The only thing that could top last night will be Halley Handel, the turtle and the dirt bag panthers and their arrogance on Thursday. That type of game could be a season to find a moment. Well, I'm going to try it. I think last night, I don't think Nicholas Hagg thought that the silly put Coleson was going to take him up. On the fight. And by the way, that was towards the end of his shift for put Coleson. But I liked it that both Captain and put Coleson went after Wiesblatt right away. And I'll give Hagg credit for stepping up for his teammate, good for him. But is there anybody surprised that put Coleson threw down at this stage of the game?

3:01I mean, that's just who Vasilius. It's like the third time he stepped up and fought for his teammates. You know one guy who would love that? He was a pretty good minor pro player. Now he's the head coach of the Bakersfield Condors. And he could put up points, but he didn't take any crap out on the ice. In fact, I think the word guy used today in the press conference by a member of Calgary's group. It rhymes with bit. And a couple of guys that can do that down on the miners, we got, and the problem right now for Emmerton is Emmerton has no wiggle room in cap space. We didn't get much of an update on Leon dry settle today, you know, they had a semansky centering, put calls and then captain in practice today. I mean, I don't want to, I have no idea whether, put it this way, I might suggest you. I think it might be unlikely that he plays tomorrow, but you've got toughness. The orders don't have wiggle room, just recall a guy like brown up for the game on Thursday. But maybe you said something there, the game has gone to more skill. You still need to stand up for one another on the ice, don't you, as a team? Yeah, absolutely. And, you know, there was, I would just call it, you know, the policeman or I like, there was more, there was more guys that placed the game, right? And the, if you, you know, if you hit a Leon or Connor, so to speak, right, you knew

5:06you had to answer the four or five dice and that was just, you know, so it's okay. If you're going to, if you're going to choose to do that, then you know, you know, what the response would be, right? So there's just, as I said, the game has evolved and, you know, more teams are going to, you know, quote unquote, you know, four scoring lines, etc. And sometimes, you know, define those type of, I think we have a young one in Connor Gladdenberg, you know, he's not, he's not ready yet, but you know, someone who's able to play and, and also you need to be looking over your shoulder. And if you, if you take liberty, you know, you're going to have to answer that bell, you know, it's definitely, it still needs to be in the game. I still believe there's, there's definitely a fear factor. So the good on the others last night was awesome to see. All right. Speaking of Connor Gladdenberg, he just, so help educate us here. It was a hand injury, his hand got jammed in a jersey or something. Is that what happened? Yeah, it was a really freak accident, but yes, surgery on his finger. And so it needed to be reset and that kind of stuff. So, you know, he's, he's pretty rusty right now, but I mean, he's, you know, he played both games,

6:11but he, you know, he found his way into the penalty box more than we would have liked them to. So, you know, I mean, you know, the second game wasn't on one, but yeah, he, you know, we're, we're, we're teaching him how to, how to play and, you know, and be, be responsible. And he's got, he's got some good hands. He can skate, you know, but, you know, what you said to him, hey, you shouldn't fight here. And then I said, what'd you do in the second game and he goes, oh, well, the guy pushed Griff. So, you know, I mean, what am I supposed to say? No, don't do that. It's okay. Good job, kid. And I was going to. So Griff is your team captain. We're joined by college. So this was his first couple games because we believe it or not, Colin, we get asked as much about Conor Glattberg as we actually, no, that's not true. We get asked more about Conor Glattberg than we do about Isaac Howard. The guy is already a fan-favorite and he's played like five games here. So take the first game, like what, four, four weeks or something, five weeks, overall decent performance from.

7:11Yeah, game one was, was okay. You know, the biggest thing is just his, his habits, you know, coming back into his own coverage, he'll swing and so he won't stop, you know, he just on the board. If he's under pressure, he'll throw pucks away. And he's, I mean, he's a young, he's a young player and we had him. We had him at a really, really good place before he got called up to the Oilers and he's just rust, you know, like he just saw those, those, those little reminders that he could get away with in junior because he's stronger in there. But he, and he played a lot of minutes. He'll get there again. He's a coachable kid. He's like, I know, I wasn't thinking that. What were you doing there? I don't know. He knows it. Let's, you know, let's our job, you remind him and get him back out there. Your little one grew three inches overnight, adorable, also expensive. You know, I think I've had that excuse probably every night, maybe Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, circa 1987 to about 1998, I don't know, I wasn't thinking. You know, good both players were okay, but again, like that's a good response by Brownie. Unfortunately, he didn't finish game two, so he's lower body, again, but he understands his role and what he has to do to be effective, and he dated and I don't think he'll be in this week and we didn't practice today. Okay. So that takes the option of a potential recall for the Florida, I mean, the orders have no cap space. Anyways, it'd be almost impossible to execute Colin, Josh, Johnny, so Colin, you had two weird games down in Texas, like you had the 401 victory with a couple empty deadters on Friday, and then you had a rough start and can never really dig your way out of it on Saturday. Is that a fair assessment? Yeah, it is. I mean, you know, it was weird that you know, analytically, you know, with the number of said, you know, in our reports the next day, they had his losing game one and had his

