Discipline changes everything.
In this episode, David Shands and Donni Wiggins break down their decision to take on the 75 Hard Challenge and quickly realize that the biggest challenge isn't the workouts. It's developing the discipline to keep showing up when you're tired, busy, uncomfortable, or simply don't feel like doing it.
They talk about accountability, building better habits, staying consistent, making time when your schedule is already packed, improving focus, and how strengthening your discipline in one area can impact your business, health, and personal life.
If you've been struggling to stay consistent with the things you know you need to do, this conversation is for you.

First off, we're gonna apologize. Okay, because no, no die party did not die or 95. She died on 825. So where was you? What was you reading? It was on threads. Oh my god, the only part died on 925 and she had to hit song 825. I mean 925. And so as we're like talking about all her stuff, it's like right there. And it was the 2050. The money was the 20. 25th of the month. I listened to y'all on threads anymore. Yeah, the good is as we didn't go like super deep on what it meant like I think we did kind of know it's virtually like going on some yeah, man. But we went deep in that. What are the odds? What are what are the odds? No, we want to apologize definitely in the moment. Definitely the 25th of the month looking at threads and we were talking about like how people were honoring her and loving on her. And I'm just going through all the post and it seemed to fit in with everything
else. Yeah, but the rest of the episode was really good. So go watch the last week's episode. You can see the faux pas. But get through it. Because it was a really, really good conversation. Anyway, it's how you don't we're both in the midst of the challenge. I've got my water. Oh yeah, me too. I'm like what challenge are we in the midst of 75 heart man. We are in the midst of the 75 heart challenge. Let me tell you what happened. So first off, Neil calls, no, Neil goes in a group chat and says, yo, we're about to do this 75 heart challenge. And at first, when I saw it, I immediately said no, yo, really, the same, the same reaction you had when I called you to the other reaction when I first, when you first hear it, you like, I'm not in season of my life right now. I'll streak. I like, no, I'm good. So I started looking at what it actually is. And essentially, it's not as difficult as I thought during a gallon of water a day, which is good for us. And we could do
that. You and here's the thing, I thought it was like a super strict diet, but the diet is one that you create. You create your own diet, but you have to be disciplined enough to actually stick to it. So I designed my low, my low diet plan for 75 days, you have to take a picture, you took your picture, I took a picture, you got to take a picture, you have to read 10 pages of a nonfiction book, regent, or a month, I'm pages. And here's the, here's the thing, bro, it's in two workouts. And I'm not mad at the indoor workout, no problem. We can, we got, I got the little walking pad at my house, like a walk for 45 minutes, I do pushups and crunches, no problem, maybe some, some jumping jacks, some squats, I wouldn't got a jump rope, no problem. I could do that in my house, that outside though. And it's opposite for me. I can go outside all day. Really? Yeah, because I mean, I'm already accustomed to
walking three miles three to four days a week. So, but usually, usually the way my workout is set up, I have a gym, maybe a mile and a half away from my home, I walk to the gym and walk back. So I walk to Pilates or to use the gym there in the same location. And then I walk back. And then we'll go, and that'll be my walk for the day. But then on the days that I don't go to the gym, those are the days that I just walk and I could walk three miles, I could walk five miles, come on back home, do my thing. And I actually love my walks so much. I went on a walk last night at about 845, almost nine o'clock last night. Okay. Yeah. I was like, okay, I'm going to do my work out at night because I have to time block my thing. Because once I'm at the house, I'm with the kids, it's over. I can't just like go out without my daddy. I won't go to it, which I could like take them on a walk, but they ain't gonna want to walk that
long. Anyway, I go to this outdoor basketball court. So I go to Walmart, I go get an outdoor basketball. Am I okay? I'll just shoot around 45 minutes. So I get there. It's just me got my basketball, changed my clothes, shorts, sneakers, I'm walking down this little park. I see three young ladies get off the car, just to go sit at the table and smoke weed. So I'm sitting there and I'm shooting guy pulls up on a moat pad. And he starts taking off his clothes, like he started not taking off his clothes, but he starts getting dressed, you know, changing the shoes, stuff like that, getting ready for the for the basketball. Just to who it's just me and him. Okay, but it's five o'clock. And I quickly realized this is a bad idea. Yes, the hottest time of day. It was 92 degrees outside. Yeah. So I'm thinking, okay, I'll just shoot. I just walk a little bit shoot. We end up playing one on one. And the kid beats me. And we got to run it back.
And he beats me again. And I know we got to run this back. We wind up running like four games. My alarm goes off from my 45 minutes. I am out of breath. I am pouring sweat. I get in the car and I just sit there for a while. And I drive to my house, and I sit in the I sit in the AC for a good 20 minutes in the front of the house, because I can't move. I was dehydrated and hot. Yeah. Yeah. So it's just a bad idea. But today, I think I'm going to I'm going to do some walking. I just don't know where but I'm not playing basketball. So yesterday for me, so for clarity, you called me late the night before and said, do this 75 heart. So day before yesterday, at night, Dave is like, hey, says, do this 75 heart challenge. I said, I'm not, I'm not doing seven heart. Maybe I'll consider 75 soft. What does that look like? And Dave is like, no, it's real easy. Like, he's
assuming that the diet part was the hard part for me because I like to eat good. And that's the easiest part. I can change my diet and fat. You know, I fast all the time. So I can do that easily. And I'm like, it's not the diet is the second workout. And I'm like, I'm not doing it. I'm not where it's hard enough to get me to work out three days a week. Once, I'm not doing two workouts a day. And I'm thinking about like my schedule, when would I have time to do this, right? And so I said, I have a workout accountability partner. I said, let me text her. And if she's with it, then I'll do it. Okay. So she's like, I said, hey, now let's do 75 heart do 75 heart with me. She was like, what's that? I tell her what it is. She responds, sure. Okay, let's do it. I said, my response to her was, uh, were you looking for a certain answer? Yeah, I was like, uh, and she's like, why did you say that? I'm like, because if you
said, no, I was going to tell David, no, and she said, it's okay, we can do hard things, which is what I say all the time. I said, Oh, you pulled a me on me. So then I look up 75 heart and I see what it's about. And I realized it's much less of a challenge of physical fitness. It's more of a discipline challenge. This is a mindset challenge all day long. Well, you can't challenge me to discipline. I'm showing up every single time. So it's late that night. I'm like, okay, I'm going to start. So the next day, we have a full day. We have a live co working day with our community. I get up at 645. I'm on that I'm on a million in morning call in our community from like 645 to 7 sometimes 710-ish. And that night, I didn't get home until after 2 o'clock in the morning. So I'm delirious when I wake up to do this call. I went back to sleep like I got to go back to sleep.
