Various factions of demons, including Duke Abigor and his operatives, are vying for power amidst the ensuing chaos, which also involves a group of dwarves/elves and police officers who have also been inadvertently transported to Hell. The narrative also includes technical discussions and footnotes about physics concepts like time travel and the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), which was initially used to open the portal between worlds.
