This is Vsyn by the Books on Vsyn. These sports betting that work. Top of the hour is Vsyn by the books, Dave Ross, right here at Mint Gaming Hall. Ian Franklin, Kentucky. He is our closer Jensen Lewis. Back home in Cleveland, Ohio. Jensen, I love being here at the Mint Gaming Hall, because you see behind me, if you're watching on Fandals, Sports Network, all those changing numbers right here on the big board at Circa, right behind me in real time. And we are constantly looking at those numbers. We're going to have JVT. Do you want to talk about some NBA numbers here? A little bit later on, maybe San Antonio making a case with a big one against Boston tonight for real changes in those odds markets, eight to one right now, to be NBA champions. You know it. I know it. American people know it. We love a little chaos. In our lives, that's where we're going to begin this hour with our chaos and this.
Jensen, you know what you and I like to say, teach their own, right? We want everybody, if you're in the betting space, you have your own process. We all understand that. So to each their own with their process, my first chaos candidate got me to the window. It's Malik. Come on, Malik, Willis. You are now the new guy in South Beach. And when I look at what I think he can bring, and again, people are just they're gushing over his tape. And I get it. It looked great as a backup. Remember, this was a late round pick that Green Bay pilfered away from Tennessee a couple of years ago. And then Malik, Willis did the work. And every time he got in there for Jordan Love, it almost created a quarterback controversy in Green Bay. That's how good he looks. So that same brain trust go over as the GM now. As the head coach, and you leave Green Bay, and the writing was on the wall. We didn't need the tampering period to know. This was going to be job number one for Miami. Well, check mark. That's all I was waiting to see. Hopped in on the win
total of four and a half wins minus a dollar 15 over that total. And I still look at it. I go, that offense is not barren. They've got some talent offensively. What they didn't have, with all due respect to a tongue of I go was a signal caller. And now they have one. So this was a team that I played adjusted win total after they started off one in seven last year. And they won seven games for me last year and cash that ticket. And now the reason why I made this today, or yesterday, people is because the floor will never be lower. That's not going down. As a matter of fact, on draft Kings, it's already up to five and a half two day. And that's why some people wait to wait. I don't. If I find a number that I find playable in March, I'm going to bang it. The first one I made last year was Seattle. And that one paid a lot of dividends for me. Ironically, the last one I made last year at Jensen was Detroit. I played that the day before the season started. That was a loser. So maybe the process this is a go earlier instead of waiting for the dust to settle. I love what Miami's doing here as a benchmark. I think they can win two,
three games in the division. Just have to get a couple outside of the division. It's not an easy schedule by any stretch. I love what they're doing in South Beach. And I think we have real leadership now in the front office. And on the sidelines, it's going to show itself in the field. It's going to be a tougher football team defensively. And I think arguably a much better one offensively. Jensen chaos from a week Willis and the fish down in South Beach. All right. From South Beach to the ATL, a little tentacle here and some synergy in our chaos candidates. I went with two at Tegabyte Loa. I went with him and what potentially a fit into a Kevin's defense key offense there with the Falcons might look like right out of the shoot. When he's got time when he's protected, still a lead accuracy, right? He's got weapons, Drake London on the outside, Olamade Asequias. He's got one of the best running backs in football, especially out of the backfield in the passing game in B. John Robinson. I've watched plenty of it here in Cleveland. Dave for the last half decade. Kevin's defense key prides himself on the early
reads, getting the ball to playmakers. We just didn't have any of those, basically in Cleveland. All right. So this is going to be a much different toy box to be able to play with. And I would feel that if Michael Pennick's junior isn't ready early, this is about as good a safety net from a guy that has come through this kind of rhythm passing system with Mike McDaniel. And now you kind of get maybe a little bit different flavor of it, but still the foundation, the groundwork is very familiar. I don't think there's a large or long onboarding process for two in this offense. Crazier things have happened, my friend. And however long he needs to keep the seat warm for Michael Pennick's junior, if that's the route they want to go, God help us if they come out and they put up 30 burgers on people with two or back the first couple of weeks. Will we have a controversy? I don't know, but potential chaos in Atlanta with
