WH Panics as Epstein Co-Conspirators Are Exposed!

0:00We have very serious developments right now from Epstein to the ballot box. On the Epstein front, overnight Thomas Massey, Republican from Kentucky, went on the house floor and read the names of 14 alleged co-conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein's. The first time these names have ever been introduced into the official congressional record. You're going to hear these names for the first time. I'm going to walk you through some of these individuals and I'm going to do a deep dive later on about exactly who these individuals are, their connections to Jeffrey Epstein and why they should be investigated. I also spoke with Lauren Hirsch today, the co-founder and CEO of a group called World Without Exploitation, who has brought dozens of survivors to Capitol Hill. They are leading the charge to get the Epstein files out and to get some justice for the survivors. It comes as we have breaking developments this morning at the ballot box. A new whistleblower from the US Postal Service has come out and said that there could be quote catastrophic failure of the mail ballot system. As a Trump administration is actively violating lawful court orders to prevent the USPS from implementing an executive order that

1:04would restrict mail and ballot access nationwide. We're going to talk about that and more. Now on the Epstein front, this is a story that I'm not letting die. Not now, not ever. To me, it is the most important story still to this day. And despite threats, despite the attacks, we will never stop. Harris, Congressman Massey reading these names into the record. For what purpose does the gentleman from Kentucky seek recognition? The gentleman has been sent to address the House for one minute. Without objection, the gentleman has recognized for one minute. Mr. Speaker, it's been a year since the President signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. And the government continues to withhold over three million files. That's why we've introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2 to bring the fight to the state courts, accountability to the Department of Justice and closure for survivors. We want

2:05perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted, men like Jess Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkham, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frederick Fekai, Eduardo Teodoroni, John Luke Brunel, conveniently dead by suicide in prison. Daniel Cion, recently discovered dead in Paris, Ramsey, Elkholy, and Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the United States too, and women like Leslie Groff, not a victim, who conspired with Epstein to traffic other women. Now, he definitely left out some names. I cannot say those names and connect them as co-conspirators because of legal issues and liability issues, but you may know who I'm probably talking about, especially as we go through the files. There are several other names who I would have read into the record, but the 14 names that he read are Jess Staley, Frederick Fekai, Leon Black, Eduardo Teodoroni, Les Wexner, John Luke Brunel, David Copperfield, the magician,

3:09Daniel Cion, who has died, Lapo Elkham, Ramsey Elkholy, Tom Pritzker, Andrew Moundbatten, Winsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, Glenn Dubin, Leslie Groff. There are other names as well. I'm going to go through later on, either today or tomorrow and explain to you why all 14 of these are important, so stay tuned on that front. Many have reached out to me and said, well, Aaron, what does it matter that Thomas Massey read these names into the record when we already knew the existence of these names? And that is true. We knew the existence of these names 100% full stop, but why does it matter? Because it's the first time ever they're now in the congressional record. A lot of people have been asking for a roadmap of where the DOJ can go. Many of these names, by the way, I've spoken to survivors, they've told the Department of Justice about these individuals. And so the Department of Justice is now more and more aware than it ever really was about who could be connected to Jeff Reppstein, and that is a significant development. It also comes as they're introducing Epstein Files Transparency Act 2.0, which is essentially a duties of legislation

4:11that would give survivors the ability to go after legally these, like the Department of Justice and other agencies who have prevented them from getting any justice or accountability. And so that is a significant development today. It's a story that we're going to keep tracking and it's why I spoke with Lauren Hirsch this morning from Wald without exploitation, but before I get there, there is another story that I think is significant that you need to be aware of, because this morning, we ate whistleblower at the US Postal Service, sent a letter where it's been disclosed to Senator Richard Blumenthal, arguing that the Postal Service is moving forward with the implementation of a plan to undermine America's elections in violation of a court order. The Postal Service rushed rollout of an online portal to implement Trump's mail-in voting restrictions could derail the midterm elections, arguing that there is potential for catastrophic failure of the midterm elections. Essentially what the whistleblower is arguing that the Trump administration is

5:13violating a court order that prevents the implementation of this USPS Postal Service order. A federal judge previously blocked the executive order. The executive order would require states to handle revoter roles to USPS and if they don't, USPS could essentially not send out mail-in ballots. Judge said that's unconstitutional. It seems as though the USPS is still moving forward with it, and this whistleblower now says that this rushed half-hazard way of doing it could lead to catastrophic failure in America's voting systems. This is serious and it is happening right now. There are other stories including the fact that the Army is in a bit of turmoil this morning as the secretary of the Army and the undersecretary are set to resign and much more. You've been spearheading really the effort to get the files released. I do gotta ask you, we are over a year into this journey.

