0:00Why from the heartland and the crossroads of America, it's Tony Katz today. So we hit a massive ammo depot in Iran. We hit it with a bunker buster. Now we're hearing that we've deployed the B2 bombers over Iran for the first time, which means that Iran has no capacity to know where we are, when we are, or how we are. So we've taken out their air defenses, we can strike at will, they have no navy. Yet they're still a threat. We continue this conversation about the possibility of ground troops and what it could mean.

1:01But what we have more than anything else, what we have is a media that is desperate to make you believe that everything is terrible, awful, just the worst. In real time, we're seeing this take place as opposed to us deciding what we like, what we don't take information and coming up with thoughts. The desperation here is to make the claim, to make the statement that everything is terrible, everything is awful, everything is a failure, everything is a mess. That is simply untrue, Tony Katz, Tony Katz today, good to be here, good to be with you. Allow me to give you an example of this. Now I don't ever think that we should pretend that reality isn't real, we should always

2:02be aware of it. But a number, a data point in a specific moment in time is not reality for forever. So I will give you an example. You are eight years old. If you are eight years old and a and fellow eight year old gives you ice cream, I'm willing to bet you, you rank them very, very high. If another eight year old comes by and punches you in the face, I'm only betting, right? Except for you masochists out there who are like safe words are for babies. You would rank that person, that eight year old very, very low. If the next day the person who gave you ice cream punched you and the person who punched you gave you ice cream, those numbers would criss-cross.

3:04That's what they would do. We are talking about a snapshot in time regarding Trump's approval numbers. This is CNN. Talking as low as Death Valley and this I think is so key here, which is, you know, Johnny B was pointing out, you know, it is sped up now. But this has been a steady fall into the abyss. There is no bottom. Death Valley, that's see, that is how low we are going. And look at this. I think this really just kind of shows it. It is not one event that is dragging Donald Trump down. It's a slow event that have come together and it continuously dropped his net approval ready. Let's talk with a slew of events and who reports on those events. I'm not a tariff guy. Tariffs could have brought you down. Shutdowns, not Trump's fault. Shutdowns could bring you down. A war worth rising gas prices. What's the average right now producer Landon?

4:05The average gas price across the country? Absolutely can bring you down. I don't disagree that these numbers could bring you down. His approval could be down from plus six when he got inaugurated to negative 18 today. I ask you the following question. You don't think Trump is aware that actions he takes while they're in the process could have a negative effect on approval? You don't think anybody doesn't understand this? Do we actually think that this is reality? If gas prices today started going down and in two weeks from now they were at $2.96 a gallon. His approval rating would still be ten below? My point to you is every single thing you look at is predicated on the idea from cable news and others that everything has come to an earth shattering destruction and Trump

5:07has failed. We talk about how they take a look at the actual maneuvers there by the U.S. military. What's happening? They'll tell you it's lost. They'll tell you it's over. They'll tell you it's done. They'll tell you it's gone. No part of that is true. It's been four weeks ladies and gentlemen. Now you and I could have a disagreement on whether or not we should have taken out the regime in Iran. That would be what rational people do. You know what we would do? We would take a look at data and we would take a look at our own thoughts and viewpoints and we would express these things. That isn't what's happening. What's happening is every single part of this to the political left has no purpose. Why? Not because they have data points but because they have a mantra. And the mantra is hate Trump and you see it in everything they do.

6:09Notice I do not start off with you have to love what happened. I don't believe this. I don't believe this and I don't say this at all or in any way. You absolutely do not have to love. What has happened? Why would I tell you that you have to love it? Why would I tell you that you have to have it? Why would I tell you you have to vote for it? My God, you're grown up, make up your own mind. They go the other direction. You have to agree with them because they do not provide you the other side of the story. They don't provide you the other side of the story. They don't provide you the other things. The other pieces of data. They will share with you that Iran was not an imminent threat to us. Do you know how woke right Tucker Puppet Foolish you have to be to buy into that? Every time they engage in a terrorist attack, every time they funded a terrorist organization,

7:10they were a threat to us. We know what we already knew that this guy who ran his truck filled with explosives into a synagogue in Michigan to kill the Jews there was inspired by Hezbollah. We know this to be factual. Now they want to be clear about something as they tell the story that they're not saying this guy was trained by Hezbollah. Oh, no, no, no, just that he was inspired by Hezbollah. It makes no legal difference. If the current leader of Hezbollah himself, Naim Kasem called this man and told him to attack Temple Israel or whether he simply heated Hezbollah's call to kill Jews and in his words, burn their world. Let's bring in MS now justice and intelligence. I don't need to bring in anybody else. He wasn't trained by Hezbollah.

