Mr. President, you directed Jared and I to pursue a diplomatic resolution with Iran prior to Operation Epic Fury, which we did, however it became quite clear during these meetings with the Iranian negotiating team that we could not make a deal that fulfilled your objectives of the following. No enrichment whatsoever. No chance of weaponizing whatsoever. Keep commissioning on Fordo, the Times, and Esfahan would you destroy in Operation Midnight Hammer. No stockpiling of any material, which they flagrantly have violated. Turning all enriched material over to us, and a cutback in Iran's missile inventory, and a range capability of those same missiles. Next Steve Wyckoff, this is the cabinet meeting.

And then there was a conversation, then who knows if there's a conversation, then there was a 15-point plan, and then Caroline Levo was like, what 15-point plan? What are you talking crazy talk with your 15-point plans? All of a sudden, she became Kevin Meeney. That's not right. What do you mean 15-point plan? You're talking crazy now. Crazy, I say. Oh man, if you don't know who Kevin Meeney was, you're going to have to, I don't know, just there's some Google or something you can do and learn your comic history. And now we've got the cabinet meeting. We've got Trump talking about all the good things that have been done against Iran and why it's necessary. You can't allow these lunatics to be in charge.

3:18And here's Steve Woodcock saying, hey, we know what you wanted to do, but yeah, um, nope, nope, nope. Throughout our meetings with the Iranians, we heard the following from them. The Iranians have the inalienable right to enrich. Then we heard they possessed enough 60% in rich material, 460 kilograms to make 11 atomic bombs. Finally, we heard the following statement. They would not give up diplomatically, but we could not win military. Now, I, before we go any further, as Steve Woodcock, who is the Middle East envoy, and he's been doing all the negotiations whether it's the Middle East, and in Gaza, and Hamas, or whether it's Iran, whether it's Russia, I'm supposed to believe Joe Kent on everything, including his private conversations

4:20with the late Charlie Kirk. I'm supposed to believe Megan Kelly and Tucker Carlson on everything, because they've got the real inside knowledge. But I've got Steve Woodcock telling me that the Iranians said that they were at 60% in rich uranium and eating 90% for weapons grade. And all of a sudden, I'm not supposed to believe that they weren't on their way to a nuclear weapon. You see, I consider 60% to be imminent. And I know that there are those on the political left who are like, well, that's what is imminent, that's, that doesn't even mean anything. I've got losers on the woke right that do the same thing. If 60% isn't imminent to some people, well, okay, I can't help them. I guess beauty's in the eye of the beholder. But these are the kinds of weirdos that think imminent is right after the bomb hits your house. I think that's a stupid way to engage foreign policy. I think that that's an embarrassing and all together pathetic way

5:22to think about safety and security. You know you have a nation that calls you the great saint. You know you have a nation that wants to inflict harm. You know you have a nation that already engages in terrorism. You're going to wait until they're 90%. Just do me a favor if you're one of those people. And I don't think you are, but we'll talk about them. If they're one of these people, I appreciate them letting us know who they are now. So I never vote for them or listen to them. Because that's really dumb to wait until the after. You handle things now. And I will, in this argument, take Steve Wyckoff's word for it. In other words, they were again miscalculating the success of Midnight Hammer, which was a total success. These are incontrovertible signs among many other signs, sir.

6:24That the regime had not given them negotiating to authority to make a deal required by you. We conferred with you and all the other members of your foreign policy team. Susie Wiles, Pete Hexeth, the chairman, Marco Rubio, J.D., Scott Bessent, Chris Wright, John Redcliffe throughout all of these negotiations. And we were repeatedly rebuffed on everything we asked for. I just want to note, I'm hearing this for the first time. I actually saved it. This happened a little bit earlier. And the cabinet meeting still going on, but I saved it because I want to share all the parts of it I can with you. I know that people will share clips. I think it's important to hear everything because when you hear everything, you can kind of pick up on things that maybe other people don't. You notice he goes to that whole list. I don't think he mentioned Tulsi Gabbard. Did I miss that? He goes to the list of all the people that they conferred with.

