31:17why should they be important for the public well once or in i don't know all the answers on it it's really only really really really emerge as a pressing issue is this whole a i a i was certainly the world was going to be taking over by a i and listen i don't pretend to be any kind of even close to being an expert on it and i'm sure this year is issue i'm sure the precautions we have to take but it strikes me as suddenly you have all the major companies involved the other one suddenly demanding that we take action and uh it almost seems like you know maybe they want to monopolize what's happening i don't know but to me i think that the president is right to say let's just take our time obviously look at it but what's not the rest of the judgment because first of all we have to put the person foremost really we compete with china and uh for you know if the united states doesn't go fast enough that's one thing but if we get we don't go fast and if China surpasses us they could be in a position to take over the world i mean i'm not trying to be a doomsday guy here but if this is as serious as people say it is uh you can't give up on it

33:25mean uh i have a bit of a bias my daughter went to school with emmy koney barrett says she's the smartest woman prett smartest person she's ever met a life one of most decent ones i've spoken myself several times with uh addresses gossips and justice cabinard they've no political agenda they these are constitutional issues there and they're looking at it from their perspective and uh suddenly the president you know they're not on the bench as republicans they really are on they consider themselves conservatives and it's their interpretation of the constitution and maybe right or might be wrong but i would never have another question in motor determines reading very honorable people fair enough i'll close this way congressman you know much much ado about mom dani being down at nine eleven the uh the ceremony he showed up but then there was the uh the picture of him in aoc batting eyes with each other uh was it inappropriate or it or as the left is saying it's taken out of context and what you do about nothing well it may have been taken out of context but
