About this episode
'Tis the season... the most wonderful time of the year... and for many, it can be difficult, ripe with memories and newness - a "first" without a loved one, or without using alcohol as a crutch. I invite you to AUTHENTICALLY BE YOU this year and celebrate as much or as little as you feel called to. It's ok, in fact, best, if I might be so bold to say, to take this world AS IT IS, not as we would have it, and to treat ourselves with the same peace and respect as we would wish upon others, just doing the best we can in THIS SEASON.
