US DOJ Proves Voter Fraud is Easy in CA!

0:00This November, California voters will have a chance to enact a bipartisan solution for voter ID if they vote yes on Proposition 39. But California Democrat politicians say there's no evidence of any fraudulent voting happening in our state elections. Well, coming up, there was a bombshell indictment handed down last week by the U.S. Department of Justice against an illegal immigrant who yes was allowed to register to vote. Oh, but the evidence of voter fraud and weak practices in our elections doesn't end with this indictment. Coming up, the full dirty laundry voters should know about how poorly our elections are conducted in California and why we need Prop 39 this November. I'm Carl Demyo, Chairman of Reform California and a California state representative. And just full disclosure, I am leading the campaign to pass Prop 39. I urge a yes vote for the

1:04bipartisan solution to voter ID. And this podcast really shows the reason why. Prop 39 is not the Savact. It's not the same as the Republican proposal in Washington that gets rid of mail ballots and has a lot of mandates, whether you're for or against the Savact is irrelevant. Prop 39, because we're a blue state, decided to take a more nuanced, balanced and bipartisan approach to how we go about enacting voter ID. The Democrat politicians, they don't care. They don't care that it's more balanced and bipartisan. They don't want any voter ID full stop. They don't want any requirement that election officers actually audit their voter lists and be audited by the state auditor and be required to check citizenship of people registering. Those are the two reforms that Prop 39 requires. Verification of identity when you're either voting in person or by mail. Secondly, cleaning up the voter file

2:10in our state by holding county government officials accountable for verifying citizenship and making sure that when people move out of the state that the lists are maintained and cleaned. Very simple. In the Democrats say there's no evidence of fraud. Well, when you're not looking for fraud, you can't say that there's no evidence of fraud. We know that there is no verification on citizenship done by election offices. The Secretary of State prevents the county registrars of voters from cleaning up their voter files, sharing data with other states when people move out of the state of California. So the voter list is completely in disarray and that's by design. Democrats like ballot harvesting, it's easier to harvest a fraudulent ballot if there's a bunch of people getting ballots that are no longer here. When you have the instrument of voting, floating around in the community with no custody, chain of custody, it's easier for people to cast a ballot illegitimately.

3:11Whether you believe, though, that voter fraud is a big problem or small problem. Why not clean up the voter lists? Why not have voter ID? These are common sense reforms that you should expect your government embraces for good election management. We should just be doing this because you don't have to have evidence of fraud to have best practices and do things that improve trust and confidence. And that's why, again, I'm urging everyone to spread the word and vote yes on Prop 39. But last week comes the evidence, more evidence that absolutely illegal immigrants are being registered to vote in the state of California and state officials are doing nothing about it. Here's a Fox News report of an arrest of a Honduran national and illegal immigrant well-known to law enforcement, by the way, for making a bunch of threats. He registered to vote and then said, I'm going to vote and hold you accountable through this election.

4:13Investigators alleged 30-year-old Darwin Rivera Flores lied about being a U.S. citizen. He's charged with perjury and a fraudulent voter registration. Now, just a few months ago, Rivera Flores pled guilty to obstruction for blocking an ICE agent's access to an immigration building in February. A federal complaint alleges Rivera Flores went back to that building and threatened the same agent saying he would find their home. Then, in March, the Honduran National allegedly texted a separate immigration agent calling him the beward and writing, I cannot wait until the midterms. You don't have immunity. Then we can start and indict all you guys one by one. Now, a federal investigator alleged that Rivera Flores mentioning the midterms and being illegally registered, indicated an interest and an intent to vote this November. Although there's no indication he's ever voted. This individual went out of his way. He went online and he registered a vote in California, allowed him to be an active registered voter here, knowing full well that he's not

5:18a citizen. Now, if you go to register online in California today, you can check that you do not have an ID or a social security number. Then, if you are asked for identification at the ballot box, the California Secretary of State's website lists things like an insurance card as acceptable forms of ID. Now, California's Secretary of State estimates 98 percent of voters include an ID or social security number when registering, but the Trump administration has sued California and other states to turn over its voter rolls so it can comb through the names. Shannon. All right, we are tracking those legal. So there you have it, but it gets worse than that. It's not just an insurance card. Remember, illegal immigrants are given free health insurance in the state of California. Taxpayer funded. So they're all going to have an insurance card to show. You can show a gym membership card as your proof. California Secretary of State says, quote, if you register to vote online in California today, you can check no ID and

6:19no social security number. The website says first time voters may, may be asked to show an ID at the ballot box. Well, if they're voting by mail, they don't have to show an ID. The California Secretary of State lists things like a jam or insurance card as acceptable photo identification. Oh, you can't make this stuff up. Here it is in plain English, health club identification card. Insurance plan identification card. Student identification card. By the way, illegal immigrants are enrolled in California schools. Public housing identification card. Oh, yeah, they get that too. You understand why the lavish welfare is not just to induce illegal immigrants to come to the United States with carrots, financial incentives. It gives them the currency to register to vote and cast ballots. Under prop 39, citizenship would have to be verified by the election office. This is so crucial. And this indictment shows that we do have a problem. Thank goodness the DOJ is

7:22actually looking and kicking the tires. Now, how big of a problem is this that people aren't showing social security or driver's license when they register? Well, ericdority. Holy crap, a whopping 463,000 California voters did not give a license or the last four digits of social security one registering to vote. 463,000 in same. The California Post has it right. Anti-ice activist arrest for voter fraud reinforces the need for prop 39. There he is. The video, the raw video of the feds coming in arresting him for voter fraud taking him into custody. He was already a criminal before this. Now he's going to have another round. Can someone just get him out of this country? The problem is we are outgunned in the fight for prop 39. Democrats are spending also to dark money millions of dollars against us. They have a false title on the ballot. It says prop 39

8:26prohibits citizens from voting. No, quite the opposite. We're trying to stop scammers like this illegal immigrant from Honduras from voting. And so I'm urging you go online to the website voteridinitiative.com, voteridinitiative.com, ship in a contribution, sign up to volunteer and if you want at least get a lawn sign. Volunteers get free lawn signs if you attend an event, one of our barbecue beer and ballot events. There's a whole list of them on our website. Lots of beer and barbecue that we're serving in October as we go on a bus tour for yes on prop 39 for voter ID. And finally, if you can't volunteer or attend one of our events, you can still buy a lawn sign online through our third party vendor. Please do something to spread the word like this video, share it. So more people know there is indeed voter fraud going on in California. The only ones starting to look for it, the DOJ, they issued an indictment just last week, an open and shut case of fraud, by the way.

9:28But we need prop 39, whether you believe there's a lot of fraud or a little flood fraud, we need it to restore public trust and confidence in our elections.