Well, then it's all Israel's fault. What kind of nonsense stupidity are we discussing here? How many ways must you move and maneuver until you look at reality? I swear in this situation with the woke right, it turns out I'm playing the part of John Galt. Don't you get that it's over? Don't you get that this is the way it is that if you allow terrorists to reign supreme, they will engage in terrorism. You keep wanting the issue to be Israel. You keep wanting the issue to be the US. The issue is a terrorist regime of Islamists who believe in worldwide domination and the

And until they learn, why are they so willing to put us in the absolute face of the harm? Why are they so desperate, so absolutely desperate to not believe what is real and what is happening and what has happened? Why is the political left so unwilling to discuss the violent nature of the Iranian regime, the terrorist nature of the Iranian regime and the abuse of the people? Now I would agree with you that just because the regime is abusing the people isn't necessarily the reason for us to go in because if that was the case, we'd be going into a lot of nations. But the other things are the reason. And one of the additional bonuses is that we get to keep these people from being abused.

It shows plus six in January of 2025. It shows three below in April. It shows seven below in July. He was already 13 points under, no, sorry, 16 points under, 16 points under where he was when he was elected. How do you think that happened in seven months? Or a non-stop stream of media saying Trump evil? You take that non-stop stream and you add that to the low propensity voter who once Trump got elected because they thought, well, that would be cool. You know, the Joe Rogan set.

12:30And those people went by the way saying, all right, we don't pay any attention anymore. Is anybody surprised? We already see in the numbers look at them. The steady erosion, because Trump's so terrible, or because everybody was told Trump was so terrible and not one conversation was had amongst the ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MS now set. Between the New York Times, Washington Post said, let's not think that they still don't have tremendous power, that you give people enough of that negativity and what you'll get is negativity. My point to you is not that you can't disagree with Trump and this action in Iran, of course you can. Where friends will agree, will disagree, but we're going to do it based on the data and we're going to do it based on the actual issues.

13:33Our problem is that the media is not interested in data and our actual issues. They're interested in narrative and they do not care how they pummel you with it and you are watching it in real time and you are watching people fall for it in real time. Polling shows us that amongst Republicans and amongst Americans, with a favor ending the Iranian regime. I think polling would look differently three months from now if we were still in it. Polling might look differently if we have troops on the ground, although we still have not defined what the bloody heck troops on the ground actually is. But unless we're debating all of it, the totality of it, well, if we're not doing that, then we're not providing a service and I put forth to you that these media folks who keep telling us how good and decent they are journalists don't take a side.

14:34Yes you do. Turns out the only honest guys who are in radio, I'm going to get emails for that, I'm going to get emails, send your emails to Clay and Buck at Yahoo.com. We want to compare, we want to compare a radio to television, I put forth to you that more radio hosts are giving the full picture of what's going on in Iran, the positives and negatives, the full picture of what's going on politically with Trump, then television. I don't think there's any question, what do you want to bet? Radio more trusted source of where the information is honest than TV, 10,000 percent. But our reach is not as great sadly, and people are falling for it. And these numbers that Harry Enten wants to share here, I don't deny that he has the numbers, I deny what they mean.

15:37Gas prices go down to $2.96, well, those numbers for Trump are going to go back up and it's not going to stop the press from continuing their daily assault. I cannot make this up, Tony Katz, Tony Katz today, so Air Canada was involved in this crash at LaGuardia Airport, horrifying, horrifying, sorry, the amount of mistakes, at least from the initial reporting, that took place in order for this plane that's landing to hit the fire truck that's crossing the curving and who is communicating with whom and just madness.