two attack by law. Got to be honest with you. I love your take on this. And that's the team I've been looking at here. You can get plus money over seven and a half wins today. And with that, that place that he's going to be playing in the Georgia dome down there at Atlanta, whatever they call it these days, Mercedes Benz had pretty good success down there. I believe in an SEC title game where he came in for Jayland Hurtson. It was pretty darn good. And the two of Tungal Viola was born that day. I kind of love the fact that it's Kevin's to Fansky that's making this move to get two of Jensen. I'm picking up what you're putting down a big time there in the ATL. By the way, you can stop paying full price for gas people. You do not have to do that any longer. Just download the free upside app today. of the details. Jensen, my second chaos candidate, Jerry Jones. Let's do this baby. This is your time to shine, Jerry. This is why you made the Michael Parsons deal because you've got two draft things coming up in next month's April draft at 12 and at 20. I love what you did yesterday. We're going to get for Sean Gary out of Green Bay on a very team friendly deal with control over him for the next couple of years. When you put this in context with Quinn and Williams and with Kenny Clark, you are, oh my, keep, you have a defensive line. Dallas might actually have a defense this year that's representative of a team that might be able to compete in the division as over $2 betting $100 right now against the Philadelphia Eagles who got pilfered on their defense yesterday in day one of free agency. Jerry, I know it's a little bit dicey with the cap here, but if you can go out and figure out a way, there is a guy named Tray Hendrickson who's still out
there potentially for the taking. You already have three new starters now in the defensive line from a year ago after the Micah trade and you have draft capital. If you find guys eat like a 12 and 20, that's great. But Jerry, this is exactly what you do. And I'll say this in all seriousness. I was the first guy came right on these airwaves right here in Vison by the books the day after the Micah Parsons deal before the season started. And I said, I understand it. I totally got where Jerry was coming from and that money has proven to be money well saved. And now it looks like it's being well spent. So this is part two of the Micah Parsons trade. You can make all of this work this year. And that's a quick rebuild off the heels of one trade. You did it decades earlier with Herschel Walker and turn that into three Super Bowls in four years. I don't know if we can do the same thing in the Micah deal, but so far, so good. Jerry, don't listen to the naysayers. Follow your instincts
because normally they're pretty darn good when it comes to this time of the year. Jerry, let's make it happen. Be that agent of chaos that you like to be. And let's get a real defense in big D. I don't know if it can be doomsday again like the 70s. Well, we got a real shot here with some draft capital. Jerry, I'm looking at you. Let's get this done. Let's do it right so far. So good. There has been an opportunity the last couple of years for Brock Purdy to have a bonafide number one wide receiver. Unfortunately, injuries and no shows have been the narrative. And he's still found a way to make the San Francisco 49ers offense one of the better units despite all that adversity. He gets a surefire Hall of Famer after the news yesterday breaks that Mike Evans is going to join the fold with the San Francisco 49ers. That's one part of the chaos candidate. The other is the electrical substation that has become just urban legend here or urban myth. However,
you look at it with all of the non-contact soft tissue injuries, tendon ruptures, lower body issues that have plagued this team in recent years. If you don't know, get yourself affiliated with Silicon Valley power. That's the municipal utility for the city of Santa Clara that operates that large facility near Levi Stadium. Now, I am no conspiracy theorist when it comes to this. But it just happened to be some chaotic coincidence, Dave. Mike Evans has had some injury issues the last handful of years. Now, I don't know if they turn the Wi-Fi off or they turn the power off or Mike Evans, you know, comes in bubble wrap. But man, oh man, does it feel like this is a high risk, but high reward considering everything that surrounded the injury issues with the San Francisco 49ers. I like the move. I hope it works. Boy, oh boy, some chaos couldn't sue. If that substation rears
its ugly head in the media this coming season. I was a little, I love the move. And again, I think you're spot on when you're looking at the guys like a John Lynch and a Kyle Shanahan, pretty good track record, right? A figuring out ways to the bubble wrap guys. But you hope that doesn't wait. That actually affected Mike Evans be awful. To give him a three year deal, were you surprised by that? That they gave him three years? I think so. But hey, this is, this is why I said, if I'm Jackson Smith and Jigba, I'm looking at this whole like, oh, if it's this expensive for these guys, you're God, what am I going to make? It's going to be like a $50 million man the way this thing's going. Like you guys realize I'm 24. He's in his mid 30 like you're, you're in Mike Evans three years. What am I going to 10 year deal? Yeah, it's fascinating. By the way, the nineers right now, the third betting choice out last behind the Rams and the Seahawks plus 250 to win that division. We feel like it's going to be a really good division in context. Arizona 75 to one to win the NFC West. Next year. All right, when we come back, Jetson, let's get back
