For two young sisters, the old hunting shack on their grandfather's farm was the perfect place to play.

Hidden out in the fields, it became their summer hideaway until one afternoon, when someone knocked on the door. Assuming it was their brother trying to scare them, they came up with a plan to surprise him instead. But when one sister stepped outside, there wasn't a soul in sight.

The other turned back toward the corner of the shack... and froze. Standing silently inside was a man she had never seen before, his appearance so disturbing that she bolted for the house in terror.

No one believed what she'd seen, dismissing it as a child's imagination. Years later, after another family member experienced the same mysterious knocking in that very shack, the terrifying encounter suddenly became much harder to explain.
