We live. Let me check. We are live on Instagram. Nope. I think we're not live yet on Instagram. Okay. Crap. I need to get some water. Guys, I'll be right back until we get live. I'm going to be like three, three and a half seconds. All right.
We good? All right. It's not a live on here. Not on my phone. Interesting. Maybe you can figure things out with Jolo. See if we can be live? Yes. I will. Hi, everyone. I see Stacy, human-patrolled space, flawless, Niaqi, James Jackson. How's everyone doing today? Hi, I'm Lisa. Hi from NYC. Angie Davey, hi, quasi-Bolton, UK. Awesome. Welcome, everyone. It's been a while since I did one of these. I think it's been a couple of months, but I am so excited to see all of you.
How many people have we got on? 132? Cool. So for those of you who are new, how we do these lives is you just ask your question. What he is going to do is she's going to pin them so that I can see which ones to answer because it gets really difficult to go through the chat. There's a lot of messages. So yeah. Cool. Should we get started with some Q&A? Jackie Bird from South Dakota. Welcome. Sunita Sharma, GTTP services. Hey, quasi-Harrie, I'm great. How are you? Alfred? Wow.
So many people. This is amazing. All right. You want to do the pen? Yes. I'm checking out the questions. Cool. Greetings from Seychelles. What was the moment you fully clicked with this? It's another way of life and personally it takes time to believe. That's a really good question. What was the moment you fully clicked with this? I guess you might not realize this, but this whole channel and this whole journey came from me from a great place of pain, pain of having to settle for the status quo, pain of the thought of, is this it? That's this is it. The 9 to 5, like my path is already pre-written for me.
This can't be it. There's got to be more. And so I started to look into, I think the very one of the very first books I read was the power of now by Eckhart Toll. And that completely changed my life because it woke me up to living in the present moment and also the pain body attacks, things that we hold onto that subconsciously show up in our lives, like these unconscious blocks that we have that haven't been addressed. And so when I experienced that and I tied it together to that, I started to see, oh, okay, this is what's happening in my life. The reason why I'm experiencing what I'm experiencing is because of these unconscious blocks. And when I embarked on this journey and I made a commitment to becoming the best version of myself, it was a lot of living and uncertainty, a lot of living in faith and doing things that logically didn't make sense, which gave me no choice but to abide by these principles.
So the greatest moment, the moment of impact, as you might call it, for me was back in 2019 when I fully went all in on my business, on the YouTube business. And then the other time when I decided to quit my nine to five job, like a job I had lined up for me, even though it was cushy comfy, it's everything someone would have dreamed of. But I said, no, you know what, I don't want that. I want, I believe I'm destined for something better. So I'm going to try my best to achieve that. It takes a lot of courage. It takes a lot of courage, a lot of vulnerability to step into that version of yourself. You know, like vulnerability isn't actually being weak because think about it, like things that you're afraid of, things that you're afraid to tell people about yourself, you know, like opening yourself up, making yourself vulnerable. That's like the act of going from protection to vulnerability.
That act is a very courageous act. How can that be weak? Yeah, I guess that was, that was like a very big moment for me in 2019 that, that made me dial like fully commit to, to this. Andres says, I achieved many things in life, although I stressed out and worried and placed importance on those goals. Why did I succeed? You can succeed from any place. There's many people who are rich, who are miserable. They have a lot of money, but they're miserable. So if you like that, if achieving money and success is your number one priority and you don't care how you achieve it, great, you can live from that place. It's just that it's going to be a lot harder. You're always battling against an invisible force, an invisible part of you because ultimately, it's not what you really want it. One example that comes to mind is Robin Williams, God bless his soul.