7:26I don't think he said Tulsi Gabbard. Should we start a poll or a pool? Not a pool, a pool. There's got to be a way to do this online, producer land. And I'm putting you in charge of this. What is the day that Tulsi Gabbard leaves the administration? Yes, it's got to be a way to do this. We need this. The Tulsi TikTok. The countdown to goodbye, Tulsi. It's not that I think she's done a bad job. The conversation about her was, would she be willing to provide full intelligence assessments to the president if it means she's going to go down a road that she disagrees with because there's clearly roads that she disagrees with. And now she's not a part of these things. By the way, it's not even necessarily that she is a part of these things. But there's this feel that she's on the outs. There's this feel that she's just on the edges there just she's going to hold the job

8:32as long as she can have the job because what's the point of leaving until you're asked to leave. But he did not mention Tulsi Gabbard. I have no doubt that we exhausted all efforts on behalf of the peaceful resolution as you directed. Jared and I both agreed that the Iranians were there to buy time until a weaker president arrived. This was a flawed strategy as your clear direction was to never allow Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon today for any time in the future. Against that backdrop and our compelling military successes in epic fury, we have had multiple reachouts from the region. To the president, it means it's going to go down a road that we want to play a role in ending this conflict peacefully. I can report to you today that we have, along with your foreign policy team, presented a 15 point action list that forms the framework for a peace deal.

9:34This has been circulated through the Pakistani government acting as the mediator. And this has resulted in strong and positive messaging and talks as you just indicated to the press. So there is a 15 point plan. So when Caroline Levin was asked about it, there might have been some deception there or she didn't know. So there is a 15 point action plan. Now, we are told that the Iranians rejected this. They called it maximalist, unreasonable, and one sided. Well, yeah, that's what happens when we're asking for your complete and total non-conditional surrender. The Iranians responded with a five point counter proposal. First, they want snacks. They're looking for some nice, like 80-85% cacao dark chocolate.

10:35That's very, very important to them. Only feed you water. Only feed you water at the table. They like the square bottles. Also, a halt to the US and Israeli aggression and assassinations of Iranian officials. We want chocolate, water, and also please stop killing us. We're dying so fast. And I know it's not a thing to mock. Is it? But what a what a negotiating standpoint. We start with stop killing us. They want guarantees against future attacks, payment to more reparations, and end the hostilities across all fronts, and international recognition of Iran's sovereignty over the straight-of-formers. Well, that's, I want to play third base for the Metz. But we don't, we don't always get what we want. Now, do we boo-boo? Also, who the hell is negotiating?

11:40Who is negotiating this plan? I know who's doing it from the American side. Who the bloody heck is doing it from the Iranian side? Back to Steve Wickoff. We have strong signs that this is a possibility, and if the deal happens, it will be great for the country of Iran, for the entire region, and the world at large. Your policy of peace through strength is the most effective tool for a diplomatic resolution here, just as it was as this policy was an

12:41effective tool in each and every one of all of the other conflicts you settled in your first year. Iran is looking for an offering following your powerful threat on Saturday. Your indications that you are willing to listen to peace proposals have been well received. You have instructed us that your preference is always peace, and then we should make that our priority. We have delivered that message, sir, along with the 15 points for peace. Finally, we have told Iran one last thing. Don't miscalculate again. Thank you very much. Did you have a great job? Now, one of the things that keeps getting discussed, you'll note, is that, oh man, the Iranians are really good negotiators. We hear this a lot, and it comes from a never-backdown philosophy which is cultural. They'll say anything here, and then they'll do something different,

13:47you know, underneath, and they'll save face over here, and they're putting out videos and propaganda videos. None of this is surprising. Nothing the Iranians say, because again, we don't know who these people are. We don't know who the leadership is. There was, what's his name? That's it. Tanksiri, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and he's the guy who said, let's close the strait of mermaids, or at least make it difficult for ships to go through dead. He graduated up dead. He was in a disclosed location, a private location, dead. Don't these Iranians know? Ain't nothing about them as private? It is clear that between the Israelis and the United States, we know when every bowel movement is taking place, and we probably know how long it is.