I've got to be on for people. So I don't get the morning workout in. I go home. I've got meetings around 2 30. I've been quick for context. How long? How much time needs to be in between each workout? Three hours has to be in between each workout. So I go home, leave the co working day. I have meetings from 2 30 until I finish at 5. Now I don't know if you noticed, but I was dressed in workout clothes. I had on my workout tights. I had on my sports bra, but I put a hoodie on top because if I didn't come dressed, I am eliminating everything possible to keep me from going. So I'm like, go to the co working day. Be ready for the gym. I finish my meetings. I go straight downstairs. Go to the gym. Knock out my 45 minutes. And like I'm like, I'm going to really do it. I asked chat based on my weight and body type and all the things. How many calories should I burn in a workout? And it was like 250 to 350. I said, Oh, and I'm looking at halfway between my workout. And I'm like, I'm not burning enough calories. So I decided to like really workout. I'm going hard, hard. I do
that workout at 5 5 5 30. We then have the community call at 7 30 at 7. So I'm on call, but I'm starving. I finished my workout at like 6 30. So I'm like, I got to eat. So I'm trying to like hurry up and cook these filet millions. I got the salad from the co working day. I'm like, I'm going to just put a filet on top of my salad, eat it real quick before the call. That didn't happen. I didn't have enough time. It's like 640 to 7. So I'm seasoning the filets and the call starts. And I'm just like standing in the kitchen. And I'm like, OK, keeping an eye on my filets. I'm so hungry. I said, as soon as this call ends, I'm going to eat my salad. So we got overtime on the call because we're in we're in the thick of it. Right? We're in the thick of it. We go overtime is 820. And I'm like, I got to eat this salad. And I need like 20 minutes before I go outside. So I in the call, I eat my salad. I did cook those filets. I was over there like, yeah, guys, we're going to. Yeah. So I eat my
salad. And it's like 845. I go out there and I do my walk. But I didn't feel like doing the walk. You're supposed to you're supposed to take a walk after dinner. So I'm like, OK, I'll eat. And then I'll burn the calories off. This is what we're supposed to do anyway. So I didn't feel like taking this walk. I got on Instagram live. I got on Instagram. And I said, first of all, now I typically don't walk in the dark by myself. But I wasn't by myself. No, I mean, you know, I don't usually walk without another person. So I got on Instagram. And I'm like, y'all just take this walk with me like I have to finish this walk. I have to finish this walk before I in the night. So Instagram takes the walk with me. They're asking questions, all the things. I text you the picture and show you that I did my workout. I still have to read though. Let me tell you something about walking at night after dinner. You ready to get straight in the bed. For sure. Oh, straight in the bed. And I'm like, how am I going to
get these 10 pages done? Now I am a 10 pages is a breeze for me normally. You know, I read a lot. Those pages felt like years. But what I get in the shower. And after that shower, because I can't sit down anywhere, I'm drenched in sweat. I have to get immediately in the shower when I get home. I get in the shower. And I'm like, you can do it, Donnie, you're going to, you know, you're not going to fall asleep. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. So I start texting you about the book. And as we're texting back and forth while I'm reading, that's what's keeping me awake. That's what's keeping me awake. So we do it. So use me. I used you. I'm thinking we're having a good conversation. No, no, no, I needed to stay alert. I needed, I needed to stay alert. So it was, it was really good. But when I tell you that last page of the book, I close that book, turn the light off on my nightstand. I remember nothing after that. I had the best sleep. I've had in months. I love it. Like the best sleep. So I encourage you if you have it in you to
take a late night walk, like around the neighborhood, do it. You're going to come in and go straight to sleep. I'm always waking up in the middle of the night. Yeah, I got the kids, bro. And so my nights are like kind of reserved for them because I'm going all throughout the day. But I mean, I'm committed to this, which means I need to maybe wrap up my work days. Now today is going to be a bad day, but wrap up my days a little earlier and just get home. Wrap up my days earlier, a work then maybe go walk somewhere for 45 minutes and then go home. So where I could be locked in and maybe while they're eating, I could read. Oh my gosh. So we were talking about this last night. I got a challenge we're reading, man. Especially if it's not a, the reason I like really good books somehow is because not in good. I'm going to get it though. The reason I like certain books that are my favorite is because they're good reads and good reads don't necessarily have the best information,
but you locked in. So I enjoyed Rich's Man in Babylon because it's telling stories and it's about money. I love it. I picked up this book called Influence and it's a really good book starting out, but you could tell that the writer is extremely educated. You know, man? He's like really, really educated, like formal education above your head. It's not above my head, but it's right there. It's right there. If this is the top of your head, it's like, it's right. It's right. It's right. There. You know, I mean, and I understand what he's saying, but sometimes in a few sentences, I got to step back and like, Oh, okay, let me re, re, dead again. In the biggest challenges with a book like this, because it's great information, but it's not fun necessarily. I find myself getting to the bottom of the page and my brain just blinges out. And I don't understand what I just read. And my goal isn't to get through
the book. My goal is to get something from it. So I feel guilty. If I just flip the page saying, okay, yes, I read it. Yeah, but I don't remember. I don't remember what I just read. And it could be a paragraph. And I go to the next paragraph and I'm like, Oh, wow, I don't remember anything from that paragraph. And I go back 35 minutes. So I actually had Dre drive the church last night, 35 minutes, I read five pages because I just, my mind starts to wander. Then on the way back, I read other five, 35 minutes back, but I'm, I need to work on that. So that's very normal. Um, it's very normal. I, as much as I love to read, struggle with that as well. And it's usually because you've got a lot of other stuff going on. So for me, I have to create certain reading environments, right? Reading a book in the car probably wouldn't be conducive to me because I'm paying attention to the driver. Maybe you have kids in the back of the car. There's somebody breaks too fast. And now suddenly you distract it.
