You know that I quote from John to the entire quote but it's such a foundation. It's

1:03literally it's the quote that got me starting to reading the Constitution. It started my journey to beginning to bring a Constitution. It started the Constitution Study along with something else but it's so foundational and I love this idea of it's our job to teach the rising generation to be free. Why? You can't expect the government to teach rising generation to be free? No, yet at 90% of our children at the age of five will be handed over sometimes four to the government and expecting the government to teach them to be free except they don't. They teach them to be surfs, to be subjects of government, to be slaves of government, to sit down, shut up and do what you're told, not to be free. So I wanted to take a look at some things going on. Let's start out. California, well let's just say they they're one of the most underperforming school districts. The Merced City School District and the Central Valley. They have some of the lowest performing range of any of the districts in in in the state. They have signed a

2:10$270,000 agreement with the Fresno Bay School Yard Rapp. That's right. This this the school which apparently is unable to teach reading writing in a arithmetic is spending almost $300,000 to teach their kids rap. Now okay if you want to have a rap elective okay but don't you think you ought to be teaching the basics first? Don't you think before a kid needs to learn to rap they need to oh I don't know read maybe do some basic math. Let's see if if Jamal spends 50% of his waking hours taking a rap class how much you know and and a third of his day is spent sleeping. How much time will he have left to do what to get whatever job he needs to pay the bills? I mean this to me it's a perfect example of government schools focusing on the wrong thing. Not exactly the first time but

3:14it's also not the only time and again sometimes guess what it's not it's not just a school district. The Chicago Teachers Union has petitioned a local school board to give their students excused absences so that they can join the Union's anti-Trump protest. Now listen the Union wants to have a protest well that's up to the quits. They're doing it on May Day the Communist holiday so it kind of tells you where they're coming from but despite the fact that teachers now are refusing to work on a work day because they want to celebrate the Communist holiday for the Union. Now they're asking they say no the children's children you don't go to school we want you to come support this in this demonstration. I think any teacher that that does not show up without a valid reason should be summarily fired. Then again this Chicago they're kind of known

4:16for their corruption and and other practices but again I would say we're talking about teaching the rising generation so let me ask you if you're in California and you happen to live in this the zip code that involves this Merced City School District this this failing school district do you really want them spending money to teach kids is that what you're sending your kids to school for if you live in Chicago are you sending your kids to school to be indoctrinated in Marxism to be told that it's more important to demonstrate for the Union than it is to actually get in education this is what the rising generation is being taught and if you are a parent is this okay with you and if not what are you doing about it now the Union asked I don't know if they've

5:16been granted permission but again this is Chicago with their mayor their socialist mayor Brandon Johnson well guess where he accepted millions of dollars from that's right the this Union and of course he supports the idea and of course Illinois State law allows students one excused absence to engage in a civic event but this isn't a civic event this is a Union demonstration and of course this isn't the only Union in Chicago has been at the center of a lot of controversies these are the same this is the same Union that pushed to keep schools closed long after COVID-19 was no longer a danger this was a they ignored the wishes of parents and tried everything to prevent the the schools from reopening and now they want students excused to help them protest Donald Trump again not a civic activity a political activity and I don't think that

6:17falls within Illinois law now I've told the story before my wife and I homeschooled our daughter because we'd seen what public schools have become it's the Lord of the flies you know and in fact you know question we were asked at this time was always well aren't you worried about socialization to which we used to respond yes we're very concerned about socialization that's why we're not putting her in a public school we homeschooled and it's it's an option that more and more parents have begun using especially after COVID exposed just how corrupt the public school system is but of course you know we can't govern can't seem to allow others to to do with their proven to be incapable of which leads us to the Connecticut bill hb 54 68 that literally wants to put a layer of government oversight on homeschool families families would be required to fire files in person paperwork before beginning to homeschool and then provide annual documentation of their children's education process now we when when we

7:22homeschooled we notified our school district that we were homeschooled we didn't ask we we told them and yeah there was a couple progress reports that we would file this is up in New York you know and again this but Connecticut they've had a hands-off approach you want a homeschool you homeschool but now the government says no no we have to control what's going on in this we have to make sure the children are indoctrinated properly and guess what in Connecticut under I believe under this bill if you were to withdraw your child from public school you're getting a visit from the Department of Children and Families they would want to check to see if if there was any other issue oh my god you're taking a child disreminds me of Germany I've told the story for years ago I was on a multi-national and international team there's two old teams are working together and we're we'd go out to lunch together and you know I wanted to question one thing I was asked one day we were talking