into the daily diamond and break down a team. You know, oh, so well, yep, Cleveland, you're on the clock. Next, the daily diamond. It's straight ahead on these mud. So you're listening to this podcast because you want an edge, but what if I told you, you're only halfway there. You've got the mindset. Now it's time to get the toolkit to imagine. Here's the thing. Gonna have JVT Jonathan Von Tobel join us in the very next segment. It has thoughts on the changing numbers in the NBA and some plays he might like there in the Association, M.B.I. But I talked about it. It's what a great time of the year with NBA, with college basketball tournaments. We're already into football now with free agency and looking ahead to the draft and changing numbers that are available. Baseball, man, it's so fun to do
the daily diamond with you every day. We did the Pittsburgh Pirates earlier wherever you get to podcast, go back and take a listen on your time when you subscribe and like to the Visa and Buy the Books podcast. Your Cleveland Guardians, Jensen, they're a mystery wrapped inside of an enigma for me. I can never figure that team out. You've got a great pulse on them. What do you see for this year? My opening line, and there he is, Nolan Ryan, the backdrop of our daily diamond, when you watch it on Fandall Sports Network, YouTube TV, Roger Sportsnet North of the border. The first line I wrote for this club, Dave, when you look up surreal in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of the 2025 Cleveland Guardians offense next to it. How did a team rank 28th and run scored? 29th and average, on base percentage, OPS, and bottom third in homers, rattle off one of the most improbable come from behind division, winning performances,
in major league history, unexplainable in so many ways, but guards ball provided the theatrics, winning the American like central and a walkoff Homer in their final regular season game after trailing the Detroit Tigers by as many as 15 and a half games. David is the largest comeback in division history since they've gone to the three division league set up here. So you have the future Hall of Famer and Jose Ramirez. He is the heart and soul of this team as he goes so do the guardians. It's the supporting cast in the offense that I have my biggest question mark about. They didn't next to nothing this off season in trying to bolster that lineup. They are really betting heavily on a crop of young position players. George Valera, Kyle Manzardo, Brian Roqueo, who actually surged a bit towards the end of last year and has had a great spring training. Bo Naylor, their young backstop, Gabriel Arias, who's probably going to be their opening
day shortstop, but it's chased a lotter who I want to bring your attention to Dave. A guy that I brought up to you as a chaos candidate a couple of weeks ago in the American league rookie of the year market, you can still find him at 20 to one to win the award. And I wouldn't mind taking a stab at that. And I may get to the window on it before opening day. He's going to play center field. He's going to be an important part of whether it be the middle of this order. If Stephen vote decides to move him towards the top with Stephen Kwan, we'll see what roster construction and lineup construction ultimately looks like. But this offense has to improve if they're going to have any semblance of being able to try and defend this American league central title. The way they can do it and the way they've really done it, the last decade. We have a term in Northeast Ohio here, Dave, it's called pitching you. They have an absolute pipeline. It's an institution, a Major League Baseball. They grow pitching about as well as anybody in Major League Baseball.
So Gavin Williams, Tanner Bobby, Slade Sikoney, Joey Cantillo, I think is going to be your odds on favorite to make this rotation. He's out of options and Logan Allen and Parker Messick to lefties as well. Both have options remaining. So it wouldn't surprise you. Of those three, you got to fill out the last two rotation spots back into the bullpen is really where they did a lot of their offseason shopping. And it was very much the bargain basement, but also one guy in particular, Sean Armstrong, who was actually a Cleveland draft eat back in 2011. Had spent some time with the Rangers as their closer. They get hunter Gattis back. He had some issues early in camp, but we back on the mound here as of this week. And then Kate Smith is your headliner took over for a manual class A after all the gambling issues surface last year. Back in their bullpen is going to be a great unit. Their rotation will be great. It's just a matter of how many runs can they score day in and day out. It's going to be a lot of low scoring in my opinion. Just because I don't know Dave and I'll get your thoughts on it. I don't know what you can
predict day in and day out from such a young offense, the inexperience with the youth. That's what they're banking on. And so that's a tough way to do business putting that much pressure on your pitching staff from day number one. Yeah, you talk about teams that like you have no feel about this is one of those teams I have no feel about whatsoever had no plays in them last year have no plays on them as we look through the futures market here in major league baseball. But what I'm curious about here is that win total at 79 and a half. And if we believe and I think, you know, you and I have talked about we'll talk about them later on as we break down every single team in major league baseball that we've already talked about the Royals. We believe they're going to be better. Some believe the Tigers could be the team to be in the American league. And then the underbelly, the division, which is generally the Chicago white socks, we believe that they're going to be better. That therefore is going to be a little bit higher this year. At some point that erosion is going to you would think come at the expense of a team like the guardians that they can't hit enough and the pitching looks okay. But as you just detailed maybe