Music is on your distracted. So that's probably not the best. But I get it because you want to do, you want to optimize your time. For me, like, I like to put on music that doesn't have any words because I'll read like my Bible or this book that I'm reading out, I'm like, gospel music in the background. And I'll be reading and then I noticed that I'm singing the songs. So now I have to do just instrumentals, not instrumentals of like my favorite songs, just instrumentals like mood setting, instrumentals that never had words to begin with. What do instrumentals do for like, because I know people put background music off of work and stuff like that, I don't do well with that. What is it supposed to do? So it's supposed to help us tune into certain frequencies that support rest or support focus, support healing. And you have to make sure that you're picking the right kind of background music. This isn't like jazz. This is like the sound of waves, the sound of trees, the sound of birds, you know, like imagine sitting outside by an ocean
reading. It's supposed to be those kind of sounds. That's one thing. But one of the things that helped me the most, two of the things that helped me the most is reading the same book with somebody and we discuss it. Like, let's read this chapter and let's talk about it because it'll bring you back to things that you skipped. But now I've retained the information. It's not that I rush through it is that even if I took 30 minutes to read two pages, I simply don't retain the information unless I discuss it. So I'll read the book with you or a nausea or somebody or I'll read it aloud on, on Instagram. So reading the book with somebody having open discussion. The second thing that helps me significantly is reading aloud. If I read these words aloud, somehow it's like an extra step to committing it to memory. And then the third thing is journaling about it. So I'll read, when I journal, I journal often. And when I journal, I'll write in like, this is what I learned in this book today. And talk about it that way. So those are three things that helped
me. But repetition is key. Got it. I hear this is what chat says, if your goal is to read faster while actually remembering what you read, music can help mainly by keeping you focused and making the session feel less mentally tedious. But music with lyrics, especially songs you know, well, can compete with the same language, like what you just said, for the 75 hard 10 page reading, I'd rank it like this instrumental low five, probably the best balance of focus and enjoyment. Classical or ambient music is excellent. If you want something in the background, while grabbing your attention without grabbing your attention, brown noise or rain sounds is great. If your biggest problem is distraction. That's interesting. Yeah. Silence, potentially best for difficult material or comprehension is the priority. Music with lyrics is the worst choice for serious reading, particularly if you're trying to retain details. And it's more so about the frequency that this music is created at like all sounds are a frequency,
birds, sharp at a certain frequency, drums, beat at a certain frequency, people sing all the things like it creates these vibrations. And it's, it's what controls how that music impacts you. Are you sure of that or is this like what it was nine to five type things? Shut up. First of all, you didn't catch the nine to five thing. So eight that's what hurts associated with relaxed, wakefulness and reduced external distraction. This can be useful when you're reading something relatively easy and want to settle into sustained focus. Low beta. First one was alpha, you got low beta, that you got theta, that you got delta low beta is 13 to 20 hertz associated with active attention and cognitive engagement. Conceptually, there's closer to the state you'd want for demanding reading, studying or problem. So I think I need to theta, which is between four and eight hertz is associated with drowsiness, internal attention, memory processes and some meditative state.
So I guess theta is if you're trying to relax and kind of wind down or like, like getting a massage or something. And that's why I was going to say that's why spa music sounds the same across the world. It's not because there's like this thing for spa music. It's the frequencies that this music plays at that makes it conducive for their customer to relax, fall asleep, add more things. Yeah. So delta actually is 0.5 to four hertz primarily associated with deep sleep, not what Jamie for a while reading. Wow. There's science to all this. So then you and I've spoken to you about this before, but you can then go to YouTube and put the hearts in that you need. Really? What's the frequency that you need? Give me, like, just go to YouTube and pick something that you want. Let's go 13 to 20. I think 13 to 20 is for me. Like if it's like challenging reading, 13 to 20 hertz frequency. Okay. I don't want to play it because anyway.
Oh, but you could put in the actual name of it. Alpha, no beta, theta. Okay. All right. So when, when do you always listen to background music? Yeah. I sleep to it as well. Oh, really? The social, the deep sleep one? Yeah. For sure. Sometimes I'll sleep to it or other times I'll sleep to like there's these channels that play this music in the background, but they might be reading the book of songs. Like, and it's just like the guy speaking in this voice and he's saying these things. And I'm not a person that can sleep well when people were talking around me. But this was recommended to me when I was like really, when I was still reading my Bible from cover to cover before I finished. And it's, I don't know, it just works. Like he's speaking over this frequency music and it's like the book of Psalms or he'll read in proverbs and you're just sleeping through it. So I either listen to just instrumental
frequency music or something like that. The most underrated business growth strategy isn't marketing. It's actually proximity. Who you're around creates who you are. And that may be the biggest issue in your business right now. Imagine being in a circle, an environment full of entrepreneurs who are looking to start grow and scale their business just like you where the conversations are elevated. The focus is intense and we are getting clear on where we are and where we are trying to go. This isn't just about dining and I. This is about us creating an environment where you can grow, collaborate with other people. You never know. In this circle, your next business partner, your next person is going to take you to the next level, maybe in the circle and they're waiting on you. But you have to be in the circle. So this is us inviting you to join us in the social proof circle. This is a community for entrepreneurs who are looking for personal development, professional development and financial development. This is the year. This is the season where it all goes up for you. Join us in the circle, click the link wherever you see it. Right now. I realize there's like cheat codes to everything and there are some people that
are winning in a space because they figure out a system that actually works for them. So if I didn't go through this process, I could just give up on reading and say, well, I just don't like reading. So I'm not going to read and I'm going to listen or whatever. But there are actual aids that will help you. And I think if you're determined enough to accomplish a particular goal, you'll find a way to do it. And I think that's why my first knee jerk reaction to when Neo said it. I was like, nah, because I'm just not in a, I'm not in a space to actually one, I don't, I don't feel on the surface that I'm in a space to actually go through this. But two, I never even really looked at the details, but I just didn't feel like being disciplined at a time. Now they got something else going on. They bet in like $1,500. You know, part of that. No, I'm cool. They put $1,500 into a pot. I'm sure he'll want to talk about it. But I think whoever has the best body transformation gets like half the pot. And then the other
half gets divided amongst everybody that completed it, which I think is really really cool. And I would have joined. It's just I've detached from any form of gambling. Oh, he did put that in the group. Yeah, cool with that. You going to join? No, yeah, no, I mean, I'm going to accomplish the goal. Period. Like I don't, I don't need to root. So the way I work, like once I accept the challenge, I'm locked in. Like there's nothing you could do. There's nothing a person could do that could throw me off of the challenge. You don't have to worry about me finishing. It's going to be hard. I'm going to do it. It's going to suck. I'm going to do it. It's going to be hot outside. I'm going to do it. I'm going to be sleepy. I'm going to do it. Like when I challenge myself to read my Bible, it was five pages every single day without stopping. I'm going to do it. Like we were on tour. I'm going to do it. We're on a road trip. I'm like, Dave, y'all, I need y'all to listen up. Turn. I turn on a little light in the front of the car from the mirror and I had to read my Bible out loud. Like because that's the only way I can receive it. I'm on the plane. I'm reading
my Bible. David over here, sleep. And I'm like, Hey, real quick. I know you sleep. But what you think of his verse? I need to talk about it in real time without understanding. You used me again. Yeah, for sure. I am going to use my available resources to get the job done. But I do like this is this is one benefit of Neil. So when I was saying I was like, I'm not going to do it. And we were talking about our meal plan. And he said he's going back to, you know, what he did with, you know, no, dare, you know, he's going hard with the meal plan because there's a reward for the best transformation. It's not even just about finishing it. It's like the best transformation at the end of this. So I do, I do like that factor because it pushes you to make different decisions. Like, like if your transformation was on it, maybe you wouldn't have that reason in your part of your first. But the Reese's is still in my purse. So I didn't have it. It's been a day and a half. No, that Reese's has been in my purse. Milan bought me that Reese's like four days ago. Let me see it. That
might be the devil hiding in your purse. No, it's not. I can, I don't believe in. I promise, I'm gonna get right back. If you don't give me my reason, I'm going to give you the reason. I'm not on your diet. I'm going to give you the reason. I'm going to get back. I promise. I promise. I promise. I just want to see something. So she's not everybody is waiting for me to to crumble it or something like that. But remember, you were saying, give me my reason. Remember, you were saying that chat said on your workout, right? You know, a regular workout you should burn how many to 250 calories. Yeah, they told me that they would like to see chat said they would like to see me at about 250 calories. This Reese's is 210 calories. So you got to do a whole 45 minute workout to burn off this. And you're only going to enjoy it. For 90 seconds, maybe you're going to eat it. Mmm, that's good. It's like
another bite. And then eventually it's just your eating. It's not like it satisfies that one little taste. Take this back. I don't need to say my life. That was rude. It should be. It could potentially be crumbled at this point. That was the goal. Let me tell you something. This is, is it 200? It's 210 calories. I burned 250 calories in just my one workout yesterday. And then I burned more calories in my second workout. So if one day this week, I want to treat myself to a Reese's. I'm okay with that. But also know about me that I don't eat them. And I don't eat both of them. So I'm going to eat one. And then probably next week, I'll have the other. I don't eat them at the same time. Do you leave it open and exposed? I put it in a little zip lock bag. You go through all that from one Reese's? Yeah, because I don't, I don't like, I don't like an overindulgence in like sweet stuff. I watched you over indulgent dessert. The same dessert that you might have been over indulging in. Yes. Yeah, for sure.
