A devout king wished to marry his beautiful and pious daughter to someone who had complete faith in God. One day, he saw a young man, serene and wearing simple attire, meditating before the deity. The king asked him some questions, and upon hearing his answers, he joyfully arranged his daughter's marriage with him. On their way home, the young man offered his wife some water and a piece of bread he had stored in the hollow of a tree. Realizing that her husband had kept the bread for the next day's meal rather than trusting God to provide, the wife began to weep. Ashamed, the young man discarded the bread, understanding the depth of true faith.
