Arrow.net is more than just a podcast. It is a podcast network, 20 different podcasts to choose from. One of my favorites is Foodie Paradise, talking with the chefs who truly understand what it's like to be at home in your own kitchen, shoving a beautiful moment.
That's the kind of respect these chefs have for you. Plus, there's so much more on Foodie Paradise, only on arrow.net, arro.net. Enjoy your exploration. Hey, it's me again. That guy that's always asking questions. I mean, the fun begins when you start researching for answers, such as people who rush through life. Are they missing out on valuable lessons in life? Plus, how important is awareness in this desire to constantly want time to hurry up and get us there? My name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines and do nothing, but watch, listen, study, then activate. I happen to call it the daily mess. It is a chronological walkthrough in every day world. Yeah, it's my morning writing. As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw things to the side, because we think we're going to deal with it later on. When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, that picture becomes clearer. This is the daily mess. People who want to rush time. Are they missing out on valuable lessons in life? All right, you ready for the cold hard facts? The answer is yes. It is your choice to always try to rush through a week, rush through a month, or life itself. Lessons of value are being lost. It doesn't make somebody a bad person. It's all about the brain and the way it will focus in on future events. And rather than staying steady in the present, what do we do? We constantly rush through time. And it puts us in a mode of destination. The mind is focused in on one thing, the next moment. And then the next moment. And then, oh yeah, the next moment. When you are locked in on rushing time, you physically reduce awareness in your life and it's within awareness that incredible lessons live.
And it's those lessons that we speak of that come during uncomfortable moments, such as waiting, boredom, failure, and uncertainty. If you find yourself rushing through that, you're physically skipping the reflection part. People tend to live as if life is a journey to a destination instead of something which is happening right now. Hey, coming up next, why are we even bringing this up? You, me and Tuscany is a brand new romcom from Will Packer, the guy who produced Girl's Trip. The movie stars Halle Bailey and Reggae Jean Page has all the ingredients of your favorite romcoms. Heart, huge labs, and sizzling chemistry set in the enchanting vineyards of Tuscany. It's the movie escape we've been waiting for and the perfect film for date night or a night out with the girls. Rushing through life and how it's having a reaction to your available presence. Why are we even talking about this? Well, it's called awareness. If nobody brings it up, then you're probably going to expect daily stress, regret, fear, and dissatisfaction. The daily goal has always been to get to a moment where you feel good and better. Well, here's the problem. The lessons we need to learn from are usually held inside the moments
that we're choosing to skip. First of all, rushing time is very human. I mean, every age group does it. We did it as kids. We wanted to hurry up and grow up. It's a rush through our daily jobs. I mean, the middle-aged people, they rush through retirement, and older people, man, they can't figure out how to slow time down. Being aware of life and how very limited it is is very important. That'll put you right there in that thing called awareness. There has got to be some sort of good news in this place of now. Although we're choosing to rush through life, lessons don't disappear. Oh, they're going to come back again and again until your heart and head finally realize, oh, oh, the rush is always going to be on. It is 100% natural. My name is Arrow, and that's the daily mess. You might not be able to drop everything and book a ticket to Italy, but you can go to the theater on April 10th for you, me, and Tuscany.