8:24about our children and they asked what grade my daughter was in I said well I was kind of between fourth and fifth grade you know we homeschooled so it's a little different and the look on one of my compatriots faces since she was from Germany in Germany it is illegal to homeschool in fact a German family came to the United States seeking political asylum because they were being persecuted in Germany for wine to homeschool their children which sounds an awful lot like won't be going on or at least trying to go on in Connecticut I mean were they're basically saying that that the school the state needs to be a buffer between a parent and their children not because of evidence of abuse or neglect or anything nefarious just because the parent wants to control the education of their children sounds dangerous to you it certainly sounds dangerous to me so let me ask you are Connecticut children

9:26being taught to be free or they're being taught that they are property of the state supervised by the state run and overseeing by the state is that what Connecticut is trying to teach them is that what Chicago is trying to teach them your education doesn't matter we got to go you know and get rid of orange hair orange man bad we got to get rid of them that's more important than reading writing and arithmetic california we don't care that you're failing in to educate our children in the basics no no teach them to rap because maybe that will get them out of the disaster created by the public school systems no john jay was right it's not up to the government to teach the right generation to be free it is up to us we have to raise our own children our grandchildren our nieces our nephews the neighbors kids is up to us to teach the rising generation to be free but Ronald Reagan once said freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction

10:32we didn't pass it on to our children in the bloodstream the only way they can inherit the freedom we have known is if we fight for it protect it defend it and then hand it to them with the well taught lessons of how they and their lifetime must do the same and if you and I don't do this and you and I may well spend our sons at years telling our children and our children's children what it once was like in america when men were free this is the generation this may be that generation where freedom becomes extinct because we are not teaching the rise in generation be free we expect government to teach them and government is teaching them to sit down shut up do what you're told you're not free unless we tell you you're free that is what our future looks like and the fault won't be the government run schools are doing exactly what they were designed to do create a group of of servants to serve the government math their government masters no the fault will be ours because we didn't teach our children to be free but Paul I don't have

11:39a degree to teach them you don't need a degree well I don't have I don't have lectures or textbooks or anything you don't need a curriculum or textbooks you need to live free and to show your children how to do so to be that example and it starts by reading and studying the constitution knowing your rights exercising your rights living your rights and letting your children and your children's children see it because ladies and gentlemen I don't want to be that guy that tells the generation what america was like when men were free I want them to live it I want them to know it I want them to own it I want the stories about our our our fight and our our work for freedom to be something they they lay their hats on and saying yes they could live free so we can live free it is now our duty to take that and pass on to the next generation it was fought for you know they say freedom isn't free you're right in some cases it costs money in some cases

12:43of cost blood in some cases it costs doing the uncomfortable standing up when others tell you to sit down looking at a school and saying no you want to teach you want to offer rapeseed as an elective fine but first you teach our children the basics or you don't get any more money you want to the you teach us you want to have a demonstration be my guest you don't get you don't get the the teachers for free and you sure as heckfire do not get the students for a political protest no no no no no can I get no you can't you don't have a right to control the education of our children you don't you come after us we come after you back and that means everybody every person in Connecticut I want you to go to your member of your state house and state senate and if they support this bill they're fired dumb you'll do everything you can you'll point out their

13:49tyranny do everything you can to make sure they never win another election they won't they couldn't be elected dog catcher in the state once you're done pointing out the the tyranny of what they're talking about and if you're a parent in in Chicago you best be talking to your school board going no no no no you're not paying you to propaganda as our children and use them as political tools no no no no no no no no no parents in in in Merced City school district in in the Central Valley of California same thing no this is not happened we won't let you they're not your kids there are kids and if you want to fight us on that oh we'll fight you and we won't be pretty about it we may not come in guns blazing and you know knives and sticks but we will make you very uncomfortable in your situation we will point out the the the tyranny the the