But we are over indulged in like butter cake. And butter cake isn't like super sweet. This is super sweet. That butter cake number. And you know, I don't get the sauce. Like you get all the caramel sauce, whatever comes with it. I just want my plane. I don't like what? Yeah, I don't eat it like when I eat sweets. So you'll be proud to know. Celebrate me. Because people have their own struggles. If I tell you I eat one Reese's say, you know, what? That's better than eating the whole pack. So I have had this habit. I'm addicted to these cookies that I get from this bakery, tip streets. I order a half a dozen because it doesn't make me feel gluttonous, right? However, I order a half a dozen every single week. Like every seven to nine days, I order a half a dozen of these cookies. No matter what, right? I eat one cookie a day, one chocolate chip with pican cookies a day. And I could really
do something with the host that holds that whole dozen. Have you checked the calorie on that one cookie? I've been trying to find it, but they won't like, I don't know. They don't know. The people who work there don't know. I've been asking chat all the things. So we've been basing it off of like other cookie companies. It's too something for sure. Maybe I don't know. I don't think it's to work out. Anyway, that cookie is a workout for the last year and a half. I have ordered tip streets cookies a half dozen almost every week. I've obviously skipped some weeks. But for the most part, if you come to my home, there's some tip streets cookies there. I have not ordered those cookies in two months. In two months. In two months. Just one day, I just stop. When I make up my mind that it's over with, I don't need prep time. It's over with. Yeah, I didn't think you were going, you just showed up the next day and said you were going to be doing it because we didn't land on you were doing it. So I just figured that you weren't. But then he's like, I mean, I'm on mine. I decided we're locked in. So what's your diet? What is the diet part of it? That's the part that I
got to think about because I don't know. Like I'm on a high protein diet. So when you ask me what my diet choice was going to be throughout this, I just said a high protein diet. But that doesn't necessarily mean that it restricts me from anything. So I know I'm I was going to say I give it fried foods, but I had french fries yesterday. I need some help with that. You need to create the plan. Well, my plan was high protein diet. I don't have a trash diet to begin with. So for me, it's like restrict what? I could restrict sugar. I don't want to. Donnie, you know, I love you. Yeah. You're at a point where I mean abs pop. I was at a point where my abs was. But I didn't I didn't get I didn't give up anything. What I'm saying, it has to be. I was in the gemaholite more, but I didn't I didn't I didn't change my diet. Okay, there needs to be something. That's a part of this challenge. There's a reason that my abs bubble more than they pop right now.
It's because we went on tour for two and a half months. Yeah, I both. And I broke my regimen. And let me tell you something, when you take your foot off the gas and you lose that momentum, it's starting from scratch. I'll over again with what I had to do to get to the point where I was consistently working out, consistently walking like that took some training and development. And the moment you break it, when you break it, all that discipline and consistency and development just went out the window. And so I have been negotiating with my workouts, but I never changed my diet. So it's the same diet. What do you mean? Well, you're saying at one time, like not too long ago at the top of the year, I had abs. My abs were popping until about June. And then it's it's over with I look like bubble wrap around the May. I look like bubble wrap around the midsection for sure, June. It was it was it was for sure, June. I know the picture
that I saw I said, Oh, oh, wow, you have to have some sort of. But what I'm saying, yes, I have to put something on there. So I'll do fried food. So no fried food. No fried food. Okay. Yep. No fried food. See, the thing is when we do stuff, it's like easy for me. No, it's cool, but I mean, just it gives us something to stick to. Okay, I'll do let me think about this. What I got in my fridge right now is a hamburger fried food. No. If when I make it at home, I'm not grilling it. Oh, so maybe like no deep fried. Okay. No deep fried is like fries, cheeky flake nuggets. So I'm still going to eat chicken strips would it be air fried? Because there's no oil in hot oil. So long as not deep fried, I think that's the that's the worst part. My french fries are definitely I'm not a french fried lover. I'm not a fanatic of them. So they just come with stuff and I eat them. Yeah. The moment you say what you're not going to do,
that's when you realize how often you do that thing. Get them in. So I remember one time I'm saying, I don't really eat sweets like that. But then I told myself I wanted to eat sweets and every opportunity came up from you to want that sweet thing. So I was just thinking I could do fried food. But then I said, I think of my bread. Then I said, I'm cool with bread too. No bread. No bread. I can do no fried foods. No bread. I said, but here's the thing. It almost feels like I'm cheating because I don't fry food at home. And I don't buy bread at home. Yeah. Well, you go out a lot. I burger. This is bringing me to your point when you said as soon as you say, oh, something's easy or I'm not going to do something, you start thinking of all the things. I don't buy bread at home. And I don't fry food at home, but I also barely cook at home. Which I have been cooking a whole lot more lately. I found a butcher and I went and got my
my meat from a butcher shop. I took my mom and let me tell you something. I got those fillets from the butcher and there is a distinct difference. Delicious. Yes. There's a distinct difference between the quality of that meat and what I had been getting from the grocery store. And I'm not claiming that the grocery store is doing whatever to, but there was definitely a difference. I stopped buying rib eyes. First of all, I may have told you, but I know me at Ernestine are steak eaters. I'm on a high protein diet. So it got into a point where I was eating, I eat like a full day, maybe five days a week. I'll do it for breakfast. That's when I had my abs and my muscles like packing on the protein. I was working out the same, but when I had made the switch to a high protein diet, that's when the muscles started coming in the abs. So I eat a steak at least five of seven days a week and that I'll cook. And then I told each a one day, like, yeah, I can't find steak in the store. I can't find a filet. I can't find a rib eye. And listen, I should know as

and I order a ribeye and filet. I prefer the rib the filet when I'm on a fitness journey over a ribeye because of the fact content of a ribeye. I cut that ribeye open and it's like stringy. But I taste it and it just tastes. Yeah, from the grocery store, I tasted and the texture just didn't sit right with me. And I like I buy and bulk. So I bought like eight of them because they were finally in stock. They're in my freezer. I can't do anything with those. Yo, the butcher guy came here the other day looking for you. He did. Yeah. Okay, because I do enjoy his steaks. Me and Ernestine bought like 400, 500 dollars worth of steaks off of him. Yeah, and I should avoid so I should got his card. His stuff is good. But he that day he only had New York strips and ribeys and me and EJ split them. He only had like a certain selection. So we split them half and half. I don't enjoy a New York strip. So those are just in my freezer. If your family eats New York strip, you can have those. Okay, so here's where we're at. You're going to do no
