I'm saying Tiger, welcome in. How you doing? Thank you so much, John. I'm excited. I'm happy to be here. Lots of great opportunities to share. What is going on? I see canon. And if you don't believe in higher power, this is a testament to that. 55 years, I don't know. Dad is 82 years young, and we're just so blessed with all these unbelievable

8:01relations. So canon, you had just mentioned, yes, that was yesterday. They had, it was at their headquarters and at the golf course. And so all their top brass from all across Canada, United States, and internationally congregated. And they had this big 10th anniversary for the headquarters, that facility that they have in Brampton, which you know is near and dear to my heart. So in celebration of their 10th anniversary, they selected our foundation to be a beneficiary of a wonderful donation that will be going towards Veracolamane. And it was a wonderful opportunity for Dad to be out. As you know, he's kind of a little bit of recluse that way. We kind of save him for our charitable events, but they had really, really made a, you know, a humble request if it all possible. So it was a surprise. And they have a new president at Canon here. So he, oh my god, fly on the wall. He just went into somebody sort of Mr. Singh. I remember watching you in

9:07Tokyo, 1985. I was front row with my dad. You were fighting giant Baba. And you could just see the, they just congregated all the Japanese executives around Dad. And as a son, I could never wish for anything more. You know, the reason I got into it was to try my humble way to preserve Dad's legacy. But it has so far with God's grace superseded the realms of pro wrestling. And just to see that as a son, it just warmed my heart. I was so happy. And I, and I thanked them. I thanked them so much for making my father happy. So yeah, it was, it was a surreal moment for me. Nice, very cool. As far as what's going on with you and, and all that, it feels like you're always a super busy, you know, and you always get something. That's all God's greasing once again because I'm just a simple 10, you know, and lots of things happening. I have something that I have to keep a little bit under,

10:08under the wraps, but I will share it with you. But I'm the, and the not so distant future, not so distant future. I might be doing a podcast with you from Japan. So let's keep that, and I think thing on the burner as details become a little bit more formalized on my end. I will be more than happy to share it with all of your amazing viewers. Wow, nice. Speaking of Japan, I wanted to talk to you about some of the stifists snug as that you bought. And obviously Japan ranks up there. But I was curious because one episode, you mentioned how there's some guys that have bad reputation and some guys that you think are stiff or you think of snug, but they're really not. So kind of wanted to just pick your brain and see who was stiff, who was snug, who was maybe a little bit of a bully out there? Who is a bit of a bad guy and who was a bit of a tough guy?

11:08Okay. So do you want me to share first or do you have some names? No, no, I want you to share, and then I'll come back to some names just because I want off the top of your head of guys that you would think not only maybe were tough, but also maybe on the other side of things weren't as stiff as we thought they were. Okay. So that's a great question. Everything is, you know, to each is own, right? I had my own experiences. So it's not to say that other people have seen it a different way, but for myself personally, nobody, nobody tried to intentionally hurt me, take advantage of me or try to clean my clock so to speak in the ring ever. And I don't know if that's, you know, I wasn't a slouch, you know, I had a formidable size and height and all that as well. And I knew how to take care of myself. But I think I extended a lot of goodwill.

12:14You know, I had no ego and I always had a willingness to work and learn and I always was open-minded to be led, right? Because I knew I had a lot to learn. But if I could, the late, great, God bless us all, Hercules Hernandez. So we were doing, and there's a poster, 1994, we did our own promotion in England. And once again, a big shout out to a dear friend, Bill Aiti, as you know, on earlier podcasts I mentioned, he was assisting us being our booker in lineup, a lot of American talent. And I was my gosh, 1994, probably one or two years in the business. So it was a lot of Japanese, it was just very snug. So there's a deliberate trying to beat the shit out of you or there's snug, right? So really laying it in to make it look good, especially in front of South Asian fans. They don't like it when you hold back.

