The Trade Deadline is Fast Approaching. Are the Avalanche Primed For A Big Move?

All trade deadline on today's episode and we were prepared to talk about how the abs really haven't done, I mean, they did the cool act trade, but now we're like in the

1:03thick of it. Like, now we're, you know, the finish line is in sight when it comes to the trade deadline and abs have not done much of anything and they did make a move. Like I said, late Wednesday night, a defensive depth move. So for a 2027 fifth round pick, they send that to Nashville for defenseman Nick Blankenberg. And okay, I always, Joe Sackick said you can never have enough defense. So I, and you know, I think that he's obviously still with the team in the front office position. So I think that's still kind of permeates through the whole franchise. So it's, okay, you gave up a fifth round pick for a depth D guy, I could care less about a fifth round pick, name me one fifth round pick over the last 10 years. That's been a standout on, I don't know the avalanche, but really, he wins several teams

2:09across the league. So I don't really care about the pick. And I think it's an interesting player. I think he could give you some minutes when needed and, you know, down the road, this could be another one. Hey, he took Sam Gerard from Nashville. He gave you, you know, eight seasons. Blankenberg is kind of like the mold of Sam Gerard. Maybe he's a little bit more hard-nosed than Gerard is, but the size of the frame is kind of similar. So it's like, hey, we sent Sam Gerard and let's go get another Sam Gerard in terms of stature. So, but, okay, I'm all right with it. I'm all right with it. Possible. Yeah. I mean, he's, I don't know his game anywhere near well enough to be like, let's analyze everything that he does. I know he's got 21 points this season, six goals, 15 assists, because that's really easy information to pull up even when you're, and it's only in like,

3:1040 some games too. Yeah. 49 games played. Yeah. That is not bad for a defenseman. He's actually doing pretty solid, taken to account minus 11. I know that's not an end all be all stat, but it is something to look at. But again, like he said, five, nine, he's a seventh, seventh, demon. He's going to be a depth guy. If you have somebody that can do, can step in and play at least decently in the event that you need him, I have zero problem dropping a fifth round pick. I do think that that does kind of speak to either an inability or a lack of trust to bring anyone up from the Eagles. Yeah. I think it's combination of, I don't know if it's a lack of trust or just like I said before, it's okay to have enough of these guys. Yeah. And what he brings is something different than what key Middleton brings. So it's like situational on when you could employ these guys if you needed to.

4:10Well Middleton is going to be kind of the point because he's a guy that I think, and I think that's why they went back to a five foot nine frame and a little bit smaller frame is if this kid's got some speed, I say kiddies 27, I mean, that's significantly younger than me now, which hurts, but if he's got some speed, he's got some skating ability, I can't wait to see him play. Hopefully we'll get to soon. Then I think that's more what they're looking for. I don't think anybody has a problem with Middleton being a big guy, but you can't just be a big guy that can't skate. And it like five years ago, I would have said you can't be that role really with the avalanche anymore as they were really pushing hard into that, I think in the NHL, you still need big guys. I'm not saying you don't need big, tough dudes. Yeah. You've got to be able to move quick still now too. You have to do both. And so hopefully, hopefully that's what this does. Like you said, gives you the option for some situational, but if he's along those lines,

5:17young kid, could be somebody who's cool for the future. Otherwise, good rental. Yeah, I think the app is like this type of guy in terms of what his style of play and like his character. He was a walk on at Michigan. Nice. That's no small fee, right? So you make that Michigan team, you can play the game hockey. So they like that. They like those guys that, like the Samolinsky type that don't, you know, you're not drafted. You pluck them out of nowhere. He's kind of made a name for himself. And you kind of read the comments and things like that. Predators fans don't seem happy that all they got for this guy was a fifth round pick. Because I know Toronto wanted him or was considering it because Toronto needs help on the defensive end. And it seemed like Toronto was maybe making a pitch for him.

6:21And I even saw some Toronto people going in being like, that's all the avalanche had to give up to get this guy. And we couldn't do that. So it seems like he has, you know, some people have their eye on him. He is, he isn't unrestricted for region after this. So he's making the minimum. That's not a big cap dent that you're taking from acquiring him. Still allows you to do what you need to do in these next couple days for the trade deadline. All in all, it could be a sneaky kind of good move here for the avalanche in spots. In spots. We'll see. It rains to be seen. But what people are waiting for. Go ahead. I was going to say, I do find it really funny that we've been talking all the time, Sydney Crosby. And then you hear abs make trade with penguins. Oh, it's Brent Kulak. Okay. And then everybody's talking Ryan O'Reilly. Abs make trade with predators and it's Blankenberg.

