जिह्वालम्पटः साधुः

कस्यचन साधोः तपस्यायाः ख्यातिः देवलोके प्रसृता । स्वर्गे देवानां मध्ये अपि चर्चा आरब्धा । कथञ्चित् तस्य तपसः भङ्गः करणीयः इति कश्चन देवः पृथिवीं प्रति समागत्य साधोः व्यवहारं सुसूक्ष्मं परीक्षितवान् । उपायं कृत्वा अल्पे एव काले तस्य साधोः तपोभ्रष्टतां सम्पादितवान् । कथम् इति स्वारस्यकारिणीं कथां श्रुत्वा ज्ञास्यामः ।
