In the 41st Millennium, they prowl the edges of Imperial space as warbands, drifting through the void aboard ancient, blood-streaked vessels. Without a Primarch to guide them, and with their gene-seed line long corrupted by madness and cruelty, they strike not for conquest or glory, but to spread terror for its own sake. These remnants of a broken past descend upon unsuspecting worlds, slaughtering civilians, skinning governors, and leaving cities in ruins—not as a means to an end, but because fear is their faith, and suffering their sermon.