6:13It's been more than a year since Pambondi claimed that Epstein list was on her desk and then gave out the files to influencers in the White House. Where are we? Where do things stand? Well, hi Aaron, it's great to see you first. Where are we? So, we're at a really interesting moment in my opinion. I think to the outside world, people are like we're not making headway at all. I actually don't see it that way. I think we've made tremendous headway in a year. When we think about the fact that one year ago World Without Exploitation brought the Epstein survivors together for the very first time, some of them had never ever spoken publicly about their experience. They had never advocated for a single thing in their lives. And today they are on every news station

7:14you can find. They're advocating for the release of all the files, but even bigger than that, they're advocating for extraordinary work to be done on behalf of survivors. It's amazing. So on that front, I think huge victory. And then on the release of the files, I mean, we have made progress. It took us not that much time to get Congress to nearly unanimously pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act. I know it has been far from perfect in the release, but we're shaking that tree too. We have made it very clear that these names need to be released. And I think we're getting closer to it. And I think we're even closer to justice for survivors. We're seeing cases where survivors are being compensated for the harm that's happened to them. So, I know we all want all of the information right now. I want it to. I know you do, and I know you're

8:20working tirelessly on this, but we've got to pause in this moment. Look at where we are today and say there is progress that has happened. Well, I want to talk about that progress because you mentioned the Bank of America ruling 72 and a half million dollars to survivors. That's significant. We have depositions on Capitol Hill threats of contempt for someone like Leon Black, which I think is significant. It's been a year since you brought folks the survivors to Capitol Hill in the next year. What do you hope to accomplish? So, I think what we did in year one is we turned outrage into activism. And now, I think starting today, we turned that activism into accountability. And I think you nailed it. I mean, I think that we're starting to slowly hear the survivors say the names. They may be saying those names behind

9:21closed doors. They may be saying them quietly, but they are saying them. We're also seeing people say those names with them like Leon Black coming up this week. He's supposed to come back to the oversight committee. Comer is saying, I want to see those NDAs. I want you to come in. I want you to testify. That wasn't happening six months ago. And I think that happened for one reason and one reason only because the survivors went in and met with Comer. They sat in a room. They named some names. They told him truth. And he acted. So we're making headway. I do want to ask you a blanche survivor sat down and blanche. He was then confirmed afterwards since his confirmation. Has he reached out to survivors to your knowledge to meet with them again to pursue investigative leads? Any of his commitments that he tried to make in front of the Justice Department or in front of the Senate? So I was in that meeting with the survivors. It was a terrible

10:27meeting. The survivors left feeling exactly how they should have felt. The blanche confirmation was in my opinion likely going to happen before he was even nominated. But I think we put up one hell of a fight. And in terms of the promises that he made, we did have a meeting with somebody in his office after the meeting. I don't know that he has reached out to any of the survivors. I don't want to speak for them, but I'm in touch with a lot of survivors. And I have not heard that he has met with any of the survivors that I know. So anyone's guess? Maybe you know more than I do? I don't actually. And something else that's happening this week is Epstein files transparency 2.0 is being introduced, a discharge petition to try to push that legislation forward

11:31to give survivors legal recourse to go after the Justice Department. What are your thoughts on that? And this new push by Congressman Rokana and Massey, the same folks who kind of did the first Epstein files transparency act? I mean, you know what? Any, any ability that that survivors have to bring actions against the federal government for the disaster of this release and the exposure of survivors and their private information. I think that's a good thing. I will say that there is currently a piece of legislation that has already been introduced by Senator Booker and Representative Jayapal, the Redact Act that seeks to do something similar, seeks to create recourse for survivors for the horrific redactions and exposure that they've experienced. So

12:31we've got to get some recourse for these survivors because what the government did to these survivors is nothing short of horrific. Now you were a sex crimes prosecutor before going to world without exploitation. I want to ask you a question that these survivors get all the time and survivors not just in the Epstein files, but just generally get. And the question is how come they don't come out and make accusations public against an accuser? How come they don't name names publicly? How come they're just staying silent? What do you say when someone says that? I would say these are survivors that are up against some of the most powerful people with more access than you could imagine and them speaking these names publicly in this moment puts them directly in harm's way. And so our advice to these survivors has been to speak their truths, be really

13:31mindful about where they're speaking that truth and do it thoughtfully, strategically, and make sure that they're talking to their lawyers before they do because we do not want to put them in any sort of harm's way.
