An abandoned psychiatric hospital seemed like the perfect destination for two teenagers interested in photography and urban exploration.

The sprawling campus had been empty for decades, leaving behind crumbling buildings, endless hallways, and an unsettling silence that made every sound feel amplified. As they searched for the perfect place to photograph, strange voices echoed through underground tunnels, heavy metal doors slammed somewhere above them, and an uneasy feeling followed them from building to building.

Then, while looking up at one of the empty windows, she saw an elderly man in what looked like a hospital gown walking past. Before he reached the next window, he simply disappeared.

The photos were never worth going inside after that.
