Think even when we are growing up, people have a hard time delegating because as a young kid, when we are growing up, when we go to school, if you delegate, what does that mean? It means you are cheating, you are lazy, you are no good. You can't go home and tell your parents, hey, mom and dad, guess what? I just delegate to my homework. Like if your Asian parents are clueless, right? So grind it. Exactly. We are taught, we gotta do everything and be the honorable person and take care of your staff and do this shit, right? And also, I was delegating my homework to these kids. That's when you know I'm on a entrepreneur. You know, because I was having

3:27them do my homework, do my essay, do my assignments, and I would pay that, because the money I was making from selling their notes, and I paid them back, and do this, right? Yes. Just that like didn't you copy right in career, we didn't write out a copy. Yeah, right out college, yeah, I was doing that as well as making good money, but just from college along, I thought, hey, you know these kids, they're kind of desperate, they're kind of lonely, and they want to ask, you know, they want to date and stuff like that, and I'm like, I don't care about rejection, I'll walk up to, okay, that guy wants to date, you want to give you a number? He asked enough, oh yeah, sure, and these guys think that, oh my god, how does he do it? He's got some magic power. No, it just adds a lot of people, like, just shameless, that's all, right? That's all that is, but what I'm saying is, we are taught not to delegate, yes? We are taught not to do that, and that's why you resist, because you're supposed to watch the dishes, you're supposed to cook, you're supposed to do all this stuff. I remember, he's a big lesson, a story I got from a mentor,

So tell me, what exactly is delegation? Getting something else to do to work, yes. What exactly is delegation? To be communicating your vision. To making your vision very good, very good.