14:47They have no where to run. They have no place to go to, but they're trying to save face every single step of the way. This is going to lead us to the question of what in the world does a deal, because if the regime remains, if their ability to continue with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, if they're capacity to engage in terrorism, in any way still exists, even if we take out the nuclear threat, I'm sorry, we did not complete the task, and we're going to be back at this someday sooner rather than later. The President may see it differently than me, and say that you know what, ending the nuclear threat, that's what I said I was going to do, that's what we did, done here. You're welcome, everybody. But who in the world is actually like engaged in the negotiation from the Iranian side? Who in the world is actually putting

15:50themselves out there now as a leader? We must be talking to someone that much I would concur on, but it is clear that we don't know who the someone is, and that I think Steve Yates from Heritage, who was on the show, was he on yesterday? Yeah. I think his argument is correct. I was going to say rather impressive. I mean, he's got an impressive bio. We don't actually know who it is, and that's because we want this person to stay alive. We want this person to stay alive. There's someone willing to talk, and if you let people know who it is, that person is going to get wrecked, so maybe you don't let us, you don't let known who it is until you need to. But if there's a negotiation point of, they get to keep the straight of the, straight of our moves, and everyone has to pay a tax in order to bring their oil through. No, no, no, no, no, that's going to, no. Meanwhile,

17:55rise in the US. It's deadlier than COVID and becoming antibiotic resistant. We're talking about tuberculosis. How tuberculosis is making a comeback. It's now back to being the world's deadliest infectious disease. And even though it's not really a big deal in the US, cases have been going up since 2020. Now, if you ask me why, well, let's discuss how this ties in to a legal immigration. How this ties in to allowing people into the country when you don't vet who they are. You have people coming from countries that aren't as sanitary. Don't have the advances in medicine. So they deal with diseases we have long forgotten about or don't have to pay attention to on the regular.

18:59And you see the increases. This is not surprising. What is surprising is that in a world where you're not allowed to say China virus or Spanish flu, you can still say white plague. That's I think that has to be dealt with because I want to know why this is okay. I was told specifically that these are the kinds of things that are bigoted and wrong. Also, we shouldn't take lightly what it is that tuberculosis is and the problem that can cause and how it spreads in the air, how it's becoming antibiotic resistant. It is something to pay attention to. And a reminder when the left says nobody is illegal, they're cool with the diseases.

Pure American success on plan. And as the president said, ahead of pace, over 10,000 enemy targets destroyed, over 140. I think now you're right, Mr. President, over 150 naval vessels sunk underground facilities destroyed. They're defense industrial base and shambles. And overnight, not only do they not have a Navy, Mr. President, they no longer have a Navy commander. IRGC's Navy commander was killed overnight in operation. So no Navy, no Navy leader. Now that he's here's the thing about the media, though, if President Trump had not acted, you'd be screaming, why not? And now that he has taken decisive action, you're asking,

Yet, two days ago, they shot two failed missiles, a target 4,000 kilometers away. For years, they told the world that their missiles could only range to kilometers. Surprise. Yet again, Tehran lied. And to the world, I say London is 4,000 kilometers from Iran. Washington DC is 3,300 kilometers from Venezuela. Another country President Trump did something

28:37about that partnered for a long time with Iran. Am I the only person amazed that Pete Hagsettox in metric, kilometers and not miles? Am I the only one who noticed that? No? Okay. Sure. So you're telling us that Iran is not a threat to the world or to the US President Trump knows better. And here's what success actually looks like right now. You mentioned it, Mr. President. 810 warthogs, if you know him, you love him. And Apache helicopter gunships are flying straight missions inside Iranian airspace and throughout the street of Harmoos at will. See, you only send these slow, low flying, close air support platforms when the enemy has no meaningful air defenses left. Their presence is proof that Iran's air defenses are gone. Their command and control is shattered. Their top leaders hiding in underground bunkers while their mid-level commanders

