About this episode
In this week's episode, I open up about getting through one of the hardest seasons of my life. A time when I genuinely believed things would never feel okay again. I share a bit of my personal experience, what it felt like to be stuck in that place, and what slowly helped me move through it. This isn’t a “toxic positivity” talk or a promise that everything magically fixes itself it’s an honest reminder that healing isn’t linear, that pain doesn’t mean permanence, and that even when you can’t see it yet, you will feel like yourself again. If you’re in a tough place right now, this episode is for you. Love you guys!
