36:43actually his family was wealthy though but came out of nowhere if they those guys can do it um yeah why not me like i mean dig like at the end of the day these older republicans that have hold the the foothold they're dying off it's going to be up to people like me people like you people had this event here at turning point i do think charlie would have been a president yeah potentially in 10 to 15 years if he wanted to he could have done it he had enough cloud um yeah donors he had everything he could have taken any of those republicans on the stage and annihilated with his debate experience yeah yeah he would have annihilated them um i think he was a real person i think he was very unique um yeah i mean dude it's crazy to me that i mean we're here at this event there's tons of people that probably don't like charlie on certain things but people still respect him whatever you have to say about him everyone respected him even even um can't disrespected him i think the only person that had real beef with him was was was was Nick and that was because of personal reasons i think because i think charlie made a mistake i think

37:46what happened you ever seen the movie the incredible yeah do you remember how the the kid that looked up to mr. incredible but his name was buddy yeah yeah he like he wanted to help mr. incredible and mr. incredible dismissed him yep and then he became his enemy when he got older and like that's a good analogy i think that's what charlie did to Nick i think over time they would have made up i think they could have been friends i think i think charlie could have used him for turning and i really think if you go listen to nick dude he looked up to all this stuff he looked up to back back in the day he looked up to charlie 100% i think charlie at that time's mentality was i want to be the number one guy i want to be that guy so anyone who's a threat to that i'm not going to pay attention to that much attention to you but also i think nick probably sets some things that pissed him off easily and i think i do think nick was set on hey i'm gonna take out charlie i'm going to be the person who's going to be the next person so i understand why charlie grew to hate him a lot and dislike him but i also think it was a fatal mistake i always think it's better