29:38are being crushed in the field. The morale of their fighters plummeting and we see that disconnect daily. They're privately admitting, as you said, Mr. President, very heavy losses. We know that. President Trump has given us a clear mission. Our capabilities are only going up in Iran's are plummeting. We are here to win and we're full speed ahead. I think the question, Secretary Hagsettox is going to be what is winning, which we saw him in answer. Somebody in the chat room was like the military uses metrics. He's speaking in a cabinet meeting that's going to Americans. I'm just saying that he used metric was kind of jarring. I figured he would break into miles there to make it easier for people to understand. That was where I thought he would go. That's what I was expecting from him. Now, that is the latest from the cabinet meeting and I've got some more to get to. I do have some other stories that I want to get to.

Well, they don't have a nuclear program. We won. Is it my view, which is that the regime has to be completely totally destroyed to never return? They cannot be supporting terrorism and no part of the regime can run the country so the people can take over and actually live free lives. I don't know where America is on this. You can show me all the polling you want. You can show me all the polling you want. I don't know where Americans are on the concept of winning what it means to them, what that definition is. I think the president is in some ways

As you off do, and I was going through some of the lists of your writings, and before we get into what's going on with no kings and what the left has presented itself as, whether it be regarding Iran or regarding Department of Homeland Security and its funding there, as we still have four-hour lines getting to airports, Pentagon is ramping up for a final blow. What final blow? I mean,

39:10we've come to the place where we keep hearing this is the last straw. This is the last moment. Oh, no, wait, I'm going to give you a chance to talk to us. Is this Trump in a level of magnanimous? Like, I don't want to have to do this? Or is this Trump just playing a game and knowing that's all going to have to come to quite literally ending the IRGC? I think it's the latter, and I think that the delay that you've seen in the ultimatum regarding the street of Hormuz has been to allow him to assemble enough assets to do this final, this final blow plan. This is from Axios' Barack Reved, who is reporting on this at about the same time that they were doing the televised cabinet meeting today, the live cabinet meeting, and he's reporting that there's probably going to be boots on the ground. It will probably not be in the mainland, though. It'll be on either Carg Island or other islands that are actually within the street of Hormuz are very close to it that Iran uses to control the traffic that goes through the street. Some of these are disputed islands, by the way. UAE claims sovereignty over a couple

40:13of these islands, but Iran still controls them at this point. And the question is, which island will we actually land on? Will we actually put boots on the ground? Are we just simply going to destroy all the facilities on a particular island? Are we going to see Carg Island, which is a long-term strategic target, because that's where the Iranians export their oil, or are we going to focus on the street itself and try to make sure that they can't impact traffic? So let's talk Carg Island, because we had talked about this on the show a couple weeks ago, and what the moves were. We talked about it separately, and you actually wrote about our conversation. I appreciated that. If that, they're going to send the USS Tripoli, which right now were told, based on just a search, is that Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean and making its way, might have already left and be closer now. 41:15the time that you would be talking about sending troops that would take you 10 to 14 days to get there. If you want to take Carg Island, it's a seal team. It's something else. Boom, you take Carg Island. Now, Steve Yates of Heritage Foundation has been very clear that he can't just take it. There might be some entrenched interest there. That'll be a little more difficult than we may realize what that doesn't mean. It's not insurmountable. It was the idea of, I'm not going to buy into, it's going to take you 14 days to send troops over there, and you're not going to make a move earlier, the deception game. It didn't work out that way. That was my thought process at the time. Right. But they really are sending them in. It really is taking this level of time and no matter how you slice it, whether it's Carg Island or something else, it is now officially a boots on the ground's conversation. So somewhere has someone has to do the math. I do the math of what do you do to get rid of the IRGC because that's my take on winning. They do the math of what can the American people tolerate? What is the appetite for such a thing? So walk me through what it is