the back end of that rotation, who knows? Like I have not played it and I probably will not play it. But if you made me play it, I'd hold my nose and bet the under 79 and a half. But it is one of those teams like the brewers to me that feels like they just figure out ways that we don't see. Like doesn't make a logical pathway to success. And yet they figured out whether it's Steven vote, whether whether it's just, you know, whatever it might be in Milwaukee and Cleveland, respectively, that these managers figure out ways to get a done pat Murphy in Milwaukee. That I don't want to bet against them. And that's why to me, the play would be the under, but the respect factor I have for their history and their short history, even a year ago, keeps me away from fading this baseball. One other guy to keep an eye on and we watched him a bit in the WBC with team Australia is Travis Pizzana, number one overall selection by the guardians a couple of years ago. The rumor I'm hearing is that it may not be breaking with the team on opening day. But it could be as early as June
that you see Travis Pizzana called up to the Cleveland guardians. Now he's available right now, Dave, at 22 to one in the American League, rookie of the year, market. I would advocate if you're looking on the American League side, you have a far better chance of a position player winning this award. And I know Trey Savage is a short shot at plus 370. I just think Toronto is going to be very mindful of his innings workload. He was way over that last year. He's a young arm. They're going to do whatever they need to do because they have aspirations of getting back into the world series. Kevin McGonagall at six to one within this American League central, Dave, a lot of indicators are that he's got a strong chance to break with the Detroit Tigers as their opening day shortstop. He's six to one. Kaz Okamoto is going to be the opening day third baseman likely for the Toronto Blue Jays also at six to one Carter Jensen in this American League central catcher and also will probably do some DH duties there with the Royals.
Mootataka Murakami eight to one in the middle of the order cleanup man for the Chicago White Talks. You have half a dozen rookie of the year candidates in the American League central. And you might have two of the best values in trade chase the lottery at twenty to one and Travis Bazzona at twenty two to one because if you're looking for offenses that will need immediate infusion. The lottery would be a good one to get in pre flop because he's going to make the opening day roster barring some injury. Bazzona may force his way up there because he's getting ahead start playing in the world baseball classic. He doesn't have too much resistance and too much far of the go Dave to crack this Cleveland starting nine. So I think those are two value ads. If you're looking at the rookie of the year market in the American League. Let me ask you maybe a bigger picture question with this team in regards to the trade deadline. If we could look that far ahead if they're not in contention early with a lockout potentially glooming. Would a guy like Jose Ramirez be if you're going to let the kids play and just going to
go youth movement and say, Hey, we got no of it. Would you consider? I know he's the a heart and soul of that baseball city right now, not just the team. Would there be considerations to move on and really tear it down to the studs and let all the kids play? We have a better chance of the Lewis Ross administration actually being the ticket on either the Democrat or Republican side than Jose Ramirez of being traded. The name to watch is Stephen Cwan. Dave, there has been issues with, you know, the the contractual extension talks here. He was a hot commodity at the deadline last year. If you're looking for assets that they would sell off, I would think Cwan would be the biggest piece that they would entertain back in bullpen arms. Sean Armstrong would be a guy if he's throwing well veteran ad right there. So no, this is a team that will not be selling. They just don't like to do this, especially with homegrown products. I'll just say in the Lewis Ross administration, if there's a D in front of our name, I might not be welcome back from mom and dad's house. Let's get to Juice Real because they're

If you want to look into the futures market, one of my favorite markets to bet him. He is the one and only Jonathan Bontobo give him a follow on exit. Me JVT joins us on the progressive guest line. JVT, before we get to the frenzy in the NFL yesterday, how is the hard 75 coming along? Do you weigh 130 pounds yet? No, I mean, I am somewhat of a bigger person, even without like, you know, the copious amounts gelatin. So I don't think I could get down to 135. So we'll see exactly how low I can get. But it's go well. We're down about, you know, about 30. We're getting there at least for approaching.
