About this episode
In this episode we discuss the concept of time and how we spend it - in particular how we’re in an endless pursuit of trying to be productive, only to feel like we’re failing. The truth is there will always be more to do, and they’ll always be things you can’t achieve.
Accepting that we are limited beings and deciding to focus on what’s truly meaningful, is where we can begin to experience peace. We also chat about the importance of taking time out to daydream, and avoid the pull of constant distractions that only serve to leave us empty.
We hope you enjoy this one as much as we enjoyed recording it.
