Which is fully impressive, except for one who is masking destructive behavior (as in the case of Yochani bat Retivi). Note the real implications of ancient hypocrisy on our modern era as well. Also, the meaning of a child who is not carried to term, and what that case may represent in more abstract problematic terms, not the least of which is being able to pasken halakhah and refrains from doing so.
