561 || the mental health garden

About this episode

The Technique: It may help to think of our mental health like our own personal garden.

Everyone's foundations, needs, goals, and process will be unique + nuanced. Adaptability + balance is a big part in sustaining a flourishing garden. We can (+ will want to) apply general tips + tricks but what we need to be successful will be hyper specific to our personal situation.

When we plant seeds, we must plant them firmly + confidently then get comfortable waiting. Never dig 'em up too early, just to check Trust your prep work was enough to set you up for success.
