海口博学村，地处火山口，土层薄，不利耕种，300位村民靠不到两千元的年收入维持生活。@陈统奎 是这个村庄走出的一个大学生。2009年，在《南风窗》做记者的他回到家乡，带领博学村自下而上，生态重生，成为海南省农村生态村落改造的示范点。
