0:00Second thing what I do is I read 10 pages a day of a good book that will elevate my life both personally and professionally. It's all about leveling up. So if you read 10 pages a day times 365 days in a calendar year, that's 3,650 pages, which is a couple of the 12 to 15 books covered a cover in one year. Now I'm going to share with you another technique which I do. How many in this room believe you have competition in your business or your industry? You have competition. Raise your hand. So if you want to level up and put in a higher level, you have no competition. You dominate that industry with that marketplace, with that space. I get attacked all the time by people in the corporate training world because I have no formal education. I tell you I have a PhD, public high school diploma. So if you're in Saskatchewan, that's what I have. Public high school diploma, but I have a degree result. As an entrepreneur, you are not paid for your time. You're paid for results. It's a different distinction for some of you. You want to become an entrepreneur.

1:01So I'll point, you're paid for results. Would you agree? So it's reasons of results. You're paid for the results. If what you do, people buy results and business, people buy results. So it's about speed and execution. Making things happen. Moving things forward. And that's what I'm in my life. I knew if when I was going through school, I was not the smartest kid in class, but I thought someday I'll hire you. I'll hire the smart kids. Parents send their kids to private school. Number one reason why is networking opportunities. It's not academic education. That helps go into Harvard, Stanford, Yale, University of the University of College of the World, but it's a networking opportunities. So one of the key things to look at is that when you wake up in the morning, start with an attitude and gratitude, then you read 10 pages a day, which is 12 to 15 books coming to cover in a year, then what you do is, for example, this year, I want to raise $5 million. I just started a finance company called Global Access Capital with a partner. It was an amazing guy. I'm learning so much from him. So what I do is I dedicate one hour

2:03a day to understanding how to raise capital. One hour a day times 365 days in a year, 365 hours, but I tweak it a bit, or it's been a little bit over an hour a day. So which is coming to about 500 hours this year, I'll spend and invest to understand how to raise capital, which is coming to a college, a university semester of education. We all have 24 hours in a day, but most people major in minor things. And so the difference is, is how you plan to allocate the time throughout your day.
