new Hampshire. I'm going hiking. Really? I'm getting off the grid. Yes. Why new Hampshire's mountains? Haven't been to New Hampshire. I'm checking off. I got two states this year. I got Wisconsin. Boom. Checking off New Hampshire. No, there's sections of the AT there that my mom hasn't done. So we're going to go do that. Okay. Other than that, that's it.

Make sure you check out everything that's on RGP. Okay. All right. I want to hear your clue thoughts later on. All right. Then, Taran, what's coming up for you? Live feed update. Plenty of other podcasts. Comment. Check out my Patreon. After fun. Okay. All right. Fun stuff tonight. Good discussion. Three weeks to go here in Big Brother 28. Be a very fun ride. The rest of the way. Also, fun podcast last night with Andy Herron, Aubrey Brocco, Maggie Morgan, fun one. I think it's also, I think it's evergreen as well. If you want to hear that discussion, thank you so much for joining us. Take care. We're going to have a good one. Bye.
