No matter where you are on your sober journey it's likely that myself and many other women in our community have been there too!  The work continues after we clean up, to build that emotional sobriety so we can love our lives beyond recovery.

We will discuss the tools and practical wisdom you need to build confidence and have healthy relationships, manage difficult emotions, have a healthy body, create healthy boundaries and connect not only with others but also your spiritual energy in a new way.
