The Kirk's family lawyer says Charlie's murder was entirely preventable and quote would not have happened had the state of Utah and UVU followed through and so there you have it. I'm a friend of Mr. Kraft owner of the New England Patriots owns a number of businesses. And the last time I checked up in New England, I've only been there once. It's his stadium the last time I checked and the last time I checked when you own something you can do whatever you want to do with it as long as you're not violating any federal law state laws local laws. And so this rapper wanted to hit wonder. Macklemore.

They're invited him there to do a concert and so on. And so I don't get it folks. I don't get it. A why would you you have a platform like that? And you're going to get up in front of all of those folks and say free Palestine, right? I wonder if they would say free something supportive of you. I wonder inquiring minds want to know. But so all the opening acts have now abandoned Ed Sheeran's tour. They've all quit as a result of this. Oh, my first amendment, right? My first amendment, right? You and your first amendment right can go to Palestine as far as I'm concerned.

This is a woman on social media media giving it, giving it to Mackelmore and those that support him and she's backing and rightfully so the owner of the new England in New England Patriots Robert Kraft. So Mackelmore gets kicked off of Ed Sheeran's tour because Ed Sheeran gets a call from Robert Kraft. Oh, my goodness. The owner of a stadium that Ed Sheeran was going to perform at didn't want him to perform with Mackelmore screaming free Palestine because it's a concert, not a political movement. And Robert Kraft has every right as the owner of this stadium to allow or not allow any singer to go and use his stadium. But that bothers you, right? It didn't bother you when Mackelmore screamed free Palestine in front of thousands of people.

11:16No, it bothers you when somebody stops him. Well, welcome to America where business owners have the right to dictate what happens in their business. And personally, I'm obviously very happy about this decision, but you didn't see me crying on the internet when Mackelmore was screaming free Palestine because that's something that he was able to do as the artist on this stage. Let's keep it real America. All these entertainers, all of them, all of them beyond say Mackelmore, all of them, are we paying them for their expert political analysis? Or are we paying them to entertain us for an hour or two, you know, whatever the time may be? And why do you need to get up there and show you show us your show us your lack of a better term? Why do you got to get the stage and show us your ass? Why do you have to do this?

What has happened with the acts and not just in removing Macklemore from the lineup, but when you see what Robert Kraft did to lineup all of the stadiums to censor speech in that one specific way, it's become clear that this is not just about one music artist or two music artists, but this is about how just a handful of stadium owners and the elite can prevent an entire massive. Issue in this case, the genocide and Gaza, but it doesn't stop there. It could be speaking out about AI. It could be speaking out about any issue that you can now just get a handful of stadium owners to ensure that an entire person's career can be jeopardized if they speak out about any issue.

Whenever I go to the four year political conventions, my son and daughter up until when they became adults always traveled with me and with my wife, wherever, wherever we went, my son goes and they grew up literally around people like the president, Mr. Trump, like Hillary Clinton, like Michael Jackson, people, so that was normal for them. And so my son, I have the same expectations on him as I do my daughter. And that was you're going to get a college degree. You may have to work a whole lot harder and we may have to spend a bundle in terms of tutoring, but it's worth every dime and penny for us. So yes, you're correct, Joe. I will be at the conservative party dinner and Orange County tomorrow night, one of their one of three key notes for them.

35:08I'll be getting a little talk to the president. I'm going to go to the president, I'm going to tell you how I've been looking forward to it. My son will be there right at my side. My son will be there when I take to the podium with me. My son will be with me on the side when I'm standing and taking books. these days, Joe as a father is my wife's book, Marilyn, her book is titled More than a Diagnosis. And it's a book that's all about my son that that he was more, we just got to the point of feeling comfortable of discussing his situation. I've always been the one that's out there from the family, but my wife is a very, she's a retired educator. She's as private as private gets a few credits away from her PhD, but she doesn't even like to talk about that. She just wants to fit in with everybody else, and my son has her personality, but he's more of a man than I ever will be. And he has taught me many, many things by just watching him.

And so it took us, he would not let them take the bandaid off of him. So the bandaid was on him for a day and a half, but he's home. He's doing well.