So the good thing is we're getting stronger boys. Today was a good push day and got a good run coming up a little bit later. So it is going well. I am on day, I think I'm on day 28 or 27. So we're both in our fourth week. Very good. JVT going to be in that featherweight or bantamweight class here pretty soon, Dave. We'll get a line on what a JVT card might look like in the UFC. Hey, JVT on I'm part of the futures with Mitch Moss. Will you guys tackle any early, I guess, reactions to the NFL moves from yesterday? Anything you take out of that that might be actionable in your mind? Yeah. So we actually did hit this yesterday. We recorded it last night. It'll be up a little bit later today. The two teams, and I think they're very obvious, at least to us they were, are obviously the Raiders and the Titans. And I think both of them did a very good job in this free agency window of acquiring talent and putting it in all the right places for the Raiders, you know, very clearly setting up the roster for what looks like is going to be a young quarterback, going, getting Tyler Lindnerbond, but most importantly, as they shift to
that three, four defense, going, getting a bunch of guys that will fit that group really well, and trying to supplement what they lost in Max Crosby by going and getting former Colt, Quitte Pay, resigning Malcolm Coons. I think the Raiders did a really solid job. And the question becomes, okay, well, then what are you talking about? Are we betting them to make the playoffs? We've been in the wind division. I don't think it's anything like that, but they're wind totals five and a half, slightly shaded over minus one 15. I think that's something that might be worth looking at. I think the caveat and I brought this up to Mitch, you know, the rumblings obviously have been that they want to add a veteran quarterback. And that maybe that veteran quarterback would potentially start as opposed to Fernando Mendoza. The question becomes, if that for I asked this to Mitch, if that veteran quarterback is Kirk Cousins, which is one of the rumors out there, would that be something that deters you from betting this team over the wind total to me? That would not. So I do think that over that number is playable here. Again, we'll see who the veteran quarterback is. And I would also expect that they're not married to the idea that Fernando Mendoza is not going to start. And the other, and I think this is dependent on whether or not you like him,
but as I mentioned, the Titans, I love what the Titans did. Everything they have added, both offensively and defensively, getting a bunch of guys that are familiar, obviously, with Brian Dable and Robert Sala and how good this defense is going to be. It looks like on a surface. Well, I'm a believer in the word, you give him more weapons in an easy division, I would say, the jacks are going to have a first place schedule. The Texans off end stinks, who knows what the cults are going to be, especially as they wait for Daniel Jones to recover. And even if they pay him the 50 million freaking dollars that he wants, Titans wind total seven and a half overs, like a plus one 15, I can make this comparison guys. I don't think it'll be as extreme because they made it to the Super Bowl. But I don't know if I would be surprised if they made a Patriots type leap when you're talking about the ease of their schedule coupled with the division and the improvements they made. Oh, I do. I love what they've made. I'm kicking myself because that's a team that Jensen, I talked about months ago when the windtools first came out and I didn't bet it. You could have had it about five and a half, six and a half. And now it's up to seven and a half here, but it is a plus money. If you find the six and a half, they're still heavily juiced to the over. But I'm with you. I love what the Titans did yesterday as well. Jensen, I talked about this
too earlier and I just wonder you look at SGA now. He's minus eight dollars to an MVP. You do something that will chamber when it done 126 games at least 20 points or more. You knock down the game winning three. I mean, what else do you need to be MVP again if you're SGA? Is that market done for you as long as he stays healthy down the stretch? Yeah, I think that's that's what we're right here. I mean, he's he's going to win whether if that's all that has to happen. He just has to play enough games. You know, we've talked about a lot of Kate Cunningham. Remember our always default was he just got to win it by default. He needs Jay and Nicola Yochich and Victor Roman Yama to be eliminated. That's not going to happen. It would seem. And with Shay's profile here, I don't think there's really any question that he is going to be the guy now as you move forward. And I think the market's correct in the way that they've priced this. Yochich was great yesterday too, but the team is not really winning as many games down the stretch here as they would like. This is all just whether or not Shay Guild of Alexander is going to beat the 65 game minimum. And I think he's going to. So, you know, it's funny. This is why you pay attention. You talk about these markets all the time. We had mentioned this when he was sidelined. He was as low as minus