14:55the indoctrination the brainwashing that you're doing to our children oh we'll make a point and we'll make a stink and if you survive we'll make sure our kids know what it's like to be free and they will stand up in your classroom and be free no matter what tyranny you try to push down their throat throat we will teach our children to live free and when they get sent to the principal's office we'll walk right on that principal's office and to support our student and their rights and our rights against the the tyrannical government that wants to take our children away and turn them into some automaton that has no link no no idea whether it's to be free we want let that happen now I've got some more things to look at but I have a break coming up but you

21:11now again i've going to talk about this a lot because a subpoena is not a warrant a subpoena can request information but they can't legally demand information right you have a right from an unreasonable search and seizure to subpoena to request information to request documentation that is a request that's not does make it a reasonable seizure to you need a warrant for it to be a reasonable seizure there must be based on probable cause support of a author affirmation it's one of the reasons why i'm very concerned about data that's held by third parties because most third parties either don't know or are unwilling to enforce this so the these two subpoenas were looking for data one from october through through febru October 2020 through febru 2023 a second one was looking at data from january 2021 through november of 2022 not only were they were these subpoenas issued but a you always met you as magistrate judge at james monzone um he uh issued a non disclosure order

22:18meaning these subpoenas were kept secret does that mean that the person being served the subpoena can't actually contact the lawyer or can't contact the person whose data is being searched you talk about star chamber justice that's what this looks like now you added this to the other evidence of of jack smith's vendetta against anyone involved with either trump or anyone involved with him and you see a pattern of abuse and this is a perfect example talk to your children about there's a subpoena and a warrant i've received a federal subpoena right and again it was it they commanded my attendance i didn't have to attend you you can't you can't seize me without a warrant and a subpoena doesn't have the probable cause requirements to demand that i go somewhere that that was a whole other story but that's kind of my point is is you see further abuse of these

23:19subpoenas these requests for information because they're not issued they're not a warrant there's no probable cause there's no uh author affirmation there is nothing that prevents someone from lying on a subpoena see when you get when you swear under author affirmation if you lie under author affirmation that is a crime it's called perjury but you don't need that for a subpoena you can lie in a subpoena and maybe you get a reprimand there's no criminal activity there and again this is a perfect opportunity to teach our young people the difference you know warrant and a subpoena the legal requirements and the legal issues and the need to fight courts that obviously don't know the difference between a subpoena and a warrant obviously i've not read the constitution united states here's another example everybody that warned that you know the the the the so-called covid vaccines the ones that are not legally vaccines they're gene therapy um that they were

24:23dangerous they were causing injuries they were causing death oh no no the perfectly safe and effective and safe and effective well the other thing that was reported was that the ver system that was used to track vaccine injury only captured about i says between one and 10 percent of actual injuries well now the advisory committee for immunization practices says we need some changes we need new diagnostic standards we need to expand research into potential long-term effects of these shots and we need a better system for tracking these injuries everybody who complained about the the safe and effective is not true was called a vaccine denier or anti-vaxxer who simply said no it hasn't been tested you have to test it before you approve it no it was tested no it wasn't it was never tested for effectiveness the manufacturers admitted they never tested these for effectiveness they were not properly tested for safety why

27:28agency is going to initiate safety inspections of the of this rail systems there's just one little bit of problem federal government has no authority over the Chicago Department of Transportation none they have no legal the no constitutional authority this is a drastic overreach now does CTA have a problem I don't know but it's up to Chicago and Illinois to deal with that there's nothing in the Constitution that gives the federal government oversight of regional transportation systems they have no oversight of transportation period only interstate commerce unless you're telling me that somehow the Chicago Transit Authority crosses state or international borders then the federal government has absolutely no say in what goes on there it's just another embezzlement of your taxpayer dollars to to micro manages city because well the federal government thinks they're above the law now letter from this associate administrator dealer Rosen dealer

28:33Renzo of the U.S. transportation department said well you know that the the Illinois Department of Transportation oversight has been insufficient and created ongoing risk to passengers workers in the public you have no authority to make such a determination none whatsoever you know if you have a a state and a governor that actually understood the Constitution they would tell the USDA to go pound sand of course then they'd also turn around and say okay we're hearing this what's going on CTA fix it or we're taking what the state is going to take over all right that's the state's job but not the federal government but again perfect opportunity for an education in freedom understanding the the limits the boundaries of governments established by the constitutions that create them in the case of the federal government the Constitution United States and showing the the limits you don't have that power 10th Amendment says if you don't have the power if it isn't