13:17So, you know, safe areas on your back, not on the back of your neck, on your back, your chest, right? So I don't even know how old it was, but I was just a kid, maybe 21, 22. And, you know, we worked all the matches and I didn't think I was under dads and I worked for the Hercules Hernandez. And wow, strong man. Next is Steve Williams that I worked later in WWF, where he needed no help to press me. Dr. Dusty Williams, God bless his soul. But Hercules Hernandez, just the monstrosity of him. And I was a big fan and I remember, you know, I'm so green and I had to go, my dad goes, you go talk to him and I just went in and talked to him and he was so nice, right? And he goes,

14:17let's just call it in the ring. Holy shit. Like, you know, I was like, okay. And he goes, how do you want to start it? I said, you know, the only thing I know is like, and it knows Barred, like, you know, I guess you know, you would call extreme wrestling or whatever. Yeah, outside, spend most of the time outside and what a match. What a match. I was so honored to be in the ring with him, but he was laying it in and I was trying to, I don't even think he felt me and I was laying it in like really heavy on the back. But all his stuff looks so solid and so menacing. And it was important because it was all South Asian, majority was South Asian audience in England. It's a little town if you do a little Google is Hays, H-A-Y-E-S. It's a middle sex outside of London, Heathrow. And it's called Little India and the majority is all South Asian. And they

15:17came up for blood and we gave him a lot of blood. And everything was so super tight, so super K-Fade, outside of the media talent, none of the volunteers or handlers, nobody knew it was in the strictest of K-Fade, old school. And we were gushing, both him and I. I think I went a little bit more and the ambulance people were freaking out, man. We had EMS over there. They were freaking like one of the paramedics, he was screaming. And go, my god, my brothers could tell you. And I was selling all the way in the back, right? We were in the back dressing room and I'm saying, can I go ahead for a wave from me? God, I don't want to go to the ambulance. But it was the talk of the town for years. It was hardcore. And so we had, I can't even remember if I'm looking at the card. God, we had the original, we had Irish sheep there, Bill A.D., a moondog, Rex, I think came.

16:19We had a bunch of these guys and then some local guys. And you know, Missouri, that's a funny story. So we had our volunteers picking them up at the airport. They were green, right? They're just local people, business people. And my brother was monitoring. My brother was so young. My gosh, Rob, big show, it's my brother, Rob. He was probably like 16 or 17. And there was another friend of mine and big showroom with him, Handel, Steve Henderson, a hockey player. And so he wanted to go over. And so he thought he knew what was happening. And supposedly, I think, you know, he kind of rubbed one of the guys the wrong way. I think we talked about Don White, who explained the butcher. And so they landed. And I think what my word, what my God back to, he was Irish sheep, you know, who was a worker and who was, you know, K-Fave. And he was hard at asking him for it. You got any Gondja here? You got any we.

17:22Everybody's like, the people are freaking out. And then I think they looked at the butcher the wrong way and he grabbed the guy and, you know, grabbed his thigh, spiky them up and and boom, it started right from the airport. So God bless them all. You know, that's how you've got to do it. And so yeah, so sorry, we went a little bit of a tie right there. I think Shiki started working his clubs in the airport and he, oh my God, old school promotion, right? He goes, hey, I'm here to promote. I want people to know the buzz. You know, we're going to do something and then while they're doing all that, come and watch me. I'm going to beat the tiger. You know, I love that baby. God bless them all, man. Good, good people. Yeah. So you mentioned Hercules. Obviously, it was one of them. You said Dr. Depp as well. Did you rest so Dr. Depp numerous times or was it just about a royal or also maybe funk in Dojo too? A little bit. No, if you look at his very first appearance, remember the heater, right? They always picked on me to try to help build the crowd. Not that they didn't need anything,

18:26but it was kind of like, you know, to introduce them to the WWF crowd. So Jim Ross was his manager walked him in. I think there's a video of you can find that out and I attacked him with a flag in the ring. That great match. And in that match, he really pressed me and I was trying to get my my arm, my hand to get a brace on the shoulder screw that. I need any help. Just boom. Wow. That was like close to 300 pounds, you know, like dead weight. So monster, monster of strength. But in the gym, you always, I already told you, Mark Henry was probably the strongest gym companion that I ever was with. And so yeah, they're goliaths. Not stiff though. No, no, no. I didn't even feel Steve Williams. And once again, I don't want to give off the wrong impression that, you know, they're like, you know, puff cakes. And I like,

19:29I could take it. So if you, you know, like, I don't feel it. You mean, coming into all that. And you train like a monster too, right? So, but everything snugged. So I don't think that's stiff if it's snug, especially done the right way. Like no one was taking a, you know, a cheap shot at my jar, you know, trying to wrench my neck or kick me in the face. You know, none of that ever happened, except for my very first one. Remember I told you you picked the guy's name, my very first match in FNW. Oh, Japanese guy. Yeah. Japanese guy. Holy shit. That guy was out to hurt me. That's sort of a bitch who was out to get hurt. And, but I wouldn't call him. I just didn't know any better, right? And then I mulled him to. So I wasn't, that was, I don't want to put that up there. But yeah. So those are my experiences of really snug and in laying them in really nice. Now it's funny. Different wrestlers kind of have different opinions like stiff and snug snug. What like, how would you say that's safe? And you're just working hard or what would you say? And