fried food, no fried food, no bread. Okay. How do you feel about sugary drinks? Could you lock into that? Um, that's that's hard. Can I lock into that? I could. The hard part is the discipline part. The hard part is the discipline part. Here's the thing. I just need to check the label of my orange juice. No, no, no, I'm talking about like coffee with clear sugar soda. Like that's awesome. Coffee with so I can do I don't buy sodas at home. I don't care about you at home because you don't know. Well, whatever I don't do at home, I don't have to do in the grocery in the in the restaurant. Okay. So I can do without soda. I can do without. But I have to have a lot of some times. Like I just be dragging. I'm like exhausted sometimes and the lot take like gives me the energy. Good. If I can and I only drink them like twice a week. So no sugary drinks
outside of a lot. Let me check my label on my orange juice. I drink orange juice every day. Is it 100% juice? I think Natalie should be 100% juice. Let me just say it. There's like sugar in it. Technically orange juice. I don't want any I'm usually I usually don't buy anything with orange with added sugar at home. But I do drink this every single day. Let me see the ingredients of it. Yes, that is that it's the added sugar part like I'll drink I drink some drink in a minute. Natalie's doesn't have added sugar. Now you know what doesn't have added sugar that I'm about to order now since I can't have nothing else. Those coconut water those flavor coconut waters that you forbade K from buying because I requested it. I didn't forbid it. For bait. There's sugar in there for sure. No added sugar. No. Okay. Also just coconut. Okay. All right. Cool.
Yeah. So there we go. All right. So can you write this down before I forget it? Let's write it down. Let's write it down. And let's post it on the social media. Just so that we're all hold you accountable. All right. At least put a few notes before we forget. So no bread, no fried food, no sugary drinks other than alate. Can I tell you what my dilemma is? What's that? And maybe you guys can help me drop it in the comments if there's another substitution. So I have had the worst menstrual cycles my whole life. Like doctors notices staying out of work and home like used to faint on and on day one. I have to have a goody powder Coca-Cola combination. It's the only thing. Really? It's the only thing that's going to stop the cramps and give me the energy that I need to make it through the day. Otherwise I'm in the bed all day. I can like
I can't do anything if I don't have the goody powder and Coca-Cola combo and only need one. Just one. All right. Cool. No bread and I'm like fried food. No sugary drinks with one alotted coke per month during that week and two alotted lattes a week a week. Oh, I can do that. Okay. Hold on. Let me let me just talk that in my heart. Let's go. I can do that. Okay. Right. In 75 days, super fineness. Super. First of all, and it's right in time for my birthday, right in time for the first million conference. Listen, if you see me dress sketchy, blame it on 75 heart. Okay. Chad, just document this for me so I can come back to it later. I don't have time to write right now. For my 75 heart challenge, I am on a restricted diet of no fried foods, no bread and no sugary drinks with the exception of one Coca-Cola the week of my period and two lattes maximum per week.
Let's go. Locked in. So call. Who do you call? Naja, Naja's doing it with us. Get her washing trappers doing it with us. Get their meal plans. Get their meal plans. Okay. I'm gonna get their meal plan. We all got it like the accountable man. We need a little group chat. Neal and Abby towards 1500 other group chats. Hey, I need your meal plan. What meal plan are you adhering to for this challenge? Hold on. Hey, I need your meal plan. What meal plan? What restricted meal plan are you adhering to for this challenge? We also, oh, and our community is doing it. Yep. Mm hmm. So let me tell you how I had to trick myself into commitment. Y'all, accountability will change your life, right? So you remember when I was depressed. They've got so worried about me. Do you remember when we drove like to Columbus, Georgia? And you're like, yo, sis, like, what's going on? What's up with you? Um, and I told them, I don't know. I'm just,
I feel like crap. Like I, and there's nothing wrong. There shouldn't be. And then I later realized that I'm probably in Perry, menopause at that time and my hormones are shifting and I'm not supplementing those hormones. And I'm so grateful that I went through God that year and a half. It didn't have to take that long. But thank you for allowing me to go through that because when other women my age, like over the age of 35 and my age are saying, like, yo, I'm just in the season of depression. I can't explain it. I'm like, I know, I think I know what it could be. And then I'll tell them, like, here's some things that I think it could be. And then they'll get on the same, like treatment plan as me. And they're like, yo, I'm like back to myself. Woop, de woop. Well, after we had that conversation, I just started to like, oh my God, people notice, like people are noticing. And I even told you, like, I didn't think anybody noticed because I'm highly fun. You even said at one point, like, I knew that you were off, but I didn't know that this, that it was this. So I decided to start in the community that I had at that time, a millionaire morning call. The reason that I
started that call was because during that season of depression, I was in bed all day. I could not get out of bed for anything except my clients because what accountability? I have to be accountable to my clients. So I'm able to get up for my Zoom calls after that Zoom call, right back in bed, right back on the sofa. So I shared this story on my podcast. I also shared this in my community. Like, y'all something is going on with me. I don't know what it is. I'm struggling in the guy out of bed, but that's not the woman that I know that I am. Nor is it the woman that I want to be. So 6.45, I want to become a morning person 6.45 AM. We're going to do this call every single day. And I told them at that time that it's only going to be until I kick through this depression, not knowing what it was. Whenever I kick through this, the call is going to be over. But it gave me so much of my life back, simply having to do this call and being accountable to it, that when we decided to join and create social proof circle, I'm like, they have the one call that
I have to keep. The one thing that I have to keep is this millionaire morning call because the community and I'm clear with them all the time, this call isn't for y'all. This call is for me. This call is for me. You get to benefit off of the pain and the uncertainty and the depression and all the thing like I thought I was dying at one point. I'm not remembering stuff. I can't get out of the bed. I don't I'm not eating. I'm not doing any a showered, potty, slept. That was it. And so it's the accountability for me of once I tell you that I'm going to show up and do this call Monday through Friday. I got to be here now. I've never canceled the call one day I did, but I was on a flight. But outside of that, never canceled the call, been doing this call for at least three years now. And it's just like two and a half years now. And it's just go. So when we say things like this to the camera, I'm like somebody could be in here that recognizes me and they wait and see what order comes to my table. I can't get the fried fish. And the enemy just be working, boy, because on
