Baker creates hyper-realistic food cakes

Amber Commandeira-Smith creates hyper-realistic food illusions using cake, fondant, and white chocolate that look like fried chicken, pizza, oysters, steak and chips, and even baked beans on toast. She demonstrates her techniques on television, showing how to create edible cake versions of breakfast items including fondant beans with glaze sauce and eggs made from edible lollies. She teaches these cake decorating skills at the Craft and Quilt Fair in Sydney and through online masterclasses with the Cake Network, with a special focus on creating realistic cakes for Father's Day pranks.