29:35delegated you by the Constitution you don't this federal government doesn't have that power you have no authority to do that the necessary and proper clauses congress can only make laws necessary and proper to put into effect the power is delegated to the United States of America this was not a power delegated United States of America so the one the federal government when Congress passed a law creating the U.S. Department of Transportation they violated the Constitution which means that act is void which means the U.S. Department of Transportation doesn't legally exist which means that every dollar the Congress takes and spends on that U.S. Department of Transportation is money that's embezzled from the American taxpayer which by the way is a crime now you can't actually charge members of Congress with this crime but guess what would happen if states actually recognized the supremacy of the Constitution not just federal law it has to be a law in order to be supreme that's what law made pursuant of the Constitution the Constitution is supreme if they understood that if they learned if they stood up a bit more well that'd be wonderful

30:40opportunity again to teach the right generation generation that what it means to be free and yeah maybe the federal government should be maybe the state government should be doing maybe the city of Chicago should be doing it well then we'll have to pay for it exactly you wanted it you got it you got to pay for it and another one so remember doge right the Department of Government efficiency and oh my god they're gonna slash and burn and cut and you know oh it's gonna be terrible and you know what they haven't cut the federal deficit now the federal fiscal year begins October 1st so between October 1st and February 28th the federal government ran a one trillion dollar deficit that's right they're still spending money they ain't got they're writing checks that that our wallets can't cash and they're still doing it if you thought Trump was gonna fix this huh if you thought that suddenly doge was going to take there wouldn't be a problem anymore guess what this is part of the problem of not teaching the right generation should be free

31:46because they just have to be dependent on the federal government that the federal government has to provide and pay for everything even though they're not legally allowed to but they don't want to raise taxes because people get upset when when governments raise taxes and they start voting for other people so we run these deficit which is its own form of tax because not only do you pay you know with tax rates eventually pay that one trillion dollars they're also gonna pay interest on that one trillion dollars and guess what you got all the fighting over in Iran I want to remind you that the federal government pays more in debt service they pay more an interest on the debt than they do for the Department of Defense so yeah I don't think they're doing a very good job of this do you I don't think they're actually you know living free the certainly that I found the Constitution I did the math roughly 75% of the money the federal government spent I think it was in 23 24 fiscal year 24 75% is unconstitutional now I want you to stop and think for the

32:51the federal government spends about seven to eight trillion dollars a year now if you take 75% of that away because it's unconstitutional that leaves you around two trillion dollars one and a half two trillion dollars guess what the federal government takes in taxes roughly of four to six trillion dollars a year meaning not only if the federal government only spent money they were legally authorized to not only would the deficit disappear we'd actually be able to pay down the debt and a decade or two wouldn't that be amazing but yeah see you have to understand you have to teach the horizon generation be free to know what the federal government's not allowed to do so that when people bribe you with government money they can turn around not only say no to the bribe but fire the people that are offering them the bribe i.e. Congress and and that's why it's something I want to take back into our own hands we like I said at some point we decided it to just hand our children over to government and expect government to teach them and the government is failing they're not teaching

33:54them reading writing an arithmetic they're certainly not teaching them the Constitution they're not teaching them their rights they're not teaching them to be free they're teaching them to be service to be subjects to be slaves we need to take back into our home hands teaching the rising generation to be free could government assist us possibly but that's the point they're there to assist us public schools there to assist us in teaching our children but we've said no we're going to let you do it we're going to hand all of that responsibility over and then we're shocked shocked to find that government teaches our children to be subjects of government we need to do this that's what John Jay our first chief justice told us it's what I'm saying it's what I've dedicated my life to so join me as we teach the rising generation to be free because the government will teach them to be slaves and I talk a lot about government it's not just the government is trying to take our rights away there are plenty of groups look at the union the CTO union we're going to we're