Instagram right now, there's this sandwich that's I've never even seen anything like it. It's a fried catfish sandwich topped with crispy bacon. Why would that pop up in my time? Because now I want it. Now I want to go to JJ's, but I'm now going to go. JJ's give me two pieces of extra crispy white and on white bread pickles hot sauce. That's all I need. Yeah, I went. I was I had to call on Monday. I'm so glad you locked in because when I said it, and I actually told them I was like, yo, I'm approaching 75 hard mentally. I'm saying I'm going to do it, but mentally, I don't I'm not 100% confident that I can keep it up. Because I'm just I know myself. And I mean, I was ill. I'm honestly not 100% sure that I can I can complete it. So that's why I didn't even put it out to a challenge for them. And the George texted me, like, yo, I'm a
dual with you. I'm like, all right. But in the fact, when he said that, that's why I text you. I said, okay, I think I do want to do it. But I would need some accountability. Because at the time I said it, I was I was like, knowing myself for a workout every outside. I don't know. I don't like walking outside nowhere because primarily because of animals. I don't do animals. You know, some reason in my mind. So actually what me, me, Dre, some in Sarai, there's like this trail around Stowe mountain. We went there. It's like just kind of like the street. And on our way back, because Dre was like, yo, I want to walk and she got a weighted vest on. It was nice. But while we were on our way back, a deer, just a loose deer, just and I'll be having deer in my neighborhood all the time. And I don't think a deer's going to ram me. You know what I mean? But just how a deer can get loose. Somebody's dog just loose, just
loose or it's nature. It could be snakes in there. It's warm. In my mind, I don't want to walk I don't want to walk nowhere outside. So I think I'm going to go to LA Fitness and then walk around the parking lot because I don't think it's going to be loose animals. I've walked Stowe mountain plenty of times. I've never seen an animal pop out like squirrels and stuff in the trees, but they don't come by the people. It is nature. It is nature. Well, so and it's also it's also a concern of mine. I'm always like, what if there's snakes in there? You feel me? Bro, we got to walk through this the forest. Yo, as I'm walking, people are just like sitting down on the rocks. I said for sure not. I'm trying to get all the way up and all the way back as quickly as possible. My mind. I'm running scenarios in my mind where it's like a wolf. I thought about this. I thought about literally, literally, this morning because I was thinking, okay, where am I going to get my walking? I was like, look, I do the same trail. But in my in my mind, bro, I thought like, what if a wolf comes out and I'm with my kids? And I'm like, I said, what I would do is this all in my head.
I'm a grabbed by the mouth and I'm a punching nose and I'll be fine. But then in my mind, the wolf, I promise you I had this hole scenario. And then like the wolf is going to like go back into, it's going to retreat into the woods. And I'm like, oh, we're good. But then he's going to come back with his family. And then I'm like, and that's why I was like, no, I'm not going to. Let me show you what I was what I was chatting GPT at last night. This is the funniest thing. Why are you looking for that? I wonder if it affects animals the same if you kick it between the legs. If it's a boy animal. Yeah, if it's a male, can you kick it between the legs? I'm like, disable it. Yeah, look, I just want to look. This is me just pulled up my chat GPT. But one, two, three. Look at the third. Look at the third. If I kick a male wolf in between his legs, does it disable him the same that it would a man. But his thing is always by all he bet. Yo, that scares the crap out of me.
You read it. Read it. Read it. Go on child carrying risk. That is one. So click it and look at my first question. This is, and I don't know if it'll show you the time. Last night at 11.33 p.m. How likely is it for an eagle to pick up a child and how much weight is too much weight for an eagle to pick up? If you're picturing a bald eagle swooping down and carrying off a child, that's extraordinarily unlikely, especially for anything beyond a very small infant. A useful distinction is what an eagle can lift briefly versus what it can actually fly away carrying. So it tells you, but it's not the eagles. It's not the eagles that be picking up the kids all the time. Is those other bird? What's that other big bird? No, it's the eagle. Is it the eagle to think? Yeah. So they're can't go walk with my son because I'm going to be outside in nature. The eagle will get saw me. And I got a song. You're not going to get picked up by an eagle. But even I've seen them pick up things that are too heavy and they release them. But eagles, like, like I've seen eagles, I'm afraid
more of the eagles landing on your head and like clawing into your head because I've seen these eagle attacks. But hey, Chad, if I kick a male wolf in between his legs, does it disable him the same as it would a man? Yes. A male wolf has testicles and a heart strike there would likely cause intense pain and could briefly stun or deter him. Why have we never been taught to just kick a pit bull in his testicle? Donnie, think about this. Think about this. Think about where the testicles are located. Says, but it's not reliable enough to count on as a way to dissapel. First of all, it's a temporary too. Think about what's happening. There's a pit bull here. The testicles are in the back. If I could just get over there. It's the mouth that you have a problem with. But it's all you kick it. It's all it's got to bite you. It also says that a frightened animal can keep can keep moving despite severe pain. You thought you found the secret to success. I'm an animal tech. But even if you try to kick,
like you'd have to get behind the wolf and to kick the wolf by how? But I'm just thinking like, okay, wolf jumps up on me. We're both face to face. I'm laid back on the ground. If I could just you know what I mean? It's an option. I'm not going to rule it out. Brut, you would let go before the wolf does. Because by that time it is twist. By this time. It poses a good option. By this time he's biting you too. You're gonna let go before he does. Listen, if a wolf is biting me, I'm biting a wolf back. Like at this point, I'm attacking it the way that it attacks me because to me, that's what they're used. You know what I mean? You give it a sand. Like, I can't claw the bear back. But I'm biting. I'm kicking. I'm screaming. I'm now grabbing them in between their legs. I'm doing all the things. We're surviving this. More or less story. I just don't that's why this whole 75 heart challenge outdoor walking thing is it's driving me that's a lot. Where am I going to walk? You know, this is lady walking around here sometimes. Yeah, no, I can walk around here. This lady walks around our neighborhood every morning. Like when I'm leaving to come here,
she just be walking and I'm like, dang, look how brave. Look how brave. I've seen too many loose dogs. Here's the thing. I've never even been bitten by a dog, but I fear it just the same. Carrier weapon. There was a gang of them. You got a lot of weapon choices. Carrier weapon. Carrier Bix stick. Carried bear mace. So when you're walking, carry bear mace and that right. Yeah, the reason that I carry bear mace when I'm walking is because I don't want to get close enough. Like mace only shoots a certain distance. I'm not sure what it is, but bear mace shoots harder and further away. You might have solved. Carrier bear mace. Yes, I think you saw my problem. Mm. Bear mace. Carrier bear mace. I'm going to go a little bit of Amazon. A gunworks go to a little bear mace. I don't want to kill something. No. You don't want to kill something that's trying to kill you. It's up. I mean, I'd rather just get the mace over with. I'd rather.
