All right, you ready for the cold hard facts? The answer is yes. It is your choice to always try to rush through a week, rush through a month, or life itself. Lessons of value are being lost. It doesn't make somebody a bad person. It's all about the brain and the way it will focus in on future events. And rather than staying steady in the present, what do we do? We constantly rush through time. And it puts us in a mode of destination. The mind is focused in on one thing, the next moment. And then the next moment. And then, oh yeah, the next moment. When you are locked in on rushing time, you physically reduce awareness in your life and it's within awareness that incredible lessons live.