20:29what would the difference be? We would stiff. It's stiff. It kind of maybe being too hard. I think stiff is taking liberties. First of all, not knowing, you know, not taking responsibility for your actions. So I think snug is, you know, I'm giving my body to you. And they're not taking. I'll admit it. I'm one of those people who gets excited for football season way before the first kickoff. That's why a trip to total wine and more has become part of my game day routine. He wasn't trying to hurt me, but I was too slow to try to protect myself and his heel caught, you know, my chin and knock me out. That's not his fault at all. That was mine. But, uh, and he had

23:40four warn me, but if there is no four warning and they're taking liberties and kicking the shit out of you and you could just tell the difference between the work and someone that blatantly is trying to hurt you. Right. So you mentioned Mark Henry. Was he stiff in the ring? Or what do you think about him? Obviously tremendously strong guy. I don't know if I had the pleasure of actually working Mark Henry. Oh, okay. Yeah, but I just remember, you know, once in a while we were training partners and he, you know, I still to this day I have in my gym year, a pull down apparatus. I think we were in Venice Beach at the goals there. And I was doing some pull downs and he was an tiger. You should get like this grip pull down bar and it'll help you this and that. So, um, yeah. But, you know, here, let me give you another one. I don't know if you remember. So he wasn't really a pro wrestler. He was in the ultimate fighter. Emanuel Yarbrough. Yes, that ring of belt. Yes.

24:41The big black six six eight almost 600 pounds. One of the most gentlest souls that I ever met in my life. So when we had a tour in India, I think it was 2007 or 2009. We had booked him. We had, you know, developed a friendship between our mutual friends and his manager Beatrice became a friend. So we booked him, right? And not knowing that he doesn't know anything about work, he was Sumo. His background was a legitimate sumo wrestler. And he was so big. So we flew all the American wrestlers. I think into Jersey and they caught a flight out of Jersey or JFK to get to India. He was so big. So first class and business class would accommodate. So I don't know how long they stayed on the tarmac to bring their engineers to remove all the armrests because they think

25:44they were fixed and he took like four seats. Oh my god. And, uh, you know, people were getting pissed when they found out what was the reason, you know, this is what I got feedback. Nobody said anything, right? Like I'm talking regular passengers. And he couldn't have fit on the regular elevator. So we had a freight elevator, but we said, just keep them on the main floor. So they reconstructed one of the rooms. It was a full suite and they they removed the top. So and then they just put this, uh, curtains around. So he could stand in there and he had a handler there too as well. And this is not, uh, for those that are probably hearing this the first time to say, oh, shit, Tiger's making fun. No, that's bullshit. Tiger don't make fun. But it's known in the sumo world you have handlers, right? Because they can't bathe themselves. So you have someone with a brush and all of that. So he had the handler, but the handler was a mark.

26:48So I needed to meet with this guy because I was going to have my very first match of the event with a manual. So my dad said, go meet him. What a gentleman. I'm telling you, my hands are big. No word of a lie. I think his went like at least it felt like maybe another two, two and a half inches beyond my fingertips. Just naturally monster. So we get in, get me a big hug and, uh, you know, what can we do? And I said, okay, you know, like have you ever worked and goes, no, I said, oh, shit, you know, you know, that's one of the checks in my brain that goes, okay, there could be an issue. And I go, uh, how's the speed? How long you can go? And you know, sumo's aren't built for endurance as quick. Anyways, I'll save it. We got to the point of, I said, let's do a lockup. And he goes, how do you do that? Because sumo is like, and I showed him the lockup. So instead of just, you know, hand behind here. And then, you know, you put here. So it kicked in like, he's a killer.

