US Senator Tommy Tuberville has noted the recent criminal activity that took place in Montgomery over the Labor Day weekend. There were a total of five shootings that took place over the course of three days with one fatality and ten people being injured. So far, the Montgomery police have not made any arrests in relation to these crimes. Tuberville posted the details of the crime report on social media and then wrote a header that this will not continue. Tuberville is running to be Alabama's next governor and has referenced the crime rates in Montgomery before. He says the Capitol City reflects the state of Alabama and as such, this rampant crime cannot continue forward. US Congresswoman Terry Sewell has offered a bill that would ensure that the federal government gets its

1:00take of taxes from athletes who are making a profit off of the NIL legislation, which stands for name, image, and likeness. Sewell says that she's thrilled that college athletes will be finally given compensation for their talent and hard work within college sports programs. She also says that many are not aware of their tax obligation to the IRS. The bill that Sewell is offering would require a certain percentage of money to be held back for federal tax purposes before an NIL payout is even given to the athlete. So we'll use an example of one athlete who ended up with a huge tax bill at the end of the year because he did not understand his obligation to the IRS or how to make quarterly payments. The City leadership of Homewood is going to be considering a proposal from the new City Manager to cut $1 million in funding from the police department and to do away with six positions. The City Manager, Kale Smith proposed the cuts and downsizing after doing a study that compared other cities of the same size and budget. However, Homewood is so close to Birmingham it has

2:00unique issues it's dealing with when it comes to the homeless and with spill over crime. The neighboring cities of Mountain Brook and Hoover have had to take more proactive measures to stem the spill over crime and the traffic problems coming out of Birmingham. They've done so by bolstering their ordinances and law enforcement. The newly elected Homewood Mayor Jennifer Andress has a personal record of supporting the police department. However, Andress also worked to get Kale Smith hired as a City Manager. Andress has not yet publicly stated where she stands on this latest proposal when it comes to deep cuts within the law enforcement budget. Shelby County man had his day in court this past Wednesday. Fen Church has gained statewide attention for his battle against a plan coming out of Alabama power to seize property from him under eminent domain that would be used for building power lines and access roads. Church says those plans cut straight through his property and very close to his home. He's been pleading with Alabama power to change that plan. Country music star John Rich has also joined church

3:01in this fight as President Trump's special envoy to landowners by bringing attention to church's situation. He was able to get a court date to present his case before a judge. Church went on talk 995 with Leland Waley just a day after his court appearance. And we've already seen him in the domain be used for some of these projects we're seeing midnight deals with non disclosures not to tie your specifics to it. But generally, I think we're in a pattern year where the combination of big tech and these utilities is just going to run people through and they know that and they don't want to give up on a on your case because they don't want to set a precedent. That's my thought. That's correct. A lot of that is Leland. I've seen the next five year plans for the state of Alabama and what they've got. And I mean, we have a lot of this coming. So, I think we just need to get in front of it. When you get in front of it tomorrow and put a stop to it because there's better ways, I'm not against the data centers.

4:01And I'm not against these two. A lot of people like that. They just want to process the same sphere. Right. And instead of just ramroding it through and this is no other way but to go right here. And you know, I think Alabama is a tire to be intrigued like that. And I think a lot of people in this whole country are tire of being intrigued. In National News, the US Department of Energy is forecasting a major increase in diesel prices for the remainder of this year and into the next. So far, diesel prices have risen by a dollar per gallon compared to prices that were in place before the US started a war with Iran in February of this year. The Energy Department report says fuel inventories will fall below 100 million barrels this month. The Energy Department projects that depleted domestic inventories along with the tightening of global supplies is what is contributing to the rise in diesel prices. The National average on diesel is now at 594 a gallon. And the National average for gasoline is now at 422.

5:03The US Attorney for Washington, DC, Janine Piro announced a big bust of a scam operation that involved money laundering on the Telegram app. The US Department of Justice rated 13 compounds that were being run by Chinese nationals. Here is Piro detailing the operation. This is not a distant overseas crime story. It is an industrial extraction of American savings run by Chinese transnational criminal enterprises and platforms. It is an extraction of American savings run by these organized crime groups using United States platforms, United States banks, and United States victims as the product. This is a generational wealth transfer from mainstream America to Chinese organized crime. And it is done via a slave labor industry in the compounds.