It mace you. I don't know how long like I've never had to use the mace. So how long does that mace last? Am I in an area in which I have time to take shelter? Yeah, I don't. I don't need. You know, if I'm in the middle of the woods, if I'm on Stone Mountain and a coyote comes and I bear mace it, how much time do I have to get where am I going to the rock? I'm shooting it. Yeah, but the reason I can't carry a gun in that way is because like a little shit to a free shit to my come to be a bit. I don't know. I don't know the dog. I see a dog coming to attack me. That's why I don't I don't need that. I don't need that. I remember the first time. I heard it. It's in dog. Before song was born, a Sarai came and I kept Sarai. And I kept asking Dave, can I watch Sarai? Can I watch Sarai? Can I keep Sarai coming to my house and you're like, I don't know. Sarai don't do dogs. I said, Dave, the Sarai not do dogs or do you not do dogs? How
does Sarai know that she doesn't do dogs? Has she been around a dog to not do dogs? Then you were like, hmm, and I said, if Sarai doesn't like my dog, I'll put them in another room. When I tell you that baby got down on that floor and she was crawling around with solo. She could not stop. She wanted to eat her food. She's feeding him chicken nuggets. She's doing all the things she loved my dog. And I'm sending David videos of his daughter with this dog and he's like, wow, speaking of, don't you guys have a dog now? Yeah. How's that going? It's pretty terrible. You're not afraid of it. I don't mess with it. You don't walk the dog? Absolutely not for no reason. You don't feed the dog? They went out of town for a few months or I had to. But when I'm coming out, they'll let it run in the garage. I'm like, yo, somebody put this dog in the cage, please. So, Dre will have to come downstairs and put the dog in the cage so I can go. I don't rock with dogs. But I did just get that bear mace. Dang, this thing looks like a little flame throw. Look, regular mace doesn't get that far.
I like to keep a couple of options. Okay, I don't keep a little bear mace. I'm not going to get a good no. Cause I'll shoot something. I just out of peer fear. Overkill. You'll be soldier boy. Yeah, just out of fear. No, then I feel bad for us in my life. If you don't have emotional control and you can't assess a dangerous situation in real time, don't get a go. I ran over a squirrel like a mother girl and I just hurt my heart. Oh, that will hurt my heart badly. Oh, I'm sick. Oh, that will hurt my heart badly. I remember years ago, 20 years ago, maybe, maybe less, maybe 15 years ago, I hit a deer. Well, a deer hit me. A deer just came out of nowhere and ran right into my freaking car. Oh, it takes them accountability, Donnie. You hit the deer. I didn't hit the deer. The deer came out of the woods right in front of my car and smacked it.
Here's the thing. It didn't hit hard enough to do real, irreparable damage to my car. Usually, a deer can like do some serious damage. It didn't hit hard enough, but it hit hard enough for the deer to fall over and be bleeding. And so I'm over it. No, I got out of the car. Like I was scared. Like, what if there's more deer lining? It wasn't it was breathing fast. It wasn't like making noises, but it was bleeding. And I was afraid to touch it to like help it. So I used to live outside. You thought was to touch it? I needed I wanted to help get it off the street because somebody was going to drag the deer off the street. Listen, I didn't, but this is what I'm thinking. Like, how do I get? Because it's clearly alive. Like this deer just need like some bandages or something. I don't know. So my old neighborhood where this happened out of, I used to live off of Southfoot and Parkway and on the street that I lived off of, there was a farm. And I drove
this man's cows used to get out all the time. Like we had like a, come get your cows relationship. So I like went to his door frantic. Like, please help me get this deer. Please. I left my car there. Perst in the car. Everything. I flew up to that man's door because it was like a stretch from the street. I'm like, please, please, please. He was like, Oh, it's a deer. He came down there. He's like, Come on, buddy. Just scoot on over. Gone. He helped me get off his feet and he ran off. Wow. I would never have done that. But I couldn't, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself. If I just left that deer in the middle of the street. And as I'm driving out of my subdivision, the next day going to work is dead in the street. Like somebody ran over it. I wouldn't have been able to live with myself. Yeah, I'd have been coming back and feel still there and then I'd be like, dang, it wasn't I didn't do that. In my mind, I probably wouldn't have convinced my I didn't do that. Yeah. I wonder why people will leave them here. I hate when large bugs bladder against my windshield. I'd be like, Oh, sorry. Sorry. Okay. Well, back to the moral of this conversation. Discipline. Do something. Do
something that stretches you. Do something that pushes you to a certain limit. And you may not be at a point where you want to be pushed to be limit. But if you're watching this, we want to encourage you to push yourself to a limit. Dave, I want to encourage you to push yourself to the limit. Walk. Let's go to Ston mountain. No, I'm going to do my work. I'm going to do my mountain. I'm with it. I'm with all that now. Can we do it before the bear mace arrives? Well, bear mace bear mace comes tomorrow. I just got that. Okay. Let's do Ston mountain. Maybe Monday. No, we've got plans on Monday. Let's do let's just climb Ston mountain. Let's walk Ston Mountain. You're going to do it tonight? I actually can. Yeah, I can too. What's on it close? Because I'm out of here. That's crazy that the mountain closes. That's the point. Um, the mountain closes. Okay. Let's see. Ston mountain's business hours. Ston mountain hours.