He did anything he wanted to do, whatever he set his mind to, but what he was missing in his life, I believe, was fulfillment. What he was neglecting was his true self. So with hard work and fighting against yourself and grinding, you can 100% achieve your goals. But it's not going to be enjoyable. It's not going to be fun. You're always going to feel like the void is never filled, no matter how much you seek the void within you just keeps wanting more, more, more, more, because these things aren't really what your heart wanted. Yeah, so that's why we help our clients, like the process of identity shifting that we help our clients achieve in reality mastery. It's more about becoming your true self, who you are meant to be, in order to have what you really, really deep down what you want. You must first be who you are meant to be, not who you think you should be, not who society
told you to be, but who you are meant to be. And a lot of people think I have to fake it and be someone else because I'm not confident right now. The only reason you're not confident right now is not because, like, this isn't actually you, this is your one point of self. Like a lot of people think their current version is their true self. It's not. There's a lot of things we've collected that's preventing our true self from shining. Your true self is a self that you are when all of your God has dropped. You're completely vulnerable. Your armor is down. You just are as you are and you give yourself permission to be you. How can there be a question of confidence then, right? So yeah, you can definitely achieve your goals from being stressed out and worried. I just would prefer to achieve my goals, have my cake and eat it too. And I 100% know that that's possible because that's, you know, I'm living that right now. I'm going to appreciate the, the super chat.
I shared my goals with a few people and lost my interest in it. Now, I don't feel like the person I used to be as the resource suggests sharing your goal will lose your interest. How can I come back? Stop looking at research, stop looking at ideas and what you think you should do and what, you know, think should happen because science is changing its mind every fucking day. Stop looking at research to be who you were meant to be. If you lost interest in your goal, that goal wasn't meant for you. That's the reality of it. If the goal was meant for you, you will dedicate your whole life to, to going after it, to being the best you can at it because there's nothing else you can think about. Like look at Mr. Beast. Do you think Mr. Beast didn't make videos saying I'm going to have a million subscribers and he shared it with everyone. Heck, he even made videos 16 years ago saying that. But it didn't matter to him. He, like, he's obsessed with YouTube. This is something he wanted, like to grow on YouTube to share his message and just have millions and millions of subscribers. That's what he truly wanted to do and that's what he's doing now.
He didn't lose interest in it. So if you lose interest in your goal, maybe that goal wasn't, isn't what was meant for you. Maybe that's not your true goal. Yeah, so that's one thing we also help our clients identify is getting emotional clarity, the why on what you truly want because a lot of people don't have clarity on this. They know what they want at a high level, kind of like you. You're like, oh, yeah, no, it'll be nice to have all these. It'll be nice to have money and a good job and a nice family. But is that what you truly want? Is that what your heart came into this world to experience? Because in this life, we've come to experience something and that is dictated by our comic propensity, like what happened in our past lives if you believe in something like that. And we attract these experiences based on that. But we block these experiences because we think we should want something. If you want to be an artist, but society is telling you, you should get a stable job and do this and do everything in a particular way. And you should want this.
You should want that. That's not what you truly want. It takes courage to own up to what you truly want, not what you've been taught to want. When you shifted, but nobody else around you has what to do. Be yourself and let others be themselves around you. When you give permission to other people to be themselves around you, you just eliminate a lot of problems, first of all, because you stop insisting other people be a certain way. But most of the time, they also change. And you can live harmoniously. You don't create a lot of this word I like to use. Accessive potential. You don't create a lot of resistance. You don't create a lot of friction. And you don't get in your own way because you realize everyone's different.