42:18you're hearing and where you are on what is the appetite for boots on the ground in a foreign conflict. Well, I think they're trying to stretch out Iranian defenses. I think Carg Island is so obvious that probably whatever defense assets they have right now, the Iranians are probably focusing on defending Carg. By opening these things up and it's not like these are mysteries, I mean, the islands are there and everybody knows that they're there. But by opening these up as potential targets, the Iranians now have to stretch whatever defenses they have across multiple potential landing points. This is sort of similar to what we did with the Germans in World War II during D-Day. We kind of fainted at the Kalei and ended up in Normandy and froze their, not just their frontline units, but also the reserve units. We're held in reserve for Kalei because Hitler was convinced that we were coming in in Kalei. The issue here, I think,

43:22is that the Iran just doesn't simply have a whole lot of defensive assets. Israel says that they killed most of the naval command, which was controlling these assets at a meeting overnight, last night, including the IRGC naval commander, who was actually doing the Strait of Hormuz operation. And so I think what you're seeing is this sort of ramp up. Now, you talked about whether or not Trump was trying to get a deal or trying to, or just trying to stall, he's probably trying to do both. I think it would be great if he could just get the IRGC to to quit. And so he's been doing that. But most of this, I think, has been a stall. And I would say that looking at it today, I would expect them to try to go after the smaller islands first, with, I don't know, smaller, but the ones that are closer to the actual Strait, because Trump has been doing sort of an escalation. Trump and Israel, we should say both, has been doing a sort of escalation as this war has gone on. They have been taking out military targets.

44:27The IRGC has been aiming at everybody in the region and going after commercial assets. So we started going after commercial assets. They went after more commercial assets. And I think what he's doing is he's saying every time you escalate, we're going to escalate more and we're going to escalate on your directly at your interests. And I think that this is another thing. Maybe Carg Island is the ultimate target here. But he may hold that reserve for yet another escalation after whatever it is. 47:41really as international law. There is just simply agreements between nations about how they want to operate. And most of those don't have the force of law because they aren't in treaties that have been at least in terms of the United States. They are in treaties that have been ratified by the Senate. So they're not, they don't have a force of law inside the United States either. They certainly don't have, there's no, there's really no legal basis for any of this. And if there were, if there was such a thing as international law, Iran would have been in violation of it for the last several decades because it was a signatory to the nonproliferation treaty and pursued nuclear weapons anyway. So in one sense, this is law enforcement. This is a law enforcement action. It's about 20 years overdue. And it reached a critical mass at this point in time. Donald Trump saw Iran as a clear and present danger, which is the quasi legal standard here for initiating military action. And he's not the first president to to put Iran in that position.

48:43In fact, every American president has talked about the threat that Iran poses to America and America's interests. Donald Trump is simply the first president who's actually done something about it. The other people who seem to want to see a loss here is because they hate. I argue that the political left hates Trump more than they love their country. I don't know where I'm off base in that, in that argument. Trump losing means their power. Trump losing means their opportunity. And we see it in a multitude of ways. But the left's response to this is that let's bring back no kings, which was successful for them when they did it the first time. And now their plan is to bring back no kings. So she wants to be clear that she is not trying to cut the line. I think it is really important for every member of Congress to stand in those lines. I just like I thought it was important to reach out and be at your airport, in your state, in your city, in your municipality and be helping people and understanding what they're going through. The first person to cut the line, which will be Bernie Sanders, by the way, that's the person who gets vilified. That language is not aligned with the associated press style, nor does it align with the values of this newspaper. No human's existence is illegal, and we quickly changed our wording to reflect that. The college newspaper changed the headline, discussing the murderer of a 19-year-old woman who

There's broken, and then there's broken, and then there's that. And it is up to us to ask ourselves, where are we sending our kids? Why in the world would you want to go to a school that is so unbelievably cowardly and so protective of murderers that they would rewrite a headline because illegal immigrants is the most insulting thing there. Actually, everything about this really brings me back to my, I won't say it's my original thesis, but for me, in terms of guiding principles, the idea of incrementalism, there are indeed places and moments where I'm