135 less than two weeks ago, guys. And now he's minus a hundred to win this award. This is just going to be Shay Guild, just Alexander's award to lose at this point. It's all about his health. And I would expect that he is going to meet that minimum. Yep. It's it stinks. But you're right, JVT. That was probably the time that if you you wanted it with a nice hedge. If you had a bigger ticket, but boy, what a step back three dagger last night to get it done against Denver. I know you've been very high on on my Cavaliers and to save to say the clocks. I don't know if they got them ahead because they were a no show. It felt like against Boston over the weekend. Is it a potential finals preview for you tonight with Boston and San Antonio deep in the heart of Texas and osper's length three and a half right now seeing some threes out there as well. Size up this matchup in your eyes and maybe some prevailing sentiments with the result. Yeah. I mean, so I think for sure it has to be considered a potential finals preview. I mean, considering what San Antonio has done in the regular season against Oklahoma City,
you do have to consider them a legitimate threat against the Oklahoma City Thunder and in the Western Conference as a whole. And you know, they got a big win yesterday. But let's not forget that this first team can still win the one seat as well. They are not that far back, only three games from Oklahoma City. So that everything could run through San Antonio by the time we get to the postseason. This matchup, this should be a ton of fun, man, because you look at what San Antonio has done, especially against some of these teams that they match up well against, you know, they do have an elite defender ends to find castle that they're going to be able to throw out there and put him on almost anybody that they want at this point and feel comfortable about it. Their injury report is clean today outside of Harrison Barnes and Mason Plumley, but that's not something that I think you're going to worry about too much of this matchup. I'm going to be curious to see how they handle the dynamic of Tatum versus Brown. I would assume that's Defon Castle is going to get Jay, Jaylen Brown. But the way that Jason Tatum has played through the first two games, who knows? I mean, he has been exceptional with the way that he's been able to score, but observationally, a lot of it has come from the perimeter and not so much a threat when you're getting to the basket or trying to make your own look. So I think that's how they're going to handle this. And this is going to be a team game in which Tatum is going to have
to perform at a high level, given the expectations and the minute restriction. I know the Missoula said he's not. He's played 27 minutes exactly in each of the first two games. It's clearly right about where he's at right now. But I would expect that the San Antonio Spurs, I would lean toward them a little bit here. Vousavitch is still out. The center position is still a little bit of a nightmare for the Celtics as they try to figure this thing out. Now going on the road against the Young Spurs team that has the defensive capabilities. I think that this would be a Spurs game at minus three and a half. And I think that's pretty much where we're sitting out right now. We saw the market open there. We haven't really seen a budge. Probably pretty accurately priced. Maybe we get some three and a half spot off and it gets the three. But to me, it would be San Antonio or nothing here. David, see what surprises me a little bit. Okay. Look, the Celtics now moving up. I'm seeing they've actually drifted a little bit on the last 24 hours to plus an hour 75 to win the East. But Cavaliers holding firm at plus 320. The nicks are now north of four dollars, four 25 the same with the pistons at plus four 25. So that's where the drifts come here with the Celtics getting shortened. Is there value in any of those other numbers here, whether it's New York or Detroit to win the East?
I don't know. I don't think so. I mean, let's we'll start with Detroit, right? Detroit clearly has an obvious weakness that the Spurs have exploited in the two games they've played here over the last couple of weeks. You can't have your other shot creator. Dave B a center. It just can't be like that. And if it's going to be a center, it's got to be a Yoke itch or a Wemba Nyama type center that can play out on the perimeter that can expand the floor that can do those things. And Jalen Durin is a good player. But that's like the other option they have in terms of a secondary score. And we have seen that. Stefan Castle has matched up well with Kate Cunningham. And then the offense has failed to show up outside of that because there's nobody else that can release the pressure if you will for Detroit. So I think they have a clear and obvious weakness that is priced them where they're at in for New York. I mean, we saw it again yesterday. Bad swing through LA. They lose the game to the Clippers and then nurse me the Lakers. And then last night against Clippers, my clips, offense rating 124.8. They get that win 126 to 118. There are team that is wildly inconsistent on defense. And you talk about the offense. Who in the world outside of Jalen Brunson is showing up for you every single night. It's a mystery. The Kale Bridge is again yesterday just seven points on eight fuel gold attempts. They tried to five first round picks for this guy. And they're not getting anything out of him.