7:23And like, okay, well, so who else are we going to go pull another defender from Calgary next? Like what's happening? Right. So. I mean, like there's going to lead into was the abs kind of biting their time right now. Because you are, you're starting to see some moves around the league and some of the names towards the tops of lists. Of kind of like a trade lists are starting to slowly move. So I think you're going to see more of that on Thursday and then of course you're going to see it on Friday, which is the last day you can deal. But you're starting to hear some things kind of in the abs world. The big thing that started making the rounds Adrian Dator still knows how to start a fire. Oh my God. And he threw out found the Chuskin kind of out on the block. But he was mainly saying directly for Nazim Kadry.

8:25And Kadry still seems to be in the mix here for the avalanche. I still have my doubts. Not that they can't get him if they if they wanted to. I think they could. I just go back to the position. I'm looking for three C right to see short up. Yeah. Does it make sense to me does it make sense to you. If that's the trade. Val the Chuskin for Nazim Kadry. What are you where were you putting. Kadry you're not putting cadre and a wing. So then you have to fill the spot that you just. Left open with with Val leave it like that move just doesn't make sense to me. So I actually reached out to Elliott Friedman. And he got back to me and said that he has not heard that room. That Val is on the block. So. If one guy I listened to was Elliott Friedman. And that came straight from his mouth to my ears.

9:25So. Apparently. I would assume. But I don't know. But I would assume. Val Ne Chuskin is available. But not necessarily being actively shopped. But you can't tell me that this front office has not liked. Val Ne Chuskin for a long time. And even if he's had some struggles this season, especially recently. I don't think they're just going to be like, well, he's lost it. We're done. So I would be really shocked to see a Val for Kadry. I just don't know how that ends up. Working out for really either team. I'm not sure that. Like Calgary. I didn't work out for Calgary. I think Val on Calgary would be okay. Yeah, I mean, because they just. Kind of a team in flux right now. So I think anything would really help them. But. I think they'd be looking for some. Some younger and build around pieces a little bit more to.

10:25Sure. Like drafts and prospects, which I mean, and honestly, I don't. We're talking like it's Val for Kadry straight up, which. May or may not be. I have no idea. But I just I don't see that being. A thing. Now watch as I say that out loud. We're going to get notified that that's exactly what happened. But no, I don't I don't expect that. I do still expect another move from the apps. But not sure. I and Chris McFarlane has said this many times over the past few years. We will we will listen to and entertain anything that makes our team better. So. Could Val be on the block? Sure. I think. And I was having this conversation. I think it was with bear over in our discord. Channel. Of. You know who's untouchable on the avalanche. You're untouchable players are. Nathan McKinnon. Kale McCarr. Probably gay. Blandiscog. And. I hesitate to throw Martin H.

11:27And. I hesitate to throw Martin H. In there. But. Maybe. Martin H. Because it goes back to his comments of if it makes our team better. We'll do that. You are not. There's no trade you can throw at me that is going to make your team better. If you got rid of. Kill McCarr. Or. Nathan McKinnon. I think you hang on to gay. Blandiscog because he's gay. Blandiscog. And. He's the best captain in the league. So you can probably throw him in that mix too. Just for what he brings to the team. Lockroom all that stuff that we've talked about over and over and over again. Yeah. 100%. Everybody else. I'll listen. I'm not saying I'm going to do it. But I will listen. So could. Could val be in that mix. Sure. But in the end. I find it hard to. To believe that there could be a trade. I shouldn't say it that way. I mean, because there could be a trade that, you know, make your team better. If you had to get rid of Val and Shuskin. But.

12:27We all we've said it so many times when he's not there. The record is not that good. Absolutely. So I think that goes to the forefront of like, why would we trade that? Well, and the. So the argument I've seen for that is, well, Val misses time, which. Okay. He's. He's earned the reputation at this point. I'm not going to defend any of that. There's plenty of stuff that goes around. So. You like, if you make that move, though, I think you have to get. Enough in return that you're feeling confident about the depth. To replace him if he goes. And again, I love. Nause. I don't see that being the move that fills. Because like you said, you're not going to put cadre on a wing. So now you got to figure out how to backfill that position. And you actually kind of weaken your depth a little bit. But not a lot. You strengthen that center line, but you weaken the rest of the depth. And so I don't know that that move happens. Yeah. That way. But like I said, it's.