1:19:37an all or nothing guy. And I think that if we're all honest about our personal lives or professional lives, we have that moment where we are all or nothing. In the main, I'll take a little bit here and a little bit there and just try and grow it a little bit the next day and a little bit more the next day, bit by bit and piece by piece, getting to where we want to be, heading in that direction. Because I think that's, that is, you know, some people may call that the pragmatic course. I think that's actually conservatism. I think that's the rational play. Not, hey, this is the world. I dream of this, the world as it is. And how do we get it a little bit better? And how do we get it a little bit better? Do I think I could take 39 trillion dollars worth of debt and reduce it to zero overnight? No. But can we take 39 and make a 30? Can we take 39 and make a 30? Yes, I know I'm talking about trillions. Can I make a 35 at least? Can we drop it by four trillion dollars?

1:20:38Can we just start? That's, that's really where I'm at. Here are the guiding principles, right? That's the conservatism. You can, you can say that I'm a small L liberal, like a classical liberal. I, I could go with that as well. And now, how do I get people to come with me on this journey, this adventure, this philosophy, and get a little bit better each time? With Trump, I get a little bit better than anything the political left can give me. Anything, the political left can give me. That doesn't mean I agree with everything. And it doesn't mean you agree with everything. And Shore's Hell means that when I think he's wrong, I say so. What is it? What is it? What is it? He's got to call me a name. Somebody else is going to be mad at me. So what? That is inconsequential to what it is we're trying to do and what it is we're trying to get done. So when it comes to Iran, I want to get rid of the regime completely. I want the IRGC broken

And the reason is, is that very often what we get are curated clips from influencers, news media, etc. I want to bring as much of what really happens to you because very often within that, you get to hear things. And I get to hear things that other people aren't sharing. We might find that actually more important, more telling about what's going on. Meanwhile, the president is there. Everybody's assembled. 1:28:00But the Democrats are really punishing the American people. I saw it today on one of the shows where they were interviewing people at the airport and they're all angry at the Democrats. They're saying they're actually angry. I don't think anyone knew his name. One woman said, that Schumer is disgraceful. He's a disgrace to our country. But they're angry at the Democrats. I know what's happening. But they're punishing the American people, including travelers at airports, Holland, the quest to return to open borders and give amnesty to illegal alien criminals. They want to give amnesty to some of the criminals that came into our country. Just about all of them. Actually, if you look at, they love sanctuary cities, which is a sanctuary for criminals. They want to make sure they're taken care of. That's what we're fighting about. That's really what they're fighting about. They don't talk about that, but that's what they're fighting about. They want to protect criminals. In many cases, 11,888 murders. Many of them, I will say, are gone now because of us. We got them out.

1:29:00But still have some left. Should have never happened. Should have never been allowed to come into our country. But we're not going to let it happen. We're not going to let the Democrats get away with this stuff. And people are wise to them. So they need to end the shutdown immediately. We'll have to take some very drastic measures. I have to assume that's what Senator Kennedy wants. John Kennedy, I lose the Anna. Always a catchphrase to make you smile. His argument is, what are we doing with these people? These people are crazy. Forget them. Let's go do this whole thing via reconciliation. So real quick, the process in the Senate is you have to open debate and you have to close debate before you get to a vote. The vote can be 51, right? Simple majority. But to open debate and to close debate, you need 60 votes. Closure. C-L-O-T-U-R-E. That's what it is. Parliamentary procedure aimed to bring a debate to an end. Since you can't get over that 60 vote threshold

1:30:08because Democrats won't come on board to be rational people, you can utilize reconciliation. Reconciliation refers to budget items. It can only be utilized when talking about dollars. When it is reconciliation, the 60 vote threshold disappears and you only need the simple majority, 50 plus one. Now if Mark Wayne Mullin can get confirmed with 54 votes, two Democrats coming across by the way. Well then, it is fair to say you will have enough Republican votes and even if you get to a 50-50 tie, you have the tie break with the vice president, JD Vance, the vice president, being the president of the Senate. So you either have president Trump saying the more drastic thing is the removal of the filibuster or I think you go to the Senate or Kennedy way, do the whole thing via reconciliation assuming that you can and that he's correct about this and just move past these absolutely pathetic Democrats in the Senate.