6:04Speaking of China, the Daily Color Foundation has done a lengthy expose on their website of some pretty damning information about Senator Mitch McConnell's wife, Elaine Chao. The report alleges that Chao was holding governmental positions within the Chinese Communist Party that even overlapped for a short amount of time while she served in two US cabinet posts. The Daily Color Foundation found Chinese government documents and state media reports that suggest Chao was working for the Chinese government while also married to US Senator Mitch McConnell, which she married in 1993. Chao also served as Secretary of Labor under the George W. Bush administration and Secretary of Transportation under Donald Trump during his first term in office. By 2008, Chao had also had four different Chinese government positions that involved the CCP influence an intelligence agency, which goes by the name United Front Work Department. The same group has been able to gain access to advanced foreign technology by way of influencing foreign policy here in the US. None of Chao's CCP jobs were disclosed by her during her Senate confirmation hearing

7:08for the US cabinet positions. Apparently, when the Daily Color Foundation started asking Chao and her associates about these documents, they were told they are racist for questioning her patriotism. Meanwhile, Chao's 83-year-old husband Mitch McConnell is going on some 80-plus days since he's been seen alive and in public or at the US Senate to perform his duties as a Senator. His Congressional Office staff continue to maintain that McConnell will be returning to the Senate to work and that he is continuing to recover from his medical issues. However, none of his staff are showing any other proof other than their word on whether or not McConnell truly is improving or for that matter is alive. They're not issuing even a 10-second video or a wave from a moving car or even standing in a window for a little bit of time just to show he's alive. Nothing. A current adviser to President Trump Peter Navarro is offering some further insight into what happened over at Fox News with Maria Barteromo. Navarro was on Newsmax taking aim at Fox.

8:08Maria Barteromo was a gasp at what the network was doing. Great. This is like unbelievable. You got a prime time address by the President of the United States. There's a very rare and it's about the Chinese Communist Party basically hacking into more than 200 million voter files and doing other things to interfere in our election. They have these massive capabilities and Suzanne Scott over at the mothership at Fox didn't want to have anything to do with that. And the bigger story here Greg, the bigger story here is forget about anybody thinking that Fox is a conservative network that's friendly to Maga, that's friendly to Trump. Suzanne Scott is the enforcer. They'll feed you some red meat over there, you know the easy stuff, you know the trans stuff,

9:09stuff like that. But when it comes down to Maga things, Suzanne Scott gets rid of everybody over there who wants to talk about Maga issues. They got rid of loot dobs when he had the highest rated Fox business show, got rid of Tucker Carlson. This was all about talking about Trump issues. Today is sadly the one year mark since the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA. Kirk was assassinated at the campus of the Utah Valley University while he was holding a TP USA event. Kirk was recently brought up in a discussion on one America news between host Matt Gates and Scott Horton, who is the founder of the Scott Horton Academy of Foreign Policy. The topic at hand was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his actions regarding the October 7th, 2023 attacks in Israel by Hamas terrorists that led to massive military action within the Gaza Strip and beyond by Israeli defense forces. When those attacks first happened, Charlie Kirk's first reaction came just days later

10:13where he said it was all out of character with what he knows about the Israeli defense forces and the Israeli government. This is what Kirk had to say on the Patrick Bet David podcast five days after October 7th. How did these guys not know this was taking place? So I've been Israel many times, the whole country is a fortress. When I first heard this story, I still had the same gut instinct that I did initially. I find this very hard to believe. I've been to that Gaza border. You cannot go 10 feet without running into a 19-year-old with an AR-15 or an automatic machine gun. That is an IDF soldier. The whole country is surveilled. So let me just kind of go through this. We don't talk about Israeli politics very often and most Americans don't know this. The last nine months Israel is on the brink of civil war. It's not an exaggeration. This judicial stuff, there were hundreds of thousands of Israelis taking to the streets because BB Netanyahu is basically redefining the Israeli constitution. That's not an exaggeration, right? He said the judicial branches too much power. There were protests planned this week against Netanyahu,