13:27There's always things that happen in the trade deadline that you're just not expecting. And we'll talk about players that we'd like to see the abs. Go after or guys that would be good fits here. And then they go and make a move that wasn't even on your radar. You know, so that that's always the possibility. So I think everyone is thinking because like, oh, we all want cadre back. And the as are at the top of the list of getting him back. Oh, we heard Val is on the block. There's the trade. It's those two. Right. It doesn't have to be that it could be Val for a guy we're not even thinking about. That is a winger that makes your team. Who knows who knows? Yeah. So. But let's get a break in. Get a first break in. We'll talk about the guys that. We could potentially be on the radar for the abs. We will bring up the deals that have been made because they're in the division. And start with the Dallas stars because they made a move to bring in Tyler Myers from Vancouver. They gave up a second round pick for him. And that's a good move for that like seems like Dallas knows what you need to make a deep run in the playoffs because they've been there a few times and just could not get over that hump. And they're going after big beef you guys. So they go and get get Myers who's one of the bigger defenseman names on the market. So good move for them. You had Calgary trading with Utah and Utah Utah has been wanting to make a big swing from everything that I hear and read.

16:38And they're just striking out. They get McKenzie weaker. Good deal for them. What's up? They gave up more than I realized for them. I saw that they did. That was a big deal. But I didn't see the return to Calgary until just now on Puckpedia. Yeah. And wow. That's a. It's hefty. That's a pretty solid haul. That's what I'm thinking though Calgary's looking for right there looking for a lot of picks and. Yeah. Young guys. So the crazy thing is like so they gave they gave it gave up. Alimata. Jonathan Costanga. And three. Second round picks. Yep. And from what I'm seeing. Was it all in the same year? They're all next year. 2026 picks. I know Calgary had three second round picks. When I first saw it, I thought it was over the course of, you know, two, maybe three years. You know, was not aware. So Calgary is stockpiling picks. Or not. Calgary. They, they, you know, what I mean.

17:38Yeah. Calgary is stockpiling picks now. They're, they're, they're, they're now they are. But Utah. I shouldn't know Utah had that many picks. Yeah. Which makes sense. I mean, they've been stockpiling picks for years. So time to unload some of them. Yep. So. Good. That was great. You get picks. You get a couple of players. And for you, not a pick up weaker. Yeah. That's a good pick up for them. But, but two players and three picks is kind of wild. How you all? For McKenzie Wieger. And then, you know, not in the division. Well, I guess it, it is considered it's Chicago. But the, the big name. Here is Jason Dickinson. Going to Edmonton. So back to Chicago is Andrew Mangi Pani. And a first round pick. So. Pretty good deal there. And. And it looks like Chicago's retaining some of the salary to. I think they are.

18:38Yeah. There's other guys. And Colton Doc was another one that's going over to Edmonton too. And that. Yep. And that deal. Yeah. So. You're, that's what I'm saying. You're starting to see those names. Myers was a big name. Wieger's a big name. Jason Dickinson's a big name. He's the guy that I had on the list. A little bit further down for guys that I'd like to see go to the apps. But he was still on there. So. I think. You know, when's that kind of was. The kickstart. Of maybe getting things going. And I think. Thursday. You might see a good amount of deals kind of go back and forth. Yeah. So. We'll see you have it for the avalanche. Yeah. There's a handful of guys that are either on their radar. Or guys that I would just like them to see be on their radar. Some of them are already getting checked off for me. One of them was Jason Dickinson. Like I said, he was down on further down the list. But I'd like to see that. Yeah.

19:38So. So. So check. Right now. So check is like the number one guy in the trade. He is the Brock Nelson of last year. Yeah. Like he's the number one guy left that a lot of teams are going after him. But it has been widely known. And he didn't dispute it. That he does not want to go west. He wants to stay on the east coast. He has a 12 team. No trade. Clause. Whatever. Are you going to work on. On his no trade list. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Basically said. He didn't say what the teams were. But he said they're all out west. At least. So. The pretty much. I would say eliminates the avalanche. But in how far west you want to go. Because you're hearing that Minnesota still in the mix for him. So. Really. Yeah. That one yet. And Detroit. And Detroit is still in the mix for him. Detroit. So. Detroit is just being east. And it's. It's actually a little. Central.