And they don't have to be like you. You can simply just walk away and find your people. How to not break the cycle. Like I have changed my way of thinking and I went back to my old patterns. Is it normal? The journey of life is not linear. It's non-linear or quadratic, whatever you want to call it. But you want to look at the net movement. Because I bet you, if you look at net movement this year versus few years ago, your growth is still a net positive. But in the short term, there will always be fluctuations. So I don't like to worry about what I'm doing, what's cycle, what's happening. I believe the best way to live is to be as you are and not interrupt so much on, oh, I have to do this. I have to do something and I have to have this because then you're in the doing and having
paradigm. If you are being your ideal self and you know you are being your ideal self, what's the action that would naturally arise from it? Allow yourself, give yourself permission to experience that. Simply watch and observe as the actions are being done. And even as you are living in your ideal self and you're being authentic and vulnerable to your true self, if you find that sometimes negative habits are coming up, let it. Maybe it needs to play itself out for you to evolve. On the other hand, if you keep resisting it, then the you're suppressing and repressing it, which makes it get stronger, the resistance gets stronger and stronger until one day it starts to act out in a way that you wouldn't, you wouldn't like it. I don't quite understand this question, but I'm going to answer it the way I understand
it, which is what's your methods of staying grounded through the reflection by reflection I mean the reflection of the mirror or the image that you're presenting to the mirror. One way I like to stay grounded is continually reminding myself of my goals and the game I'm playing. Like wouldn't it be wonderful? I start my goals with a feeling of wouldn't it be wonderful to experience this? How wonderful would it be to experience that? The three words that block you from experiencing what was truly meant for you are must should have slash need. I must do this. I should do this. I have to do this. I must want this. I should want this. I have to want this. When you like fully live as your ideal self, what you'll notice is it just expands a lot less energy. There's no rush to get somewhere. You are just here existing as yourself in this present moment and it just feels like a
big sigh of relief. You are as you are and that's completely okay. Someone is as they are and that's completely okay. Sure, you want those things, but if it was meant for you, it will come. A lot of the time, like most of the time, people play God. They're like, oh, I have control over my reality. In a certain sense, you have influence over your reality. In another sense, it's like people think it's fate versus free will. Typically, what you'll notice is free will, most of the time people use to resist fate, because there was something that was truly meant for you. You'll know that you're living what was meant for you if the life that you're living is beyond your wildest dreams. You're like, I couldn't have, like for me, my life now that I look back at it, I'm like, I could have never conceived my life to be as wonderful as it is today. And that's only because I let go. Initially, when I started, I just wanted 20K a month and to be able to travel the world and be with a partner. But the business has multi-seven figures and I'm sharing a message with millions and millions
of people. I have a wife, a kid. I have like, I'm living where I want to live. Like everything that I've ever wanted. It's kind of, it's really beyond my wildest dreams. And that's because, I believe at least, it's because I surrendered my personal will to the higher will. Does that make sense? I'm going to look through the chat for a second. There's a lot of questions, a lot of great questions. For us, thank you for the, the soup chat. Appreciate it.
Start a kid says, I find that feeling of true self is absolutely and positively making sure your life is being guided by true cognition, recognizing what obstacles are holding us back while liberating, liberating us to be free. That's really good. I like that. What's the one most important component of identity shift? I think the one most important component of shifting your identity is first getting clear on what you truly want. Because that will give you direction on who you must become to experience that. So once you get fully clear on what it is you want, why you want it, then the question is who must I be in order to experience that effortlessly? And when people think about what it is they want and why it is they want it, the biggest
mistake they make is, is this possible? Is this what if this isn't possible? Oh, this doesn't sound realistic. Fuck realistic. Like you're not here because you want realistic. You're here because you want to bend reality. You want to experience things that were truly meant for you that doesn't make sense to the logical mind. And if you continually live from logic and belief, then you will experience things that are confined to what you can imagine. If your imagination is limited, then you will experience limited things. I'm struggling with imposter syndrome. Can you give me some ideas and tell us how you conquered it yourself? Absolutely. So when I started and I started to make these YouTube videos and get coaching clients, you just, you got to understand I was 22, 21, 22. What gives a 21 or 22 year old the right to coach people? And typically imposter syndrome happens because I'm focused on me and my shortcomings, instead
of shifting my focus to sharing and what I can give. I'm not trying to be someone I'm not, right? So when you feel imposter syndrome, you believe you have to be someone that you're not because right now you are not good enough. So the focus is on me, me, me, me, me, I, I, I, I, I. If I, there's a great saying, it goes, think less. Don't think less of yourself. Think of yourself less. When I stopped thinking about myself and I just focused on, hey, I'm just going to share. I'm focusing on sharing what I can share and helping how I can help. I'm not claiming to be someone I'm not. And it again comes down to not pretending to be someone that you're not. This is who I am. I am standing naked, authentic, fully me in front of you. Take it or leave it.