11:15where they anticipated tens of thousands of people to take to the streets. That's all gone, Patrick. Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead. I'm not willing to say to go so far that saying that Netanyahu knew or there was intelligence here. But I think some questions need to be asked. Was there a stand down order? Was there a stand down order? Six hours? I don't believe it. Israel's the side of New Jersey. When I took a helicopter ride from Jerusalem to the Gaza border, it's 45 minutes. Six hours. Their live streaming, the killing of Jews, was that somebody in the government say stand down. That is a legitimate non-conspiracy question. The whole country is the IDF. So Patrick, there are other explanations. It's possible that the Netanyahu government was double crossed by bad agents. That's dark, but it's not as dark as what we're talking about. Another aspect is that Netanyahu might have traders in his government,

12:15like legitimate traders that have infiltrated. I was texting with some senior people in the IDF and they said, Charlie can't say too much, but let's just say the same problem you have with the left in America we have here in Israel. Is there something to think about? Just something to think about, right? Is that maybe there are some people within those intel agencies that aren't as sympathetic. Or maybe Patrick, maybe, they might have gotten a tip, they might have gotten whispers, but no one thought it would be 1200 Jews dead. That's a potential, right? Because here's the essence of it. The essence is this. This is the closest thing to the Holocaust that any of us have lived through. And the Israeli hard right government has a mandate. I gotta be careful the way I say this. They're gonna try to ethnically cleanse Gaza. I mean, that's, and I don't use that term lightly. Okay? They're talking about basically removing 2.5 million people from there. And honestly, they have a mandate to go seek justice and revenge.

13:16They do. This idea that they need to have a truce or a peace treaty, that's morally crap after you see women and children be burned alive and dragged to the streets. But there are some serious questions here, Patrick. And let me tell you, my pattern recognition over the last 5 years has become pretty sharp. COVID, Maui fires, you know, Epstein. When I see a story and it doesn't click, our guts are usually right. Now here is Horton referencing the theory that was described by Kirk while he was on OAN. Horton's comments come after a recent speech made by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu where he boasted about his ability to manipulate and push the US into taking on Iran with a war. And now there are reports that Netanyahu had advanced notice of Hamas planning these major attacks in Israel. Well, look, I mean, there's an easier explanation and then there's a more difficult one that people don't want to hear.

14:17The easier explanation is that the boss Netanyahu had decreed as he put it numerous times, and we even have this on video now in the BB files, that yes, I'm dealing with Hamas, but don't worry, I control the height of the flame, or we control the height of the flame, meaning that his policy was to use cutter to prop up Hamas, to voice Hamas onto the Palestinian people, Matt, just so that he could look at you and say, Matt, you don't expect me to do what these terrorists do you, but don't worry, yeah, I'm playing a cynical game, but what are they going to do? I got them locked up. I control the height of the flame. Then on October the 7th, they busted out of their pen. Now, the simpler explanation is that everybody knew in the Israeli National Security Forces that this is Netanyahu's policy, and if you're telling him he's wrong, you're telling him he's wrong. He doesn't want to hear anything. According to this report, when NBC warned him, he said,

15:17yeah, I expect something to happen in the West Bank maybe, but I got Hamas under control and Gaza. Maybe that's the limited hangout, but that is the economics of politics. Nobody wants to tell Darth Vader that he doesn't know what he's talking about. And on the other side, you have the distinct possibility as Charlie Kirk raised that Netanyahu deliberately stood down his security forces because he knew this attack was coming, that he wanted to allow there to be a certain level of casualties so that then he could use that as the excuse to launch his massive ethnic cleansing genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip. Now, I'm not convinced of that, but there are a lot of people who are who say that the idea of the absolute stand-down and failure of Israel's security forces to act that day are incomprehensible by any other explanation, Matt.