40:04to see the machines and and see how they work and be taught how they work so that we wouldn't know how to vote at the time New York used a mechanical voting machines so you'd go in and pull a lever and a curtain will close behind you and you had all these switches all these levers and each lever was a vote for an individual right so you had all of that we were taught all of that uh my i remember even younger going with my mother to vote in standing there by her leg well in the booth while she's voting i remember that but i don't think we teach the rise in generation the importance of not just voting but that the vote be held accurately that if we live in every public the um the vote the calvote results must match the will of the people what they actually voted for it's why election integrity i find to be so important which is why this uh this uh this report jumped out of me to there's a sheriff in california now he happens to be a candidate for governor

41:10but he sees over 600,000 ballots from the states November 25 election he sees over the last weekend because of an investigation into voter fraud so the riverside county sheriff a a Chad Bianco um is scrutinizing the state's special election controversy involving prop 50 after a third party uh the riverside election integrity team alleged it discovered 45,000 excess excess votes in the county now what are the details because the details matter right well proposition 50 was the the the proposal put by governor Newsom to redraw california's congressional districts to favor democrats they claim that you know the republicans illegally did so in texas so they were going to do so in california so it is of national consequence because it's going to deal with the representation in one of our

42:11most popular states so let me let uh the sheriff uh mr. Bianco describe it in a press conference he gave to in his own words tell the public what was going on investigators from the riverside county sheriff's office begin an investigation into possible election fraud this investigation is ongoing on february 9th 2026 as a result of this investigation the riverside county sheriff's office served the registrar of voters with a warrant approved and signed by a judge for election materials related to the 2025 special election this investigation is very simple the registrar of voters maintained handwritten logs of the total number of ballots coming into the rov and audit of those logs received from the riverside county registrar of voters allegedly shows 611,428 ballots were cast but 657,322 votes were reported and certified

43:12to the secretary of state that is a difference of 45,896 votes the response from the registrar voters was that it did not rely on logs and that it is a machine count that reflects a much smaller deviation that he chalks up to acceptable human error i hope we can all agree there is no acceptable error smaller large in our elections let alone a 45,000 vote difference now remember this man is running for governor so i would not be surprised if there was a little political motivation in this not necessarily this has been an ongoing investigation since uh 22 and uh as he laid out so for it we got a warrant we had an investigation we got a warrant signed by a judge for this election material here's the concern we have the registrar of voters says there were 611 approximately 611,000 votes uh a ballots issued or ballots cast but the number

44:14shows 650,000 a 45,000 dollar difference that seems to be a problem was it that the registrar did not that the logs did not accurately reflect the ballots that were given or were there ballots that were cast that were not issued by the board elections that's what the investigation is supposed to find out and we will find out the according to the sheriff the investigation is simple physically count the ballots and compare the results with the total votes recorded let's see if the numbers match and if they don't well then you got to figure out where they came from so this and again California um i'm glad to see this and we'll have to see where this goes could it have an impact on the gubernatorial election probably i mean if the sheriff finds a uh a fraudulent ballot it certainly would elevate him if it's found to be much do about nothing it probably will not

45:14do is campaign much good but remaining in california um california's under investigation not only from the sheriff regarding elections but um they're under investigation by the senate for medicaid and medicare for uh potential hospice fraud now according to dr. mimit az the administrator of cms um he said uh the the patients in the facility allegedly weren't dying but were put on hospice so the owners of the business could charge medicare for providing care the owners also shared their patients information with other hospice centers that were in on the scam so they could get paid now that's an allegation right this is an investigation nothing's been proven yet but uh government investigation into the lost angelae county operation of hospice shows that yes some hospice agencies might have been using stolen identities of medical personnel uh and that the so-called terminal patients were living well beyond expectations not my father died about six months

46:21ago and you know so i've been through some of this um and i have a little you know it's funny hospice they kept telling us hospice is only for the last six months of life and uh yeah we had to actually have a doctor so yeah he's not gonna we don't expect something to live that long um there's a lot of things my my stepmother um we have to be very careful with her finances because she's now in a nursing home and when when her funds run out and we start looking to to medicade to help with her with her nursing home they look back for the last five years and see has anything questionable going on to try and hide money and now we say well okay maybe there are hospice that are being shady am i shocked no it's humankind we people will always find a way to scam the system is it because they're in california no this stuff probably happens all over the nation