16:47The CEO of Air Canada, his name is Michael Russo, he's been with the company for 20 years and he's stepping down and they're going to evaluate successors and the qualifications will include the ability to communicate in French so he puts out a condolence message regarding these two pilots who were killed in this crash at LaGuardia and Air Canada as a Montreal-based airline Quebec, you have to speak both languages and you have to serve customers in both languages. But in his statement, he offers Bonjour and he offers Mercy and that's it. That is the only French that he discusses, the only French he mentions in the statement

17:51and the people of France so outrageously, I'm sorry, the people of Canada, what's the difference? So outrageously up and arms about this thing that he has to step down. According to Prime Minister Mark Carning, the message showed a lack of judgment, then you had one of the leaders of Quebec, the political scene, said it showed a quote, sad and gross lack of respect. And the premier, Francois Legault, called for Russo's resignation. That is unique, that cost him his job. Two pilots are dead, you didn't speak enough French.

He was waived for Conduct Detrimental because he had a video where he granted, that's the term ESPN uses, about religion and had anti-gay sentiments. He was discussing Pride Month and saying that it is unrighteous, that it celebrates unrighteousness. Now I cannot tell you of Pride Month celebrates unrighteousness. I will tell you that a month for gay pride but only a day for veterans is a messed up conversation altogether. I said it, I'm not apologizing to anyone. And part of the reason I'm not apologizing is because all of this has become political. Pride Month is political. The gay pride flag flag is political.

20:58The gay pride flag is of course a political tool. How do I know this? Because it used to be a rainbow and now it looks like a box of Crayolas threw up and I'm not talking about the small box of eight that you get because you know the teacher feels bad for you. I'm talking about the big-ass box of 128 that has the sharpener in it. Just puked all over a bit of cotton and then all of a sudden someone said, here's our new flag. It's got the stripes and then it's got the chevron and then there's a circle in there. I'm pretty sure on the corner there's an oomline. Nobody knows what the flag is for, what it means, what the colors are. It is just a symbol of your political preference and that is all. And so if I'm discussing the thing that's being discussed, it would be kind of hard to relieve me in my duties because I'm discussing what is indeed news and what it is a news worthy story. I don't know if indeed it is conduct detrimental. But let's say that it is. Now the question would have to be what statements are indeed detrimental and what statements

Well, yeah, but if you were actually a veteran, if you had family that served in the military and celebrated a veteran's month, you would understand that veterans do have a month, and all it takes is a quick Google search flip that up instead of it's being hateful rhetoric. 36:35way over here, talked to a bunch of members of the team and I'll say normally when we're in the firing room working over there, folks that got their heads down and they're working doing all the business that we do of the space business, but I'll say there was a lot of smiles today, so felt really good about that as the team is preparing, I think everybody's pretty excited and understands the significance of this launch. We did talk to the flight crew last night, we had a briefing with them, we had another one just a little bit before I went down to the firing room, we had another briefing with them last night was just to kind of go over the day launch routine with them and kind of a refresher for ourselves and for them and that went really well, they were in great spirits and then we had another briefing today just to talk about how the launch countdown was going and as we'll talk here in a little bit, it's been going really well. Artemis too, we're talking about the fly by of the moon that is scheduled for well April 1st, which is a terrible day to do, who does a flight on the April fools day?

37:35That is just, that is not the timing I would have gone for, but then again I'm not in charge of timing for NASA, Tony Katz, Tony Katz today an absolute pleasure guys, good to be with you, it's a 10 day mission and Artemis is about getting back to the moon, this is the first time since the Apollo program. What is the point here? Well the point is something that just a good amount of thinking has brought us to and that is if the plan is Mars, right? If the plan is to get some Mars, an exploration of Mars, how does that happen and what has been clearly understood is that it would be easier if you were launching from the moon.

38:39First, you have a little bit of distance, but really what you get is the benefit of a lack of atmosphere and a lack of gravity, not a total lack of gravity, but a great lack of gravity. If you're talking about launching, I don't claim an expertise, I do claim an understanding that I get the mouth. If you are talking about launching from Earth, you have to overcome this gravity with a tremendous amount of force and fuel and now you got to take a flight to Mars, which is not an easy thing to do by the way, I still argue large levels of impossible. If you're doing it from the moon, you have some distance, you don't have to cover, right? You're not halfway there by any stretch, but you got some distance, you don't have to cover and man, is it a lot easier to punch through whatever atmosphere may minutely exist, allowing you more opportunity, more fuel, et cetera to get to where you're going.

