Nicolle Wallace covers the 6-3 SCOTUS decision telling states that they can almost never consider race when drawing congressional maps. This ruling, in addition to striking down Louisiana’s Congressional Maps due to a majority Black district, will likely stifle Democrats’ representation in Congress, especially from southern states.