1:31:13Fury, which is an appropriate name because we are absolutely obliterating them. Over the past three weeks, we've been hitting a ranch military capabilities at a level that few people have ever seen before. People never knew there was such a capability with the strongest military anywhere in the world before. I built it during my first administration and I used it during my second administration. Unfortunately because I'd rather not have to use it, but it's a display of force and precision and skill like nothing the world has really witnessed although you get a pretty good witnessing of it in Venezuela also. That was a smaller version of what we're doing now. We're crushing their missiles and drone stockpiles destroying the defense industrial base. We've wiped out their navy completely, their Air Force completely, we've wiped out a large percentage of their missiles and the missile launchers without the

1:32:14launchers you can't, the missiles don't do any good and we've knocked out probably close to 90% of the launchers, probably more than 90% of the missiles themselves between some of they fired and more than they fired we knocked out. We've also destroyed a lot of the factories, we're continuing to do that but a lot of the factories where they manufacture the drones and the missiles, the drones too are way down but the reason they're down is they go one way they don't come back because for the most part we're shooting them down but we also are able to, we've really done tremendous damage to the places where they make them and just so we set the record straight because I've been watching the Wall Street Journal's fake news and all these stories that get printed like oh I want to make a deal, they are begging to make a deal not me, they're begging to make a deal and anybody that saw what was happening over there would understand why they want to make a deal

1:33:15but they say oh we're not talking to anybody would know that. It's only a total fun, and then our fools, they're very smart actually in a certain way and they're great negotiators, I say they're lousy fighters but they're great negotiators and they are begging to work out a deal, I don't know if we'll be able to do that, I don't know if we'll be willing to do that, they should have done that four weeks ago, they should have done it two years ago or they should have done it when we first came into office because two years ago that free reign under Biden's sleepy Joe was president in the history of our country when he allowed to happen to our country at the borders and even wrote the thing like this but not just him, every president for 47 years, every president should have done this, they should have done it a long time ago because you cannot give lunatics a nuclear weapon, and you correct, you cannot give lunatics a nuclear weapon, you cannot allow terrorism to fester, you can't, now as for this idea of we're trying to make a deal and we present

1:34:21to them deals and all, there is no knowing what's really going on behind the scenes, they know and we don't, now I think that this bothers a great number of people, I'm not someone bothered by it, I've always accepted the idea that part of the electing of leaders is that their job is to handle the thing and you don't always get to know everything, now when secrets are kept from Americans because things are being utilized against Americans, well that's a different conversation but I don't need to know everything, I accept the fact that misdirection takes place and I think that has been brought back into the fold of our presentation of our policies in a good smart and valuable way, it has been important that this take place, should we have dealt with the Iranian threat before this, absolutely, no question that we should

One thing we're very disappointed, I'll say it publicly, we're very disappointed with NATO,

1:37:30because NATO has done absolutely nothing. And I've always said 25 years ago, I mean, I was somebody that wasn't a politician, but I was always involved in politics and I understood politics. I said 25 years ago that NATO is a paper tiger, but more importantly, that we'll come to their rescue, but they will never come to ours. And I want you to remember that we said this, they didn't come to our rescue. Now they all want to help when they're annihilated. The other side is annihilated. They said, we'd love to send ships. They actually made a statement, a couple of them, that we want to get involved with the wars over. No, it's supposed to get involved with the wars beginning, or even before it begins. We had the UK say that we'll send, this is three weeks ago, we'll send our aircraft carriers, which aren't the best aircraft carriers, by the way. It toys compared to what we have, but we'll send our aircraft carrier when the war's over. I said, oh, that's wonderful. Thank you very much. We don't bother. We don't need it.