This has been a big problem for New York. And I think that's why they're priced. So I would not want to go to war at those short prices with those two teams. I would want something much longer in the way that he's to shape it up. JBT, last 30 seconds, Mountain West and Big 12 tournaments underway today. You got a big number on TCU. Why did you get there in the big 12? TCU has been playing a lot better. They've been a great defensive team. If you look at the way that they have been playing their forcing turnovers at a high clip, their free throw rate defensively is also very low as well. So they're doing it without putting opponents on the free throw line. And I like their path to the big 12 tournament as well. So TCU at that big price and then Colorado State of 25 to one. They lost the boys over the weekend guys, but they've been playing some of the best basketball in the Mountain West over the last eight or nine games. I think they're going to be really dangerous in this neutral court seven. If JVD can get down to a box 70, I've just talked to Dana White. It could be Conor Gregor, Jonathan Vaughn told him what the White House. I'm just saying it could be freedom to be on that car. We got to spruce it up. Check it out later on today. It was Toby Vaughn and Tony here. Money moves to the 4 p.m. Easter back with our best best next

Jensen we do have some some more breaking news a smaller news but still news nonetheless the giants are going to sign former jaguars wonder back Greg Newsome. That's going to be a one year deal per multiple sources there. So the giants get a little bit better with John Harball there at the helm. You know it felt like they lost some players yesterday. I'm interested to see what the giants do here says team I'm looking to possibly play on here but nothing yet to get me to the window. I feel like not to say that you had to do everything on day one. There can be a lot of things that happen today. And by the way, stay tuned to visa and all day. We've got Gil Alexander and Kelly Biddle and coming up next with the numbers game. They'll be updating any of the breaking news as the day goes on. It does feel like it was kind of a quieter day one for the giants yesterday. I think they did quite well.
I would say that getting Isaiah likely there feels like a Baltimore reunion and another weapon for Jackson Dart for the giants offense. So that is going to be very intriguing to watch. So a lot of action still to come. The league new year beginning tomorrow. So we'll see a lot of these moves officially official. And hey, the countdown to the NFL draft started with the Seattle Seahawks bringing daily grid iron back today. New England Patriots on deck for us tomorrow. Little deep dive into what they also did yesterday as well. And the numbers are changing dramatically here just to point out Miami had the lowest wind total four and a half. In some books, those four and a halfs are gone. They're up to five and a half of draft Kings. You can still find four and a halfs out there in the dolphins today. But the juice has now increased dramatically. I'm seeing a dollar $30 at bet three six five out there today, which means that the new leader in the clubhouse to potentially have the number one pick next year in the draft will be Arizona. They are now projected to be quote unquote the worst
team or half as about as low as you're ever going to get. Remember the Saints had this distinction this time last year at four and a half. It's Arizona now with their juice being to the under four and a half winds at minus a dollar 15 in the marketplace. At least they're telling you Arizona is in fact the worst team on paper right now in the NFL. Remember 75 to one to win the NFC West. You know, we don't see numbers like that associated with a four team division. That's where they are with the other three teams with Seahawks Rams and Niners looking as good as they do on paper. Let's get to our best bets here that we have today. And Jensen some of the tournaments that are already going on. You've got some plays in pocket. I believe you got some underplays that you like today. Yeah, we're going to go back to the under train. A lot of these tournament games, especially the early ones play on the first game of the day. That's Baylor and Arizona State to kick off the opening round of the big 12 tournament. This number open at 157 and a half. That is where I got that number for a little bit of juice here. It is down as we
see it right now. I'm seeing 153 and a half really across the board. So four point move right now in that one also going to stay in the big 12 today. That next game will be the UTS of Utah against the Bearcats of Cincinnati going to play an under 140 and a half in that matchup. It is already down to 136 and a half. So these are going to go quite quickly. That game going to tip off a believe around three o'clock Eastern time. Also going to jump over into the ACC and the pit in Stanford matchup. Now traditionally, totals of 140 and under have been going over. But this one was at 140 and a half. So we'll have a little stress test as to see if that hook means anything for the prevailing trends. I'm going to take pit Stanford under 139 and a half looking at where that live number is right now. I believe we're down to 137 and most places
