And by the way, you can, you can, this is very interactive. You can stop me any time. You have to be questions any time. You won't have feedback. Just go to the mic any time. You got it? Any time. Because as you, we're working through this tonight, I guarantee all kinds of questions will pop up. How do I do it? What about this? What about the detail? What about whatever? So stop me any time. You can just go to the mic. Okay. So first question, why are we in business? Why are you in business? Making money good? And purpose? Passion, passion, purpose, yes? Live live on your total terms, yes? Provide value? Freedom, yes? So I don't know about most people. But when I got into business, first of all, I was

struggling. I just wanted to provide for my mom. That was my first, my number one motivation to provide for my family. And after that, after you get through that, then I want to have a little bit more freedom. So I'm in business so that I can have more choices in life. Have more what? Choices in life. So to me, business is nothing more than a vehicle. What? That gave me from point A to point B. So I'm not emotionally attached to what it is that I do, or oh my god, this is my baby, my brother, my service, whatever it might be, I'm not attached to that. Because for most entrepreneurs, when they have one thing or one business, that's all they could see when you're in my position, my new partner, Yana here, now being involved as a partner in own 21 companies, you're not attached to anything. You're just not attached. And all these companies, all these businesses, it's just nothing more than a vehicle. Just like

any one of my companies, the price is good, I would sell it. There's no attachment. It's just a vehicle from point A to point B. Now, so knowing that, if it's a vehicle, it's like a car. Do you want to be a slave to your car? No. Yes or no? No. So why do entrepreneurs spend years being a slave to the business and getting on the running, on the treadmill, on the hamster wheel, and they cannot stop? Why is that, though? The audience, why? It's like their child, yes? I know where, yes. Control, yes, yes? Addicted to the excitement? Damn right. Because as an entrepreneur, a lot of us, we get our significance, we get our self-worth from running the business. That's our identity, that's who I am, and we feel important. Look, our employees come to us. Ask us for decisions. Oh, you know, boss, what do you want to do? And employees and customers, and we get this

sense of joy, we get this sense of significance from the business. When we are thinking out, delegations, systemization, we're no longer the spotlight, or we're not no longer the person that everybody comes to. And suddenly, a lot of entrepreneurs, when they get off, actually, get off the hamster wheel, they get a little bit depressed because they're not used to it. Because every day, you go to the office, boss, what do you think? You're making decisions, you're making stuff happen suddenly. When you actually get to that point, delegation expansion, you don't have to be at the office anymore. Then what the fuck are you going to do? That's a go to the beach, or do something else, or do whatever. But what I'm saying is that you don't want to tie your significance with putting out fires and managing chaos and making shit happen. You want to tie your significance to one thing and one thing and that's a result. And then you may or may not be the person that produces the best results for your business. Everybody understands? Yes? You made me not. Because you very often, you're the bottleneck.

Very often, you're the bottleneck. So if you look within your business, a very good question to ask a self is, just as it brings storming, as they what? How can I fire myself? How can I fire myself? How can we place myself? How can I make sure me as a CEO be out of a job? So I can have someone else run in a company. If you think about it, the reason I have 21 companies, I run 21 companies, is because I don't run 21 companies. Does that make sense? Does that make sense? Yes? I'm a one man. I cannot run that many things on my own. Every single business I have a partner, or I have an operation guy running the business. Because I know many years ago I've learned about myself. I can't manage worth a shit. I am not a good manager. I know that. I'm a strategist.

I'm a concept guy. I'm a deal maker. But I'm not a manager. It's not what I want to do. It's not what I'm good at. Does that make sense? Ten times your finances. Ten times your business. Ten times your marketing. Ten times your life. Hit the subscribe button now.