Oh, it got me a little bear mace coming. I got some bear mace on the way. Ston mountain. Oh, gates are open daily from 5 a.m. to midnight. Let me see. Oh, good. Well, wait, but let me make sure the kids are probably wanting to do that too. Is this a time I can walk? Well, let me say, can I walk until midnight? Do you have to pay to go to Ston mountain? You have to pay to walk up to the mountain. I think it's more so that you have to pay to park. Oh, really? No, you can't walk up the mountain until midnight. Well, that's what I'm asking. What time does the walking trail close? The walking trail close. You have to close at nine. Okay. So like six. Now around six, it's showing.
It's still going to be 92 degrees, but there we are. I'm not climbing snow mountain in 92. I can barely make it like in the winter. Yeah, I have lived near, I can see still mountain for my house, and I've lived there for like seven years. I've never been to the mountain ever. But we got this is the perfect time because we bought the lock-in. We are locked in, man. So, so we can do like we can do next Tuesday at like a day that's not to the Wednesday. Now, it's my daughter that at like seven a.m. I'm cool with that. I'm cool with that. Because we'll be done. Is that open? I know you can go at seven a.m. Okay. All right. Now with that. Oh, because you can go to see like the sunrise and stuff. When does the sunrise give me total hours?
Let's go like six. So we can see the sunrise. You'll be fighting for your life. You're not going to be noticing the sunrise. Why not? 5 a.m. 5 a.m. 5 a.m. The sunrise is a five or open? No, no, no, the walking hours are 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. I want to be five. I'm an athlete. I'm an athlete. I'm more so worried about you. Define athlete. I'm athletic. Are you like the San Francisco 49ers kind of athlete speaking? Are you? Are you the San Francisco 49ers day day Von day John love? No, that's the type of athlete you are. No, but I'm not. Okay. Let me rephrase. I'm not an athlete. I'm athletic. You are here scamming people talking about you're an athlete. If I could find a helmet, I buy it. I'm actually going to get a little 39. It made me want to get a 49ers hat. You know, I bet the merch is going crazy for a 49ers right now. Football merch period. Oh, and they found another one. I think the place for Dallas. He plays with Dallas Cowboy. Yeah,
I think he plays with the Cowboys. Here's the moral of the story though. You can be anything you want to be in this world. If they don't tell us that. Okay. Don't let anybody make you give up on your dream. Don't let anybody talk you out of being whoever you want to be. You can be who and whatever you want to be. Don't let somebody say just because you're too old. You can't play for the for the Sixers. You can play for the Sixers. And don't let anybody tell you that if you're a woman, you can't play for the Sixers. You too can play for the Sixers. I wonder why I deny you. Don't let anybody deny you. Any who? If you oh, so now is a good time, right? We're like a couple days into the 75 Hard Challenge. Our community is doing the 75 Hard Challenge with us. It's a really, really good idea to get your body and your health right and get your money right. Okay. So in the social circle, not only are we doing the 75 Hard Challenge, we are actually helping you build your
business in a very sustainable way with a great coach every day. So I'm on Monday. Don is on Tuesday evening. We do Q&A on Friday. You got great coaches and more importantly is the community. So me and Don are dope. Yes. But the community hold you accountable. Imagine you being down 40 pounds in 75 days, 60 pounds in 75 days. That chest that you never had protruding 75 days from now. Okay. So just imagine that for a second. And here's what I understand about this whole process. If you can remain disciplined with coaches, with a community to help you build your body, what happens is your mind triggers in a whole another direction and you will effectively build your business. So I'm trying to understand what's stopping you from joining the social proof circle and going to the social proof circle dot com right now. Okay. 75 pounds in 75 days is a stretch.
You can do it. But you can do it. I said 65. You said 60 to 75 pounds. I said 65. Okay. Well 65 pounds is also a little bit of a show. Yeah. So way. So if I do 70 in a month and a half somebody dropped 65 pounds. Yeah. That's crazy. That's maybe you can. Hold on. Maybe. A chat with a real strict regimen. Can you lose 60 pounds in 75 days? Yes. You can. Should you is the question that you ask? It's possible for the scale to draw 60 pounds in 75 days, particularly at a very high standard weight. But for most people, it would be far too aggressive to target intentionally. I'm talking about some of it as 450 pounds. They could drop. Yo, here's the thing. If you're 450, you could drop 60 pounds in 75 days because a lot of that
is water weight. Start this. Just start that post over. Scroll up and scroll back down. Yeah. Oh, I love her. Hold on. Let's see. Hold on for context for context. The the title says demon of gluttony refuses to leave. The phones be listening to us because why would that be the post that pops up while we're in this conversation? I'm not. I'm going to louder you. I don't think you guys are positioning yourself for this demon to go ahead and come about or her. You know, it's like you guys too. This delivery should have taken place at the Chinese buffet. Jesus. Okay. This deliverance would have been more successful. If you're
going down there to an African wedding and Nigerian wedding by the lineup of the food. Okay. This deliverance would have been more successful. Had you had it down there by the Jamaicans, uh, watch my holy beef patties in them. Sometimes you got to lower the spirits out. Yeah. Now how you're going to do this in the church walls. It's not going to work. Maybe I need prayer at this point because I sure did let myself go. You're used to we like seven pounds. Yeah. I used to wait. Yeah. I love her. It's crazy. So you might not be able to lure the gluttony out or lure the lack of discipline out, but you can do hard things through the 75 hard challenge. We want to hold you accountable. So all that stuff. David said about the social proof circle. Let's do it. Even the 60 pound thing because no, not that. Yo, look, a 450 pound person,
they can get the 390. That's light. Ask chat should a 400. And what did you say? 50 pound. 450 pound. Chat should a person who weighs 450 pounds attempt to lose 60 to 75 pounds in 75 days on this 75 hard challenge. Did I get to carry it away? You fitness scamer. Scamer. At 450 pounds losing 60 to 75 pounds in 75 days is not a target. I'd recommend someone said they're on set on their own, especially just because they're doing 75 hard. That goal would mean averaging about 5.6 to 7 pounds per week. Someone starting at 450 may lose weight faster than the typical one to two pounds per week at first, especially because of changes in water weight and a large calorie deficit, but deliberately trying to force 60 to 75
pounds often roughly 10 and a half weeks can become medically risky. You're giving poor advice. And may increase the chances of dehydration, electrolyte problems, gallstones, nutrient deficiencies, muscle loss and complications from exercising to aggressively. CDC guideline, I don't take anything they say seriously these days, but the CDC guidance generally favors a gradual weight loss of about one to two pounds per week. What if they're telling us to only go for that because they want us to stay overweight and obese so we continue to eat some sand. Maybe it's not one to two pound. Maybe the government's really wrong. If you're 450, George, I'll just approve. What you're insane. I mean, you know, this type of accountability can actually get you on a path to change your life. So any who we love you all and we thank you all for continuing to