39:44That is as layman as I can get. That's really as layman as I can understand it. What you have, so if the question is, is the moon a hub for Mars? The moon is a hub for a lot of things, but yes, that is a strong possibility and that's where a lot of these conversations are now. I think it's fascinating. I will tell you that the moon or NASA is one of the, it might be the only thing left where I say, I know government shouldn't be in this business per say, I know that government shouldn't spend its money like this. I don't care, do it, I think it's awesome. The level of hypocrite, you can call me on this subject, goes from now until the end of time I accept. I accept, I get what I'm doing, I get what I'm saying, I understand completely and

41:55This is truly, truly disgusting. What they posted over there at the Daily Mail reads, bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk did not match rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson. New court filing claims. Well, that's something that's not what actually happened. It is an incendiary, disgusting, horrifying headline. So it was a conspiracy. So Candace Owens was right. Hey, let me click on this story to get more. It is beyond a misleading headline. It's a lie.

42:59Because when we take a look at what it is they found during autopsy, they state that the result of the comparison was inconclusive. Somehow the defense trying to mount the defense test wants to make a claim that this proves that it wasn't Tyler Robinson. No, it doesn't. ATF ran as is been reported and analysis on the bullet jacket fragment recovered from Charlie's autopsy. The result was inconclusive, not no match. Those are two different things. Now people who play in that world might be able to give me a little more data and a little more explanation. 1:05:35I would rather look at home listings. In the month of February, this is from Redfin. You have 630,000 more home sellers than buyers. And as a follow up, half of all listings have been on the market for 60 days plus. Now to the realtor's out there, the terminology they use is stale. I have never heard that before. I have never heard a listing referred to a stale, but I'm not in that world. So maybe that's how it's used. And Miami leads the major metros in the share of stale listings. 52% of listings, this is February, on the market for at least 60 days without going under contract.

But the Pope wrote or spoke that Jesus does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war, but rejects them saying, even though you make many prayers, I will not listen to your hands are full of blood. Look at his craft record of pursuing peace through strength, America first outcomes. What he's simply saying is exactly true and I've said from this podium too, we're not going to foreclose any option. You can't fight and win a war if you tell your adversary what you are willing to do or what you are not willing to do to include Boots on the ground. The end, our adversary right now thinks there are 15 different ways we could come at them with Boots on the ground. And guess what, there are.

But if anybody has internalized the lessons of Iraq and Afghanistan as the first one, President Trump to call them out for what they are, he's not going to repeat those lessons. And allegedly, a response from Pzezhekian, sorry, I missed for not seeing his name, was that he's like, you know, I'm unable to resign, I can't make my own decisions, all I can do is read from a script. And so it leads one to believe that the IRGC is in charge. Now if that's true, if the Islamic Revolution and Guard Corps is in charge, well then there's no negotiation that is possible. You have to break them of their money before you even get close to that. There is no negotiation that is possible. But just as I discuss deception, who knows if this conversation is real, who knows who they're negotiating with, are they negotiating with the parliament, spokesperson, in Iran, because if they're engaged in negotiation with Galiba,

And the President is pointing out, you don't have much of an alliance if you have countries that are not willing to stand with you when you need them. He's simply pointing that out and ultimately it'll be his decision of what that looks like after this is complete. Now this starts with a post from President Trump. All of those countries that can't get jet fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the capitation of Iran. I have a suggestion for you. So this overturns the lower court rulings that upheld the law and it signals that talk therapy cannot be broadly categorized as professional conduct exempt from First Amendment protection. The person who ruled against it, Katz, Brown Jackson. Katz, Brown Jackson with the dissent and according to sources, her dissent was longer than Gorsuch's opinion and Kagan's concurrence with it. So her argument is that everybody missed the big point is that they're providing therapy as licensed healthcare professionals rather than