in 136s at Fandall at Draft King. So that number has been on the move too. One final best bet and probably add throughout the afternoon here. Main mention of one of Steve McAnons big ACC opening round trends. Favorite stave in the ACC opening round of the conference tournament. 23 and four straight up only 16 and 11 against the number that since 2016. So I put in a little three leg money line parlay Stanford minus 230 against pit SMU minus 220 against your Syracuse Orange and the Hokies of Virginia Tech minus 150 in the nightcap against Wake Forest that parlay paying plus 248. So three money line money lines right there parlayed together for the opening round of the ACC conference tournament. That is a ticket that I've added here. If you're a recent pro subscriber, you see that already Virginia Tech minus two and a half minus star five against the Wake Forest demon deacons. I do not believe Tim Duncan is suiting up for Wake Forest
or Randolph Children's. So I'll take my chances here with the Hokies today laying that two and a half. Also, what's interesting about that if you go to Draft Kings right now, you will see that they've got games that are associated with Joe Anardi's projections. And right now Virginia Tech is on the first four out line. You best believe that they know that as well. Not to say that it's more motivation. They know they got a win. They lose today to Wake Forest. They're going to be out. They're not going to make the NCAA tournament, but they know that with the win against Wake Forest, maybe that doesn't change them off that bubble as the first four out, but it gets them one game closer and one more game to add to the resume potentially to keep fighting on. So the Hokies are going to be a play on team for me today. I mentioned yesterday right here in the program. You could have bet Santa Clara before their game last night against St. Mary's there are minus a dollar 40 24 hours ago to make the NCAA tournament today. Joe Anardi has them projected last four in. They are six five and a half six and a half point favorites are excuse me 100 dogs right now six and a half one hundred dogs to the Gonzaga Bulldogs today in the WCC tournament championship. Look,
I think they're safely in. We talked about it with Matt humans too that we believe this is a three bid league now, but with that win yesterday over St. Mary's that might be a bid thief out there that even if Santa Clara loses to Gonzaga tonight in the WCC finals, which again six and a half point hundred dogs to do so they're going to make the tournament here, Jensen. So I wonder would you be inclined with the Zags obviously just fighting for seating knowing that they're clearly well into this tournament here. I wonder what the motivation factor there is for Santa Clara take out all get the automatic bid, of course, but would you lean towards taking the six and a half tonight with Santa Clara against those Bulldogs? I would not. I don't know if I'm going to be in a side there. I would look at the total, which has come down. I believe a little bit already open at one sixty three and a half down to one sixteen and a half. That would be my only look on on that side just because, Dave, as you mentioned, if Santa Clara feels like they're in a court. Hey, they
want to go win a conference tournament title. I get that. This, remember, Gonzaga played in Oregon state team yesterday. And I want to say that total was right around in the 140. So we've already got a 20 point differential stylistically and obviously knowing where we are with Santa Clara and the Gales getting in here. So interested to see how it plays out later on. But yeah, I would lean the total in that WCC conference title matchup. One of the games just in context of Winardi's projections here last four in and we're talking about it off off the show here with Matt humans. I mean, really, if you want exhibits, ABC and D as to why you should never expand this tournament any more than you already have, Auburn being last four in kind of tells you everything you need to know. There's seven and a half point favorites tomorrow against Mississippi state. We'll talk about this game more tomorrow. But Jensen, my goodness, this team right now, there are 12 seed in the SEC tournament and they're the last four in in Winardi's bracket. We don't need to expand this thing anymore. Do we? Lines of seven points or more should be noted, according to Steve Mackinan,
for two reasons in the SEC tournament. First off, favorites in these games are in a 37 and 8 straight up run, 27 16 and two. So good for a 63% cover percentage. That's in 2014. And those games have gone under the total at almost a 68.2% rate 30 14 and one. So there's your handicap on that one. We'll die much more into the SEC in those games tomorrow as well. Okay, if we had to set a number as to this time tomorrow, are we discussing Trey Hendrickson's new home in the NFL? Would you set that number minus two dollars that we get news somewhere today before we come on the year tomorrow that Trey Hendrickson has a new home? I'm going to set minus five dollars that we will have a new England Patriots move to talk about for daily grid iron. That's what I think we'll have. Are you saying that's with Trey Hendrickson? You don't, Councillor, you don't have to answer that question. You're not under oath. We can get to that tomorrow on the program. Great stuff
as always, my man. Again, up next here. If you've been watching here in Fandall Sports Network and you want more decent, of course you do. All you have to do is go to the visa and watch app visa.com. We've got a numbers game coming up with Kelly and Gil, of course. And Mark Borscher is going to join the program. You did the baseball draft with Mark as well to get his top picks in Major League Baseball. So thanks for watching today. We'll see you tomorrow, right back here on Leeson, by the bus.