20:38U.S. Most. So yeah, I don't know if he wants to go that far. But. Tro check is one that. If he was open to it and the price was OK, I would not mind seeing that. Be kind of fun to pick up. Two New York centers and back-to-back years because. Took Brock from the aisle. But yeah, I. Also, I want. Tro check now after I heard about the comments from his kid. And it's just because. Genius. A kid has to have got the sense of humor from him. And therefore, I really like that because that was a great line to tell your professional NHL player of a father. Well, you can go in all state because my team didn't trade me. Right. Like. Get it, kid. Yeah, I love it. Gotta love that. Yeah. And it's funny. You know, you got Nazem Kadri who people want back. Ryan O'Reilly is another one that people want back. I. A year ago, I was like, nah, and I had a conversation with a bar guard had conversations.

21:39Like now, like, I don't. I don't see it. I don't know if you'd want to come back. I don't know if he's a good fit. I've changed my tune on that. And I would absolutely love Ryan O'Reilly back. He's another one who you're hearing likely isn't going anywhere now is probably staying put in Nashville. So I heard too, because Stammer was on the list for a bit of like some rumors swirling around of him potentially moving. But supposedly he's come out and said he wants to just keep building in Nashville right now. Right. Maybe he would move to a couple of teams if Nashville wants to sell everything off. Nashville is like kind of in that weird middle spot that you don't really want to be in as for very long if you can avoid it. So I'll be interested to see what they decide to do over the next couple of days, because I agree. I was a year ago, two years ago, don't I'm okay. I can pass on Ryan O'Reilly today. I'd take him for sure. I think this stage in his career, putting him on the third line.

22:42He's a face off wizard machine. So I think he'd be a really good fit. So a week ago, I was all for this. And a week later, I'm like, doesn't sound like he's going anywhere. And like you said, Sam Costa is the same. Sam Costa heard. There's like three teams that he would go to. One of them is going back to Tampa. Yeah. But he didn't and the as or not on that small list that was thrown out. Not that is really going after him. Just it does seem like two of the big players that play for Nashville that maybe you were on the move two, three months ago, no longer are. But I think it still happens. Right. I kind of feel like if one goes, they might both go because if you trade one of them, then you're pretty much admitting we're selling everything off and starting over. And that's when the other one would probably go. But from what I heard, people talking on various podcasts and radios was kind of the same thing.

23:43I don't really want to leave. But if you guys want to sell it off, like, so I think you would have to be kind of an agreement, which is a shame because I would actually really dig. Oh, Riley back on the s. Yeah. Over in Toronto, they scratched players for the game on Wednesday night. Two of which are on the radar of the app. Scott Lawton is one of them. Bobby McMahon is the other. I think either one of those guys would fit pretty well with the apps, especially McMahon. He's on an expiring contract though and wants to get paid on the next one. I think what he's looking for the apps could maybe sign him if they wanted to. Because I do feel like he would be excellent, excellent, excellent on this team. He's a fast guy. He's a he doesn't mind mixing it up. I really like what he could bring to the apps. And Lawton too. Lawton is a death guy, but I don't.

24:43I'm kind of torn on him because I think if you want him to be like a center, like a third line center, I feel like he's in the realm of. And we're trying it with jewelry and it's okay. Returns are okay. And I don't think Lawton is. It might be. Punching about his weight class a little bit too much. If you are turning to him and being like, you're our third line guy. What would you rather like Scott Lawton be in your your third line center or Ryan O'Reilly? It's a no brainer there. You know what I mean? And Lawton's not on the level of O'Reilly. So I'm looking at O'Reilly saying like, I want you to be the guy. And I think Lawton would be. Okay, we really have nobody else to do it. So either we'll just stick with what we got because we're winning. Or you turn to him, which I don't know. I don't know, not totally sold on that. But it could be one of those things where you bring him in and he just.

