You Are Ready When You Say You Are

This minisode is straight from my heart and from one of the clearest downloads I ever received in my recovery journey: You are ready when you say you are.

I had spent so much of my life waiting. Waiting for the right time. Waiting for permission. Waiting until I felt perfect or prepared enough. But the truth is, readiness doesn’t come from the outside. It is an inside job. And when you decide, things start to shift.

In this episode, I share how this mantra carried me through moments of doubt, through perfectionism, and through the messy reality of showing up anyway. From preparing for my TEDx talk to facing unexpected detours, I’ve learned that it’s not about everything going smoothly. It’s about deciding that this moment, right here, is enough.

Then ask yourself: What is one small thing I’m ready for today? It doesn’t have to be big. Just take one step and see how the universe responds.
