SUBURBAN PLAINFIELD BEAUTY VANISHES FROM "EXERCISE CLASS:" WHERE IS LISA?

Lisa Michelle Stebic, a 37‑year‑old mother of two disappears on April 30, 2007.   She was last seen at her Illinois home, where she had been living with her husband, Craig Stebic. The pair have a strained relationship and a pending divorce. She said he was “unnecessarily relentless, cruel, inconsiderate, domineering, and verbally abusive, and she was afraid of him.”  

The day Lisa disappeared, she went to work, got a sandwich, then returned home. Craig Stebic claims he last saw her at 6:00 p.m., assuming she had gone to her evening workout at Plainfield North High School. She left her purse, phone, and car in the garage. Lisa did not go to the gym and she didn't return home.   

Craig Stebic has been officially named as a “person of interest” by police, but has never been charged.
