2007年，远山和驴友成立了一支山野救援队。参与汶川地震救援以后至今，蓝天救援队在全国发展了3万多名队员，100多支队伍，是国内最大的民间救援组织。从玉树、鲁甸、尼泊尔地震、菲律宾风灾，到西南旱灾、民众溺水，他们在大大小小的灾害现场搜救。一席现场，队长@蓝天远山 对志愿救援的承诺。
