On this week's episode of the Ones Ready podcast we discuss the difficult, but important topic of mental health related to traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with Dr. Kate Pate.  Dr. Pate is Neuroscientist, Combat Trauma Medical Researcher, CEO and co-founder of Coruna Medical, and overall badass person.  Dr. Pate and the team cover a wide range of topics from general mental health to what people with TBIs deal with, and even suicide.  The team realizes that this may not be the most exciting of topics to discuss since not everyone deals with TBIs, but all of us deal with mental health in some capacity whether it's our own or the health of our friends and family.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
