Why I Titled My Book: When Sex Meets God

In this episode, I share the story of why I decided to title my memoir When Sex Meets God: A Midlife Unraveling. 

My emotions throughout the past five years have ranged from confidence in the meaningful nature of my experience to deep insecurity about my ability to communicate it.

My experience blew my mind, and my goal in sharing my story is to encourage others to follow the whispers of their unconscious, especially if doing so requires going against the grain in some way.

Enjoy some backstory, get some depth psychology perspective, and learn that while my story is personal, the underlying themes and journey are universal. Many people have had their own version of my story.
