Stabbing Victim's Recovery, Knife Crime Crackdown

A 36 year old man suffered life changing injuries in a brutal stabbing inside a flat on Narbrow Road in Lester, back on August 19th, 2024. Police rushed to the scene just after 5.30 pm following reports of the attack at Monica Korolakowska's home. The victim, a former neighbor of hers, had stopped by after running into her at a shop and asking to charge his phone. She started as a simple visit turned violent, when two men, David Rosazowski and Damian Doforskowski, both 35, burst in and launched A, 30 second frenzy of stabs to the man's chest, shoulder, hands, and forearms. Korolakowska had actually invited them over with plans to target him. After the assault, the attackers fled the flat and the victim staggered out to the street where bystanders helped until paramedics arrived. The victim later told police he had never seen them in before and truly feared for his life.

1:00The pair escaped to Scotland right after, with Rosazowski caught there on a prison recall warrant and Duolgoeski nabbed back in Lester last. November, in a trial at Lester Crown Court, the jury cleared Korolakowska and Duigowski of a tympan murder, but convicted them of causing grievous bodily harm. With intent, Rosazowski had already admitted guilt to that charge. On March 5th, all three received heavy sentences, Rosazowski got 15 years while Korolakowska and Duolgoeski each landed 14 years behind, bars.