It threatens to impair state's ability to regulate the provision of medical care, extending constitutional protections into uncharted territory. Do I trust Brett Kavanaugh? They have got their claws in deep to a lot of our kids and it's our job to rip them out and throw them away. This was a woman on his staff who helped with fundraising known as Christine Fang and in other circles was known as Fang Fang. Not only did she help Swalwell, by the way, Swalwell is a low guy. He really and truly is. And the story was always that he was having an intimate relationship with this spy and I say to you, I don't believe he was. I don't think he ever could have made that happen. He couldn't even land the spy who was there to shack him. She placed an intern in his office in the 2014 campaign cycle. Now he, as the Hill has reported, was not accused of criminal wrongdoing. He stopped dealing with Fang in 2015 after being briefed by US intelligence officials on their suspicions of her. And then there was a House ethics probe and that concluded

1:36:25in 2023 without taking any further action. That is not to say that Eric Swalwell is all innocent. Not taking further action is different than a proclamation of not guilty or of any innocent whatsoever. So what's being discussed right now is Cash Patel, the FBI director. He's pushing for the release of the files related to an investigation into Swalwell's interactions with the spy. This, according to New York Times and the Washington Post. So FBI agents, they're a person on California where he's running for governor. He's currently a congressman from California. They've been directed to gather and redact sensitive information, according to the Hill. And these documents we used in preparation for sharing with senior Trump officials. This, according to people familiar with the matter, Swalwell is furious. Now Swalwell's saying they're so desperate to try and stop me because I'm running for governor. I'm the favorite. He's not actually the favorite. There's a lot of different polling out of California, including

1:39:34up because we have an issue with spies. This is a story that was reported by CBS News. So this is the clip they put up that a Stanford student, her name is Elsa Johnson. She is making the claim that she was targeted by a Chinese spy. And then they were relentless in trying to get her to not talk about their interactions. This is Elsa Johnson and then the reporter. I'm here because I was personally targeted by a suspected agent of the Chinese Communist Party while conducting research at Stanford. A Chinese spy trying to recruit an American college student. That's exactly what happened to Elsa Johnson. She's a Stanford student. She's a junior now. And her freshman year, she was working on a research project looking at Chinese business and the military. And guess what? She started receiving messages from a man who had

1:40:37images of Stanford in his profile made it seem like he was affiliated with the university, trying to engage her in conversation, trying to get her to come to China, take a listen to what she had to say on Capitol Hill. A man calling himself Charles Chen reached out to me on social media. He had mutual followers with me and photos of Stanford on his profile. Over the following weeks, he asked detailed questions about my background, offered to pay for a trip to China, sent me a flight itinerary to Shanghai, and pressured me to move our conversation to WeChat, an app that is monitored by the CCP. Things escalated. At one point, she felt so uncomfortable. She started taking screenshots of the conversation. He publicly commented on one of my Instagram posts in Mandarin asking me to delete screenshots I had taken of our conversation. I do not know how he knew I had these screenshots. The FBI did tell her earlier this year, this academic year, that she was actually being physically monitored on campus and that her family was too. The FBI confirmed

1:41:43he had no affiliation with Stanford. He was likely operating on behalf of China's Ministry of State Security. I was one of at least 10 female students he targeted since 2020. After my co-author, Garrett Maloy, and I published our investigation, the incidents worsened. I began receiving intimidation calls where callers would switch to Mandarin, and in one case, the caller referenced my mother. Just this week, I received another call from US number. After exchanging halos, the caller switched to Mandarin and asked whether I had finished dinner. I have also received threatening scam emails attempting to convince me to take down my reporting on this issue. So this is a really scary thing, and guess what, it's not brand new. Chinese operatives have been trying to infiltrate various American institutions for years, for decades. And in fact, back about 15 years ago, I was covering China a lot. I had studied in China, lived in Nanjing, did my graduate work there, and I started doing stories on China,

1:42:48and I was flooded with invitations from people reaching out to me in Mandarin, and I never responded to any of them, but I wonder if I had something like this would have happened at the time I worked at ABC News. It probably would have happened. I mean, this is just one story. Wait until we find out that there are hundreds of these stories, or tens of these stories, it wouldn't matter. This is happening, and the question we have to ask ourselves is, what is our plan? How do we want to deal with this? How do we want to safeguard against this? Well, first, we must be clear that it happens, and we must be clear that anybody who is associating with the spies needs to at least be looked at. I do not argue that they did anything wrong because it is very possible that they're being duped, they're being used. Remember, no one believes the con more than the mark. Absolutely true. But one way these things are limited is if you do not allow anybody connected to the party