Fully vulnerable, not holding anything back, arms wide open. That kind of a feel. Not everyone's going to love you, but the ones who love you are going to, they're going to fall madly, deeply in love with you. What are some of the books you recommend and what are you reading currently? It's a good question. I'm reading this book called 10X is better than 2X. I believe it's by Dan Sullivan. 10X is easier than 2X. It's a really good book. I highly recommend it. The idea is, most people try to go to X2X2X, which again, confines you to the limited logical mind. But when you think 10X, you're no longer thinking logically and linearly. You're like, all right, it's actually easier to go 10X because you just completely rely on faith and God or the universe kind of takes care of things for you.
That's a great book. What else have I read recently? Oh, another great one. The Power of Vulnerability by Brunei Brown. I 100% recommend that. In the audiobook, it's quite good. But it woke me up to the importance of, you know, stopping living in protection and just being fully, fully open and not holding anything back. Yeah. And you can start to see it in like some of my new content where I just share stories and like struggles that I went through, which I quite like because I feel like I've struggled a lot to reveal my true self on camera because I feel like I've always been accustomed to embodying this version of me because deep down there are some insecurities from when I started. You know, oh, who am I to be talking about this? It's still lingers subconsciously. So that's something I try to work on to, you know, show up as my true authentic self
because I believe that's my next edge. That's what's going to level me up in my life now. You guys enjoying this? This is helpful? Excellent. If you want to take these teachings deeper, our reality creator Academy is open. It's a great community of other like-minded people. I've been reluctant to open up because we only let in certain people through like our cohorts, but I've opened it up now. It's only $50 a month. So you can just go to school.com slash RCA.
There's a video on the page. You can check it out if it resonates with you. You want to be a part of. You can just join it. Try it out. Yeah, I've really wanted something to be available for, you know, our higher ticket programs, higher ticket and not a lot of people have the financial means to be able to afford working closer together with me. So I've made this available, which, you know, takes our core curriculum and makes it applicable to you now. The four main pillars that we focus on are awareness clarity, creation, coordination. Many master these four pillars. It allows you to shift into your true self who you're meant to be. So check it out and hopefully I see some new faces in there. How can I implement these strategies in an acute state? I was unexpectedly laid off in shock.
It's hard to think clearly. How can I manage this? That's okay. It's okay to be shocked. It's okay to go through what you're going through. It's definitely a big event. But just realize what this is waking you up to. Just realize that no matter what happens, I'm okay. I'm laid off, but I'm okay. And the right thing will come at the right time. Just do what you know now and put one foot in front of the other. And a lot of the times what happens is events like these happen and we go into protection mode. We close up and we stop taking risks. But in reality, these are the times that require you to be even more vulnerable. Open yourself up even more and just put your faith in God and the higher power that you are being taken to somewhere that, you know, that was meant for you, the right thing. Like this was meant to happen for you to take that next step into your life. This is somehow a blessing in disguise, even though you can't see it.
You just simply talk to yourself and accept it as though it is. Yeah. And that's the surrender method. You fully surrender to this instead of resisting parts of it. Yeah. How to let go of anger properly because it's so hard to let go of anger without expressing it. Even the thought of resisting expression is resistance. If sometimes it's required for you to express it, then go ahead and do that. Let it come up. Be angry. Go fully into it. Whatever comes out, whatever feels natural. That too becomes a method, a way of surrendering. And when you do that, you'll see that the, you know, it's like any pattern when brought
into the light of awareness, any addictive pattern or negative pattern or anything you don't like, when brought into the light of awareness, it dissolves. And Brunei Brown actually talks about this like addiction, shame. And shame is brought into the light of awareness with empathy, understanding. It can't thrive anymore. How can we keep the faith when we get encouraging signs and synchronicities but no money yet? Stop waiting for money to come. You're not giving yourself permission to live your life fully yet with what you have available to you because you're waiting for money to come. Stop waiting for something to show up. Live your life to the best of your ability now.