27:54So he grabbed my neck and he put his fist and I felt like it went through my shoulder. Wow. And I said, okay, you know, time out like this shame going to work. So I'm now recalibrating. Anyways, I go back and I meet with my dad. My dad goes, how's it going? Did you work out? Oh, as a dad. He doesn't know, but he's a killer. I've never, I've never been with anyone as intimidating and as strong as Emmanuel Diabreau. He first towered over me and he was like three times as wide. And I said, you will, he does not know, dad, but he could kill. And if you don't know, like if I'm not a sumo, how to take all that, like something's going to happen. And I, my, my first day, I said, he's going to blow my shoulder and, you know, 40,000 people are going to go home crying because, you know, their hero tiger just got, we'll look at like two seconds. So I thought of some angles and some gimmicks on how we can work around and all that kind of stuff. But he is just, so yeah,

28:57I'm glad that you helped me go down that memory lane. He is probably the strongest and stiffest individual that I was blessed never to have the opportunity to work with. Wow, that's a random one. I was going to say maybe like Undertaker or Kane or something like that because I remember they choke slam you, but Emmanuel Yarbrough, how random, okay. And man, Neil Yarbrough is the most intimidating, strong, but he was a gentlest soul that you would ever meet. And remember, you know, Kane and Undertaker got blessed, they're amazing talent, but they know how to work. So they know how, you know, to make it look and but not hurt and Undertaker just like a feather. Like I remember that choke slam that you're talking about. And if you're going to go back on the video, you'll see, so they came in right during my segment, hello, American go. And Kane fricking went and got baboo and boom, but a boom. And Undertaker, he grabbed me and he's waiting. And I'm wondering what's

30:03taking the long and I went up for him and he choke slamming. I did my little, you know, convulsions. I just wanted to put his stuff over, right? So at the end, we went in the back and I said, thank you so much. I hope everything was fine. And I said, I was just wondering was I doing anything wrong? He goes, no, he goes, I was trying to find a dry, he goes, there were eggs in the ring. And I was trying to find a clean area to drop you as you were in your nice suit. And I didn't even realize when the segments, hello, we're getting so heated. Luckily, I never got hit, but people would be flying thing. And he's the one that noticed he goes, yeah, there was, there was some eggs where you were standing and I was trying to protect your nice suit. So much, much, much love for him. I don't even know if he remembers that, but that was during the sardines, the kiss of the sardines with, yes, with baboo. Yes, good, good stuff with that. Now, in the past, a couple episodes, we talked

31:03about JBL and Ron Simmons and the APA if they were still, you said they weren't, but obviously, they look like they're killing the out there. How about the Dudley boys, the Dudley boys, we kind of briefly talked about them, but they look like they're killing people out there. So what about the Dudley's? You know, that's a great question. So once again, you know, not to limit, you know, I was a word I can't under my Ron Simmons and JBL, they were snug. Okay, they were snug. So yeah, that's why their shit looks really, because they're snug. Yeah, but like I said, I didn't feel anything. So with the Dudley, I didn't, I wasn't fortunate enough to work with them one-on-one or in the tag team, but as a manager, I came in and out. And I thought they were good. Once again, I snug, I think Bubba Ray, maybe in my short experience,

32:05was probably more snug than Devon. And I think Devon sold most of the matches in that tag duo, if I'm not mistaken. But yeah, snug looks solid. Their stuff is tremendous, you know, and their resume speaks for themselves, right? So yes, both snug, but Bubba more snug than Devon. Steve Blackman. What an unbelievable, he is the lethal weapon. Once again, I can't say that I felt anything from him. What an unbelievable worker, unbelievable talent. If anything, you know what I could say about Steve Blackman? I think he legitimately tried not to hurt people and legitimately tried to protect so much so that he could have actually laid it in more. And I'm thinking for personal experience,

33:05but he has such a big heart. And I think he knew really what he could do, but he didn't want to hurt anybody, because he was like a feather with me in the ring. I don't remember his kicks, and they all look great. His chops, I didn't even feel it. I would tell him a couple of times, chop me some more. You know what I mean? I just wanted to sell his stuff even more. But oh my God, John, thank you for bringing these names. And great memory was to Blackman. Yes. Yeah, Blackman obviously kicked to like kick anybody's ass, but he's probably like, yeah, let's not hurt anybody out here. Let's make some money. Yeah, you know, just a, just a such a powerful guy. And I think he was more apprehensive because he really didn't want to hurt anybody. He could have killed people. That same thing with Shamrock and Severn. Did you ever work Ken or Dan? Shamrock, I, God bless. And both of them have such high respect for my father. And I'll send you a, I'll send you a picture when Ken Shamrock was in Japan, just a young green or I think before he was getting to