1:38:33And we don't need it. We don't need them. We estimated it would take approximately four to six weeks to achieve our mission. And we're way ahead of schedule. If you look at what we've done in terms of the destruction of that country, I mean, we're way ahead. Think of it. They have no navy and they had good ships. 154 ships have been shot down and are resting very nicely at the bottom of the sea. And we did that in a matter of less than a week, because we have the greatest military in the world by far, nobody even close. So we estimated it would take approximately four to six weeks. Stop him here just for a second. I know four to six weeks and all this jazz, and then you tell us you're ahead of schedule, but we don't know the schedule. The schedule means in the end of this time frame, we will have done X. And the question, of course, is what is X? This is the key question, the fundamental. Is this about the end of

1:39:35the regime, or is this just about eliminating nuclear capability? Which one is it? That's the question. And then he got into, of course, markets, what's going on with oil and how things are affecting Americans and trade and farmers. 50,000 during the four-year period, because it was too high a number. Well, we hit it in our first year. And I said, well, now we have to take an excursion to Iran, and we have to stop this maniac, who's no longer with us. The supreme leader, who's since our supreme, no longer with us. First, we have to stop him from blowing up the world, blowing up the Middle East and blowing up our country. And we did that. And I thought, frankly, I thought the oil prices would go up more. And I thought the stock market would go down more. It hasn't been nearly as severe as I thought. I think they have confidence in maybe

1:40:37the American president and maybe the people sitting around this table. But Americans, finally, their taxes this year are receiving record-setting refunds. It's been a very big story. Well, it should be a big story. I don't think you're right about it that much. I speak about it. You know, I speak about it. Because if I speak about it, at least people here, you don't write about it. You don't write about the drug prices going down. It'll be going down 30, 40, 50, 60, percent, 70 percent favorite nations. Called most favorite nations, we're going to be paying the lowest price anywhere in the world before we paid the highest price in the world, Bobby, right? And now we're going to pay the lowest price in the world. That's quite a difference. It's a difference of from 40 to 70 and 80 and even 90 percent. That's a pretty big difference. But with slashing regulations and investment is boring in from all over the world. We have the most investment of any country in history has been put into our country in the

1:41:38last year. And again, we had to take a little detour. Won't be long. Can I answer? We had to take a little detour, go to a rent, and we had to put out a fire. Very dangerous fire that could have blown up big portions of the world if not the whole thing. You can't call it an excursion. You can't call it a detour when you have dead soldiers and you're putting people on the line. You have to present it better than that. It's just it's going to help him. Don't get mad at me. It's going to help him if he just does it if you would just listen. Ah, you can argue Tony, that's just a personal thing with you. It drives you nuts. You're the only person it's driving nuts. The first of all is the president summarized this very ably.

1:42:42But look, the Iranian conventional military is effectively destroyed. They don't have a navy. They don't have the ability to hit us like they could have viewed a few weeks ago. What that does is that gives us options, Mr. President. Now, there's been a lot of reporting about diplomatic options, about negotiations. There's of course Pete and his team. There are further military options. But what we have now that we didn't have when the president took over just a little over a year ago is the ability to use every tool at our disposal to ensure that Iran doesn't get a nuclear weapon. Because when I say options, I think it's important the American people know options for what? And it's options to ensure that Iran never has a nuclear weapon. You talk about people who walk into a crowded supermarket and have a vest on and they blow up the vest and a couple of people get killed and that's a terrible tragedy. What happens when what's on the vest is not something that can kill a couple of people but can kill many, many tens of thousands of people. That is the most important American national security objective that exists for any administration at any time is you don't want the worst people in the world to have a nuclear weapon.

1:43:44That's why the president is doing this. That's why the president cares so much about this particular issue. Let's see if talk a little bit about the details of the negotiation. But the last thing I'll say before I turn it over to Marco is I'm very mindful of course that we have a lot of folks overseas fighting very ably for the United States of America and the whole team we're very proud of them but they're fighting at a time where we're about to enter as Christians the most important week of the Christian calendar the Holy Week that celebrates the return of Jesus Christ to Jerusalem and so I want to say to all of my fellow American Christians but particularly those serving in the Gulf that I wish you all very blessed Easter.