And when the time is right, the thing that you want or need, it will be taken care of. And a great book on this, another book is the surrender experiment. How this guy who was making as a PhD student, he was making like a thousand bucks a month and he would just meditate all day. He just completely surrendered and somehow, he owned a 200 million dollar company. How can you really determine the specific goals that make you happy? Would it be experiences that you have? Can you trust those experiences? So anything that you need to make you happy is, it's like when it's taken away, it's going to make you unhappy. You're reliant on it, right? Like you're saying if I get this or when I get this.
How can you be happy now? Goals can't make you happy, right? External goals can't make you happy. What can make you happy is the process. You know, it's like I don't actually become happy when I get something. That moment is fleeting. It goes away just as quickly as it came. What actually makes me happy is playing the game every single day. And I had a big epiphany when I was listening to Joe Rogan and he was like, I actually don't have any goals at all. I don't have goals for my podcast. I don't have goals for my, for my health. I don't have goals for my relationship. He says he doesn't have any goals at all. And I found that kind of bizarre. I was like, how do you get to this level? If you don't have a vision and a goal, he says, my only goal is to become a little bit better every single day. I am, like he is so intensely present to the moment and he's just playing the game, the game of life. And you're playing these different games and you're just trying to get better at it.
How can you turn this into a game? Like the biggest realization that's going to help you is realize that you're playing a game and you're embodying a character. This is a character in a game. This character is not you and this game is not you. You start to struggle when we start to believe this game is me. This is me. If business goes well, I'm great. If business goes down, I'm not great. And so when I fully started to view it as a game, business goes well, great. Business doesn't go well, great. This is part of the game. I'm playing a game. Sometimes you win at games, sometimes you lose. Get okay with losing. Some okay with things not going your way and things will go your way more often than not. Because if you keep resisting failure, that's what you hold in your subconscious mind and whatever we hold to be true is what we tend to attract.
I'm just looking at the comments. How do you get past your shadow cell phone is always right behind you. Bring it in front of you. So I'm trying to get past it. It's a part of you. Accept it. Let it be. Let it come out. Stop resisting it. This too is a part of who you are.
Like who we are isn't just one stagnant personal thing. We're a collection of these different parts of ourselves. There's the hero within you. There's the ego, the one that puts on the face. There's the shadow. There's the feminine or masculine part of you. These are all parts of you. The problem is one starts to dominate and the other parts get suffocated. Everything apart of you when it's coming up needs to be allowed to come up. And that doesn't always mean you express it. It just means there is an awareness of it. There is an acceptance of it. Appreciate the super chat. Dragoyd. What's the resistance to having material desire? Why do you want to not have material desire? What's the resistance to having material desire? You have perhaps some idea that having material desire is bad.
What if it wasn't bad? What if it was okay to have material desire? What if you want millions and you want a mansion and you want a life that revolves around having millions? What's wrong with that? What you want, give yourself permission to want it. If that is what you truly want. If this is what you know now, give yourself permission to want it. And what you truly want can only be visible through that attitude of giving permission for it to arise. When you go along the journey itself, clarity happens when you actually take action on what it is that feels authentic to you in this moment. And soon it might not excite you anymore. Then you'll start to get clear on something else and it will evolve. This is the process of evolution.
The government says if money is energy how to increase money capacity and attract more money channels, change a relationship to money. How do you view money? Do you view money as scarce? Do you view the world as like a place where money is difficult to get? Because now I start viewing money as it's a game. It's so easy to make money. Money is everywhere. It's literally everywhere. It's so easy to make. If you align with what it is you truly want, money will flow. And energy can only flow when channels are open. But if you're closed off and you're like, I need to do this to get money. Which is, look, I'm not saying it's easy to get into change your state and what you
believe for a long time. It's not. But it's very simple. You just have to do things that are uncomfortable, that things you haven't done before. But you know that it's the right thing to do. When you follow that kind of decision making process where it's like, what do I feel is the right thing to do, but I've been putting off. That I've been afraid to do. That I'm scared to do, but I know I must do this. And you just do it. You put one foot in front of the other and you just say, you know what, I'm just going to do it. I'm just going to tell that person that they pissed me off. I'm just going to stand up to my boss. I'm just going to quit my job and go all in on my business. Those are the actions that the moment, the defining actions. I don't like I did when I started and I quit my job. It was hard to do, but I knew it was the right thing to do. Typically, you'll know you're moving in the right path when you know it's very, very uncomfortable, very uncertain, but you know deep down in your heart that it's the right
thing to do. You feel it. What is the balance between letting go and being persistent and pursuing your goal? Letting go is more letting be right. So perfect surrender, the perfect balance between effort and surrender is when you become process oriented. You do the thing that brings you, like that you feel really good doing. Whether it's art or creating something that's creative, you know, typically it involves things that use your creative energy. And then there are sometimes things that you must do. You don't want to do it, but you know like it's necessary for you to do. Even that is okay until it just doesn't feel right to do anymore.