34:10pancreas. So he was a young boy on the tournament. And my dad used to, you know, just be fond of him and take him out once a while. The sponsors were dinner. And there's a nice picture of Dan, sorry, Shamrock and my dad at a residence of one of the sponsors. And the whole room is decorated adorned with pictures of my dad. And that's where the picture of Shamrock and my dad are. Yeah. And so I have deep affinity for them because they just showed so much respect. I only trained very slightly with Shamrock. One or two holds I asked him to show me when I was with Bret Hart. And he was with Bret Hart training. And oh my God, like, I can break your ankle in two seconds. Like, you could just be like a switch, you know, just a switch. He could take it. He could give it. But I never had an opportunity of being in the ring with him. And Dan Severin, I love him to death. He's an unbelievable guy, unbelievable human being. I never worked with him, but he worked

35:15with dad. And my dad said he was just so easy. Once again, another situation where you get Shamrock and Dan Severin in the same boat as Black men. They know what they can do. And I think they just overcompensated to try to protect. What about Vader? Did you work Vader? He's got to, you know, obviously reputation as being a bit stiff out there. Yeah. That's a good, that's a good one. Instead of snug, he would be stiff and he took a lot of liberties. Nothing with me. He was always very respectful with me. God bless his soul. I saw a few of the matches that he was with my dad. And I don't know if he intentionally or it was unintentional. Once again, it depends on who you're speaking with. 37:22black and blue and it was all iced and luckily he wasn't working on a tour. He just was there for the big show. So we flew back home. And I think my dad, I think I shared this with you. He forewarn Ron Simmons. I think when it was a combined WCW New Japan, it was just look out for this guy. You know, he he he has a tendency for this. And when the Japanese, the Japanese beat the sh** out of him. He was hospitalized at one time against Hashimoto. So if you show a picture of Hashimoto, I know the American fans, but he's fat. He's not even a real weapon man. He was a little bit of a brick with a kick. And Japanese are not about to complain, right? Like as much as you dish out to them, they are going to just give you a hundred times back. And he kicked that sh** out of the face. And I think Vader, you know, and I don't want to speak ill of the of the dead. But you're asking me the questions that I don't like. He did take a lot of liberties with the younger people.

And those pit bulls weren't no slouch. And I think I

39:30remember the one that passed when you told me goes, I didn't want to get fired out of the two. Who you're going to get let go? Right? So, right. So that wasn't cool. But with myself, personally, he was always cordial. Nice. But I've never worked him. I think, thankfully. Yeah, thank God. And one final name I'll just bring up just because I know you've worked him. And he's not stiffer snug, but he could be wild. What about Sabu? Wow. I love Sabu. But he is reckless. I remember. I don't even think he knows what he's going to do to be honest with you. I think he just comes up with stuff in the ring. And that's why you know, he either looks sub-bazing to some people or it looks very like like a train wreck over and over. 40:35with him and my dad goes, how's what is what's the match going to be like? I think it was working with a one-on-one or a tag. Once again, always respectful of my dad. Always nice, respectful to me. So he wasn't doing anything out of malice, but that's just the way Sabu was. So I told my dad, he said, yeah, he wants to do something, set me up on the table. He wants to jump out on the and then you go through me on the table. And he said, you can move. And then he wants to set me up in the ring. He wants to do a moon salt and all that. You don't want to lie dad coming in. And so I want to earn my stripes. So I did it. And I should have needed dad's advice. He did a moon salt, not like the great muta. Like if you look at muta a hundred times over, it's like boom,

41:36on the diet. You don't always say, boom, you don't know where Sabu. His legs are here one day. It's over there. Yeah. Anyways, he came and he effing nailed me right in the cohodies. And I let out a scream like I was like in her time. And sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, what the fuck is sorry, sorry, sorry, going to do when your left nut has left the building. You know, like I said, I'm sitting here and I'm like, it's okay. I'm okay. Just come from me. I don't even know any of the match. I don't know the finish. And so we heard later on in the weeks that when Sean came out of surgery, he said to remind people of the World Wrestling Federation that he isn't need still with Commissioner. And he was released from the hospital this past Friday. And he reached the Commissioner, a speeding recovery. Now, be this with the Russian likes week on Tiger Ali Singh. I'm truly Mr. McMahon and of course, keeping his eye on the Commissioner Sean Michaels as well. Well, pounding away on Tiger, of course, Mr. McMahon will be on heat this Sunday at 7-6 Central to explain his position following being embarrassed. He was hit by a woman, Bruce.

55:21How well is that to be said with Mr. McMahon? A living thing, but again, China is no ordinary woman. She is, of course, the 90-year-old of the world.