25:44Blossoms on a different team. Who knows? And there have been some guys that come into the avalanche system and suddenly turn into. Much more than what they were before. So. Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly that. So. It's. I'm okay with. I'd be good with either of those guys as well. I do feel like you're probably targeting center a little bit more than wing. You definitely are. And that's the thing. Like with Nick. Yeah. But if they're, if they were held out, we don't have much to go. You're probably seeing some, some movement with both of those guys. And I think Ekman Larson, they. They held him out to the other amount as well. So. Maple, these could be an active team over these next 48 hours. So keeping out for them. A couple of other names that I threw out. Blake Coleman. Absolutely. He's, he's at the top of lists for me. You don't, I'm not really hearing that.

26:44I'm not really hearing that. The abs are attached to him. But it could be one of those things that. They sneak in and. Grab him. Who knows? Yeah. Wouldn't mind that Warren Fogel over on the Kings, just not working out over there. He's been healthy scratched numerous times. That is a guy who it's like, you need a new change of scenery. And come on over here. And you will be just fine. I love to see a move for Fogel. And. And then again, this is another one where. Hey, all these guys are seem to be coming back to the avalanche. Evan Rodriguez. His name has been thrown out there. I saw that one. I. For the. And Florida is going to be interesting. Florida will be interesting to watch because are they. They're what eight points out. And the last while get like. Do they wave the white flag? And if they do. A guy like Rodriguez could be. Ten games out now. Ten points behind. Or ten points out. Yeah. Yep.

27:44Ten points behind Boston for the second wild card. So do they just say, hey, let's. Let's make some moves here. It's not going to happen this year. And you're even here in Bob Rosski. Not that the other one after him, but I'm just saying like. That one fascinates me because I keep that one all here. Like, Bob Rosski could be on the move. Bob Rosski's not going anywhere. Bob Rosski could be on the move. He's not going anywhere. I'm like, okay. Yeah. And this is. This is one thing about trade deadline season that just always makes me laugh is the. Like I do. I just want to put out online and be like, I'm hearing that a trade could be made or not. Because that's what everybody's saying. Okay. I don't like really talking about trades too much. Like. Before March. Yeah. I don't like doing it. Like we don't do a ton on it before that. Like because now is when it's the good stuff. Yeah. Now you're seeing things in action. Anytime before that, it's just. Hey, we're talking about it just because there's really nothing else to talk about.

28:45So right. It's fine. It's fine. But now the meaningful moves are happening. So we'll see. I wouldn't mind Teddy Bluger. I think he could be a good addition to the apps. I don't know his game well enough. I will. Yeah. Good. Good. He had a really good Olympics too. We're not him. Not Bluger. Bluger was. I like separate from the Olympics. I like what Bluger could bring. Who is the one that was in the Olympics that I'm blanking on that I thought. They could bring. Also from Vancouver. No. Was it him. Why am I blank on who I can't remember who was. It doesn't matter. I'm looking at my list here. Yeah. Let's see. Was. Yeah. He went a lot for you. I was thinking he played for a different team. Yeah. He could. Okay.

29:45But I don't really remember much of what he did in the Olympics because I wasn't watching a lot of a lot of games. Unfortunately. Yeah. So. But I think you could be a pretty decent addition to the team. Yeah. But. Guys on the way out. Talk about Val. We've kind of throughout there. Kind of the untouchables. Who could it be. Who could be on their way out. We'll do that next and we'll wrap up the episode. All right. Yeah. So when you bring in new guys. Obviously. Guys that you've maybe grown attached to. Could be on the way out. And maybe Val is that guy for some people. I'm sure he is. And there could be, you know, there's probably going to be draft picks here. I'm not so much attached to draft picks yet. You don't like seeing like number one picks go out the door. But okay. Sometimes you have to do that. Sometimes there's these prospects that are going out the door, which you have not attached to them yet.

30:47But. You want to see some successes, say it all the time. John Hart worries about the time people get here. Zheng Shen told me about it. Yeah, I think that's more, like, this is. Punkies also do have a history. Of. Not liking their. Picks if it means the ability for a championship. As was chanted by a certain. A little said St. Louis Los Angeles Rams team. Not that many years ago. So. We appreciate like, I agree, I would love to be like. Yeah. We have first round picks and we're winning the Stanley Cup it doesn't always work that way. So. Yeah. it's not guys I'm attached to. A name I keep here in kind of floated is a potential trade piece on like the radios and stuff around that I listened to because I have a problem. Nabokov is he going to be like dangled as a beast? I know. That one would hurt because I'm really excited to watch him play. So it'll be interesting to see how that goes too. You know, the abs are thin. There's no secret for their prospects. But they're guys at the top have