10:15win in game two, you know, so it was like, you know, they scored in the first game one, it was a pretty tight game. Could it win either way? Game two, they scored in the first two shots, they were, you know, misassignments and they were good goals. You know, the third goal, I think, you know, we'd like to have back. But in the meantime, you know, we have shot them 17 to seven, and their goal tender made some out of this world saves, you know, and then they scored the next power play in the second period. And then then really the game bad away from us, so, but, but like you said, very odd games. Okay. Let's talk about the goal, Danny, because Matt Tomkens has played pretty well for you, hasn't he? He's been excellent. I think since January 1st, I don't have the numbers right in front of me, but they're, you know, they're top, you know, and, you know, high danger, say percentage, you know, like just regular expected against, obviously, Kelly Gard, that's his area, he's done a good job. You know, so, Tom has been excellent, he's been just quietly going about his business and,

11:19you know, given us a chance on a nightly basis. The guys love Calvin Pickard. They loved his work rate and practice. He's not the biggest goal tender. How has he been since being a science biggest field? You know, what he's been, he's been good, you know, I would say there's a few, you know, need like to have back, you know, like to say, maybe the game won her versus Ontario, kind of a weird angle one. The third one, I think, first, Texas there, you know, but I will tell you his attitude and work. I think both guys here, you know, Tom are and pick the guys absolutely loved them both and play ridiculously hard for them. So, you know, as Pick finds his game, yes, as he given us a chance, every game he's been in there, I would say yes, except for the last one where, you know, he went down three and nothing. So, you know, he knows that I went in and talked to him and he said, yeah, fair enough.

12:19And, you know, today we're back to work, you know, joking around and, you know, talking about how the travel day was yesterday. So, he's a pro, he's a man and he'll be ready to go, you know, we expect them both to split this weekend again and both give us a good chance. All right. A lot of focus at times this year on Isaac Howard and Quinn Hudson. They've both been a little quiet of late, but I want to ask you about Robi or Vente. What do you see in there? You know, Robi is a, someone who's got sneaky speed, he's got a great shot, he's got a one-timer that can, you can be a one-shot guy, sees the ice, can transport the puck, big body, can play physical. I think the challenging part that he's, that he has to be reminded of is that he just has to bring that on an early basis. And I think the hard part for him is he hasn't played right in a year and a half. So, we started, I mean, missed the one-third of the first 18 games and then now he's played a regular schedule.

13:20I would say right now he's playing well. He went down to a little bit of a dip there that had to, you know, just struggle the, the mode of playing every day. I would say he's definitely a prospect, you know, so I think it's a little bit early as well, not to be, you know, sitting on the fence, but I think it's a little bit early to know exactly what we have just because the young man hasn't played. So, you know, let's see how the next 13 games go down here in the playoffs and, you know, just see how he goes into, like you're saying, Hudson and Howard, like the league is good right now, the American league, you know, everyone's dialed in, the systems are set, the young players have, you know, 50-60 games experience, everyone's confident, all games are meaningful and it's hard to score now. Yeah, I'd throw a lepid and he had a tough start, adjustments to the American Hockey League, man, he can move the pocket. He can move the pocket, his patience and poise is at another level, you know, as far as his defensive game, you know, he's still in a minus category right now, but I will tell

14:24he's been excellent since his return from his injury, his physical play and just commitment to defending without giving up any of his offensive patience and flair and that kind of stuff. You know, I think, again, that's a little too early to tell, that just because of the start that he had is just the final play is so much different, I think, forwards going to death a little bit easier, obviously, you know, defensive and then goal tenders coming from Europe even harder, just a traffic and that plays a lot different, but Keith McCamber has done a great job with him and he's been, he's been excellent for us. All right, you mentioned this weekend just a pair of games? Yeah, I just a pair of games up to San Diego and then back home versus the mini battle level Berda against Calgary. Gave a way of blocking the power play that led to a shorty. Penn State has done nothing, but backed that kid every step all the way. And they've allowed him to have some personality and, and be a bit of a star. And when I watch North Dakota with Keaton Verhoff, who also had a rough game on the weekend, um, I see a program that basically says the program's bigger than than the players. Penn State's been a little bit different. They're providing a little bit latitude for, uh, their star players. Um, Hughes and Wisebush, well, they're interesting names.
