We also discussed ongoing Senate plans for a crypto market structure bill plus what the outlook for Kevin Warsh's nomination at the Senate Banking Committee after reports suggest a nomination hearing can happen the week of April 13. We also discussed SEC rulemakings on quarterly reporting and the Labor Department's proposal on alternative assets for private equity funds. Finally, we previewed President Donald Trump's budget, expected on April 3.