31:47value. You know, like your goolee is he's got value. That's another name I have recently too. He Nabokov has value. There are guys there that have value. You're not going to bring in you know, you're the the Brock Nelson's of the world that Colin Richie could, you know, match trade for that. But it but it's very slim. Yeah. So do they move on from those guys and just kind of weaken their will prospect more remains to be seen. It could have. That's the question you kind of have to ask yourself. If you have the chance at the cup right now, is it worth mortgaging the chance for a cup in seven to 10 years? And if you don't think, you know, Nabokov has an in anywhere with the NHL. Yeah. Because, you know, I know Wedgewoods will, you know, what's a 32 33 or 34 33 and Blackwoods younger than that. If you don't feel like he's going to make

32:53a dent, maybe that is a move you make. Yeah. I think people would would not like it. But again, what do you what are you going to hold on to a guy that might not play for the next three, four or five seasons? Yep. Or go after a guy who can play now and potentially bring you a Stanley Cup. Pushy over the edge. Yep. Right. And I I like the mindset as much as if you do this and you get rid of prospects or picks or whatever. And then seven years from now, you're lamenting being one of those teams that's a seller at the deadline again. But you remember that recently, you won the cup. Like I would rather win and then, you know, be potentially not as good for a little bit. Yeah. Just do it better than the than the Broncos did after Super Bowl 50, please. Right. I think as terms in terms of guys that are on the roster now, I think it's unavoidable. Ross Colton is on on the list here. You need to get a whisper that Madam Battleaxe is listening.

33:59You got a whisper that he's not going to be happy. I hope she's okay. But that's a very big reality. Two years still on the contract. One year after this one, four million dollar cap hit, he's not producing what you would like to see him producing. Right. I don't think he's playing poorly either. But this does yeah, he does feel like a guy that could potentially be that could could go. It definitely could be. And that's what you got to look at right now. Like you're you're depth guys. You know what I mean? So like we said, McKinnon's not going anywhere. Nelson's not going. I say like those are guys you would entertain in the grand scheme of things. He's not going anywhere. Neither is Lannis Gogg. Neither is natious. Val. Like I said, doubtful. Maybe maybe Leckinon. Doubtful. Yeah. Guys like all of us in Kiviranta, Bartikov.

35:01We talked about Parker Kelly yesterday. I don't think Parker Kelly is going anywhere. I think they love that guy way too much. And the trade that you would make for a guy like Parker Kelly would be this depth guy for a depth guy. I'll take my depth guy over your depth guy when it comes to Parker Kelly. So I'm not going anywhere with it. Especially if my depth guy is Parker Kelly. Yeah. Right. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. But yeah, Bartikov could be on the list. Bartikov could be there. Kiviranta could be there. And he is a UFA. Same thing with Lawson. He's a UFA. So those guys could be going jack drewry. Maybe. Yeah. I think there's a lot of stuff on the table for the abs right now. And in the grand scheme of it, I think most of those guys stay because you're not making these wholesale changes. Let's get really not. You're not completely changing the makeup of your team with a month and change to go in the regular season. It's worked for you so far. Has it not? So you're making little moves here and there. So maybe one or two of those

36:05guys max like it could be out the door. Colton is probably at the top of that list. And then take your pick on who the other one is and is Gavin Brinley on there. Probably. I hate to say no. But again, that is those are those are players where it's like you want you don't want them to go. But if there's a deal that's just too good, do you pull the trigger on it? And that's also a far little decision. Right. And so he might get a little bit better return and not just like a depth depth swap. Brinley's age very well could factor into that enough to to make him a possibility for sure. But I also think that's a big reason why they don't want to just turn around and flip him. Well, there's that too. You know, I mean, like they brought him in for his youth and and there's a reason why and they want him to develop in their program and be better for their system over the next 12 or many years. I don't I don't get the impression that they want to just

37:08they traded to get him and then just out the door he goes wouldn't make a ton of sense to me. So it's a fascinating time. I love the trade deadline and it's part of the reason why I love it. And I also hate it because I would never want to be in the position. Chris McFarlane, it's tough decisions you got to make right around now. So yeah, what will they do? We will find out over the next 24 to 48 hours. It's going to be a good one. So we're going to talk about if any moves are made. We'll be back tomorrow to talk about them.