47:23it was at the result of lack of oversight possibly but it's definitely the result of embezzlement by the federal government you see medicade medicare taking care of people's medical conditions taking care of the poor is not a power delegated to the united states therefore it is not a power the congress can exercise furthermore since congress is only authorized to collect taxes to do three things pay the debt the the general defense and the general welfare of the united states capital U capital S proper now that entity created by the cost or recreated by the constitution united states this is not the general welfare of the united states this is the general welfare of the poor in needy that's not what congress's authorized spent your tax money on that means this is embezzled funds so uh we're looking at a crime within a crime that shouldn't be surprising we see it all it's how governments work nowadays by bribery and embezzlement rather than actual oh i don't know laws and i know we want to be

48:29kind we want to be concerned you know oh the the you know the poor person i don't want to see them go without medical care i just don't the federal government's not the entity legally allowed to do it but speaking of legals um what happens to those you know we we spent the previous four years dealing with a massive influx of illegal aliens because the executive the you know an actual executive who is tasked and takes an oath to faithfully execute the laws united states couldn't be bothered in fact actively violated the laws united states and now you know what we you know the poor illegal alien aren't you know they're very helpful we need them and all that uh listen to this uh testimony it's from director Jessica Vaughn she's director of the center for immigration studies and well i'll let her tell you sanctuary states typically have other policies that attract illegal settlement and thus burden taxpayers with support of illegal immigrants besides funding emergency health care and schooling for all a number of sanctuary states go farther and choose to

49:34provide Medicaid subsidized health insurance nutrition assistance housing and much more illegal immigrants use these welfare programs in large numbers my organization is found that over 60 percent of illegal alien headed households are using at least one form of a welfare program and usually more than one at a cost of tens of billions of dollars to taxpayers now again she's pointing out a couple things she's that this is focused on sanctuary entity cities states and whatever that they burden their local taxpayers with these emergency health care and and food benefits but they also burden national taxpayers because many of these programs are legally subsidized by the federal government uh again embezzlement fine you know taking money you know spending money they're not legally authorized to and if that number is true if 60 percent of alien of households headed by illegal aliens and she worded it very carefully which tells me two things um uh we really need to

50:38pay attention to the details right but if those numbers are generally true if you have a household led by an illegal alien 60 percent of them are using at least one form of wealth of charity from government we like to get away from that word charity it's what it is it's it's a charity program um could be state could be federal which means these illegal aliens that so many people think they're they're a boondore society are actually a drag on our society they're a drag on our economy because taxpayers have to fund those programs we're not it's not optional you know if you don't fund the program guess what people show up with guns and take you to jail so really uh that brings up an interesting conclusion that Ms Vaughan came to any Reese this is why any resources spent on immigration enforcement actually save taxpayers money taxpayer money in the long run now I find

51:38that interesting because I don't know the the the the context of the the testimony um maybe it had to do with the budget nights because you know remember the they're still fighting over funding DHS um and uh what many of us are paying for it uh but really is that the reason it's the biggest concern it's uh uh it it's a long term it's going to save us enforcing our laws in the long term it's going to save taxpayer money how about we pass those laws and we want to enforce them because if they're constitutional laws that's the law of the land I'm you know again I don't know the context and maybe the kind like I said the context was focusing on taxpayer money and and then maybe that's why she threw that in to me it's really simple if you don't pass a law what good is it and if we teach the right in generations that we're not going to enforce certain laws those laws don't matter and again this is nothing new I remember oh god maybe 30 years ago we had

52:45dinner at a friend's house and and the wife was very upset because they were not going to forgive her student loan basically you borrowed money and you promised to pay it back and you're upset that they actually want you to do that that's what the that generation have been taught what's this generation going to be taught what's the next generation going to be taught and who's going to decide what that is see that to me is the big concern that's the big issue if we don't teach the right generation to be free to make sure that elections are fair to look to make sure that you know the government's the federal government's only paying what it's legally allowed to or that we simply enforce the laws that are passed unless they're unconstitutional well then how can you be free how can you be free when laws don't matter when elections are something to be manipulated to get the end that you want rather than to find the actual will of the people how can we be free we can't because we're then led by whoever can manipulate the election the