So that's the balance I believe between letting go and being persistent, pursuing your goal. Whatever it is that's arising, let it arise, but you still act on what you know is the right thing to do to move forward towards that. And it doesn't feel rushed. You're not trying to gain something from it. You know that there's nothing else you'd rather commit your life to. This is the thing that you want, and this is what you know now. And so you just put one front of the other and go towards it with the best of your ability. My identity changes every year. How can I have more control over the direction it goes? Why do you want to have control? What if you surrender to all control and just let it evolve? And you just focused on living in truth, living authentically.
I know these sound like fancy woo-woo kind of stuff, but you know exactly what I mean when I say it. If your identity is changing instead of resisting it and fighting it, what if you just let it be and you just stay true to it? Yeah, let it change. I'm not the, you know, the experience of this. I'm simply the witness. There is a witnessing of it happening. If it changes, it changes. If tomorrow I feel like shutting down this business, I'll shut it down. If tomorrow I feel like playing a different game, I'll play a different game. The less you need something from the outside to make you feel whole and the more you can feel whole and complete, independent of anything outside, the more you will be at the effect,
the more you will be at the cause of your reality rather than the effect. This is the difference between being proactive and being reactive. If you're proactive, you don't need anything to make you feel whole and complete. You are already whole and complete and you're seeing how the experience of life evolves and everything that you do is an expression of that wholeness and completeness. So anytime I make a video or marketing material, it's because I'm playing such a fun game. This is fun for me. If it doesn't work and I lose a bunch of money, great. At least I tried. I did what was right. I did what felt right in the moment. There are no mistakes. I don't waste time endouting and hesitating because when you waste time endouting and hesitating, you're living in protection. You're holding, you're not open. You're closed. And you can't receive when you're closed.
It's funny because last week I took a trip to Vegas on Wednesday and I was in an art team meeting and I always thought like, I need to be there to make sure all of our salespeople and everyone is like, you know, all aligned. And then he tells me like, oh yeah, we had a record week. We did 70K plus in a week. And I was like, what? I wasn't even there. She was like, yeah, it's because you lived in, you know, I feel like everything just aligned, everything just came together. I feel like you fully surrendered. And you were open. You opened yourself up. And you were kind of in that feminine energy of receiving and that allowed things to come into your life. Like, wow, I never even noticed that. So that was, that was kind of interesting. So I'm sure you've had it in your life where you've surrendered. Stop trying to control and force and just watch what happens. And then the right thing that you wanted to happen or the thing that was beyond your wildest dreams happened.
What's your question? How do I get good at being better at something? Treat it as a game and improve the skill. It's like Michael Jordan when a parent asked Michael Jordan, hey, my son's playing basketball. How can he become the best in the world at it? He said, fall in love with the game. When you fall in love with the game, you stop counting the hours. You just do it because you have so much fun. It doesn't feel like hard work anymore because when you say something is hard work, you're implying you're forcing yourself to do it. You're fighting against a part of yourself that doesn't want to do it. But what if that break that you have within you didn't exist? What if you weren't fighting against a part of yourself because you could commit the wholeness of your being to that activity because you love it so much?
It's so much fun. Like Mr. Beast with YouTube. Like, you know, people who trade, you know, there's some people who are traders who love analyzing the financial markets. They just do it because they have a love for the game. What is the game you love playing? For me, I asked with YouTube, like, this is the game I love playing. So I'm going to play it. I didn't even think about how I would monetize it. The monetization question was second. Then I asked, how can I monetize this? What is better to manifest? The life you're meant to live or the life the universe God wants to happen?
