2009年，音乐家、《阿姐鼓》创作者 @朱哲琴 与联合国开发计划署共同发起了“世界看见”公益计划。几年来，她带领设计师、艺术家遍访中国民艺：内蒙马鞍、马头琴，西藏山南尼木藏纸，贵州破线绣、红绣、锡绣，青海热贡唐卡，加牙藏毯。一席现场，一场民艺振兴试验。
“从09年到现在这5年间，做「听见」和「看见」非常不容易，我想台湾经过了这个历程，所谓文创的这个历程，也一定知道非常非常难，到现在可能都还没有找到，一个真正的突破。这5年我们很努力地一步步往前走，我突然间有一天就明白，我说，‘哎呀，我看懂《西游记》了’。”