I think the best thing is to view it. View those both as one. The life you were meant to live is the life that the universe or God actually wanted to happen. You just maybe the floor is that you can't quite see what it is yet. And so you stop insisting on things happening your way or the highway. You stop controlling. Like true reality creators, there's this three types of creators. There's the fighter, the one who always fights against reality because they want things their way or the highway. There's the indignant, the person who is apathetic and gets swept away by the flow of life. They're never insisting or they're not putting any effort in. They're not like trying at all. They're just completely apathetic. They're lacking life energy. They're depressed and they're always complaining about things not going their way. And then there's the wizard who knows the perfect balance of when to put up the sales and when to leave it down.
And just the focus becomes for the wizard on course correcting. Like you just, oh, this happened. Great. Let's focus on this. Let's focus on that. It never affects your internal attitude. You never get into reaction or force. You're always coming from a place of power. Anything that happens in your life, you fully, fully, fully accept it. Every single moment where they're good or bad is fully sacred because this too is an experience of life. It is sacred. Every single experience of life, we have come to experience the good and the bad. And when you start to view it like that, you view it as a game. How boring would the game be if you just won all the time? That's a boring game to play. What would happen if you watched a movie and there was no conflict in the movie? You know, it just, if it was all up, up, up, up, up, up, it wouldn't be fun. So you aren't the character in the movie. Neither are you the movie. You are simply watching the movie as it unfolds.
And the more you get out of the way and stop interrupting the characters in the script. When you focus on the long term vision and the feeling of fulfillment of joy, then things that will bring you more joy, more fulfillment, more gratitude, they will compound. And a lot of people have done that 40 day challenge that I put on the channel, the gratitude practice. And they've seen a miraculous change happen in their lives. You can just look at the comments in there because we, the law of consciousness is we, whatever we hold in mind, we tend to manifest. What is held in mind for long enough tends to manifest. What is held in our hearts for long enough is what we get more of. Start somewhere and commit to it until you have definite feedback. Like I pick all of those and out of those I pick the one thing that I'm most drawn to,
that makes the most sense. And I fully commit to it. And if it changes, it changes. This too is part of the journey of you figuring out what was truly meant for you. Being in the observer mode, what does that look like for you, quasi? Being in the observer mode to me looks like not interrupting life. When good things happen, great, watching and observing, this is wonderful. When bad things happen, good, good, amazing, wonderful. I don't like it. I'm not rushing. Like I'm always very acutely aware of when I feel rushed. And even if I have to handle something immediately, I take a step back, pause, surrender the feeling of rushness and then act, still act swiftly, because that's what's necessary right now.
That's what intuitively felt necessary. But not from the feeling of I have to do this now, otherwise bad things will happen. Appreciate the super chat. We've got seven minutes. How you guys liking this? Is this helpful? Lili Lai Lai, divine, divine.
I'm Gen X. Any suggestions on how to get over fear of being on camera? I absorbed your apply to imposter syndrome question, always dislike taking photos and growing up. Just understand why you want to be on camera. Because if the reason for you to being on camera is greater than your fear of being on camera. Like for example, I have a lot of gifts to share and I refuse to let my fear prevent me from sharing these gifts and living my greatest truth. So I'm clear on what I'm sacrificing when I let this fear run me. And I know that the only way to get over the fear is to just keep doing it. Just to look fear dead in the eyes and say, not today. Not happening. I'm not living a life where I am I retreat in my fear.
That is one of my non-negotiables. Unless you know it just didn't make sense. You know, like if it was like, all right, you're going to have to go skydiving. I'm fucking terrified of it. I maybe I'll do it one day, but it just wouldn't like improve the quality. It isn't preventing me from experiencing my greatest truth. At least not that I know of right now. Just getting internally clear and focusing on the right thing. That's what will help you. Just make one video. Take it one video at a time. And put it out. Just put it out there. Don't make it like one of my tendencies is perfectionism. I tend to overthink over and analyze things before putting it out. But now I've continually gotten to the point where I realize, hey, doesn't matter. There's going to be more. This is just the first of many. This too is art. The rawness, the realness, the messed up, not the lack of perfection is what people resonate with.
No one resonates with perfect put together people. I was speaking to my wife about this podcast she watches. This woman called Trisha, Trisha Paters. She listens to her podcast a lot and she has continually listened to her podcast. And I asked her why. And she said it's because she's so real. She's not fake. She just expresses what she feels. And sometimes people will really resonate with that either they will or they won't. Though either really hate you or they really love you. There's no in the middle.
If people think you're neutral, that's the danger. It's like, oh, this person's just the room temperature. That's boring. Then everyone thinks you're that way. No one really like. No one really is attracted to your stuff. They just think you're all right. You're just there. And again, there's nothing wrong with that. But it's like if you want to have an impact, authenticity is the right way to do it, I believe. I'm just looking at the comments.
With embodying an identity, are you trying to control that identity or feels like controlling yourself? How can we allow for it to evolve in its own pace, allowing desire to come to fruition? So here's the thing. Sometimes it feels right to me to be very, very disciplined. It feels very uncomfortable. So I have these phases of intense discipline. It feels right for me to do the cold plunge every morning or three days a week and do the sauna and do X, Y and Z work out whatever it is. Other times, it doesn't. So I don't do it. I don't live anymore and I have to do this. I need to do this. I must do this. Sometimes I take the day off and I don't work. I just play golf. But when I started, though, everything was a lot more serious.
So I always, when I listen to people who are really big influences and they tell you what they do now, you don't ever get a picture of what they did to get here. So perhaps I needed to do all those things to get here, but I'm giving you the full picture so you know you do what's right for you. For you, it might be right for you to do what I did when I was waking up at 5 a.m. every day and every day was like a hustle and a grind. It might be right for you to do that. It might be right for you to control your identity. The heuristic of decision making right now is what feels like the right thing to do for you in this very moment. That's what living in truth means. If it feels right for you to grind and go hard, then go ahead and do that. There are phases. There are seasons. Only you know the answer to that.
There is no black or white answer. Everyone is different. Everyone's on a different journey. So I hope this answers you. I'll answer your question, actually. What I hope says, it's been almost four years in my goals and every single time I almost close to 95% of my goals, but I never reached 100%. Why hasn't it reached out to me yet? Typically we see this because there's something you're holding on to that is sabotaging you at the last moment. Your importance level gets too high when you're almost there and so you don't achieve it. It's about lowering your importance levels. We've actually seen a lot of our clients get to that last step of achieving the goal, but then they self sabotage. One point of comes up and they feed those doubts. They stop worrying, fearing, doubting.
In fact, required is for you to let go even more. Typically, let go even more. If it happens great, if it doesn't happen, if it's again 95% and you fail great, even full acceptance of that. And just trust when the time is right and when it's meant for you to happen, it will happen. When you attitude is fully aligned to that, typically it happens. Typically the greatest things have happened when I stopped checking, stopped looking for it, stopped waiting for it. I didn't put my life on pause to wait for it to happen. Yeah. Anyway, that's all we have time for right now. I hope this was helpful. Thank you for joining. If you'd like to work closer together with me and our mentorship, we typically work with entrepreneurs who want to be creators of their own reality. To apply for that, go to realitycreate.com slash apply and fill up that little survey and
you can schedule a call if you qualify with one of our coaches. Yeah. If you don't qualify, please don't take it personally. We're just looking for a specific kind of client for this mentorship. Otherwise, if you want to join our academy, you can do that. It's 58 bucks a month. It's realitycreate.com slash RCA. And that's a community. It's not working closer together with me, unfortunately, to work closer with me. We're looking for a certain kind of client. So that's strict application base because we can only work with around 25 clients a month in that in our reality mastery program. But God bless you all. I hope you have a wonderful Thursday and a wonderful weekend. And thank you for being a part of this community. Thanks.
